Betty L. McCollum, born July 12, 1954 (age 72), is a former teacher and sales manager currently representing Minnesota's 4th congressional district. A leftist and member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, she was elected in 2000 in the heavily liberal area and re-elected by large margins since. McCollum has been noted for her anti-Israel advocacy[1] similar to fellow colleagues Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.
