Ready to go web marketing plan for raising money for Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian oil refineries should I decide to implement it
Summary: "With solid digital execution, these five Ukrainian fundraising sites together could attract roughly 10–15 million more visitors per year and raise an additional $100 – $250 million USD annually, depending on how aggressively improvements are rolled out."
Summary: "To threaten the remaining major Russian refineries with successful drone strikes, Ukraine would likely need tens of millions of dollars: a realistic planning baseline is ~$5M per refinery (including munitions, spares and basic support), so 3 refineries ≈ $15M and 6 refineries ≈ $30M. A low-cost one-off campaign might be under $5–20M, while a sustained, high-attrition program using longer-range or higher-capability loitering munitions could rise into the $100–$200M+ range; key uncertainties are unit cost, required drones per strike, and sustainment/ISR/EW support." Summary: "Ukraine has used its Flamingo (FP-5) missiles against Russian targets, including refineries. Each missile costs about $0.5–1 million USD."
Summary: "Each successful strike on a Russian oil refinery typically costs $200–$350 million in combined lost production and repair expenses. Minor attacks may cost $25–100 million, while severe or prolonged outages can exceed $1 billion. Overall, refinery attacks impose hundreds of millions of dollars in economic losses per site, depending on damage severity and downtime."
Summary:
About 17% of Russia’s oil-refining capacity is offline due to Ukrainian drone and missile strikes (conservative estimate).
Up to 25–38% of total capacity has been hit or disrupted at some point, though not all remains shut down.
Analysts say around 40–50% of capacity would need to be out for an extended period to cause severe, nationwide economic destabilization.
20–30% outages already create serious regional fuel shortages and price pressure.
9. Utilize my contacts in the web marketing field in order to get the web marketing projects done expeditiously. The sooner the projects are done, the faster the Russian oil refineries are taken offline. Use business networking if necessary.
Web marketing firms that are the very best when it comes to implementing internet fundraising in terms of people it reaches and a high conversion rate in terms of conversion rate optimization. Also, come up with a list of firms that help raise money across international borders for high-profile causes
Fundraising plans if necessary
1. Put together a grant writing team and target foundations which are most apt to fund Ukrainian causes.
2. Put together a team to pursue major donors. Look for high-income individuals/organizations who have publicly expressed pro-Ukraine sentiments.
Research results:
- You put together a well thought out plan for helping the Ukrainians fund their drone warfare directed towards Russian oil refineries. Since Russia need oil revenue, this would hurt their ability to fund their war NishantXavierFor Christ the King 23:07, October 26, 2025 (EDT)

- Yah no. I don't think higher oil prices "hurt" Russia. They do hurt American voters however.

- I am mulling this over. Like Douglas MacArthur, Putin bit into the hubris apple and got Russia involved in a war of attrition during its demographic crisis. Plus, Russia has a host of other problems such as corruption, alcoholism, AIDS epidemic, etc. Putin may choose to merely destroy much of Ukraine and further harm it demographically. Objectively speaking, this is Rocky II for either party. This war is a lose-lose proposition and even the "winner" will have suffered a big beating. Russia and Ukraine will not be like the career of Floyd Merryweather who was a defensive genius and won every fight without much damage to his body. Maybe Ukraine could have avoided this war. Finland did a better job of staying out of war. However, Trump said that "Ukraine was the apple of Putin's eye" so maybe the war was inevitable.

- Where to begin? This has been explained dozens of times. You speak as if Putin somehow mistakenly fell into a "war of attrition". No. Shock and Awe blitz is American military doctrine. War of attrition is Russian military doctrine. I could continue with other misgivings in your basic knowledge, premise, and understanding of the situation. - The fact that Trump Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard came out one year before the war started, in 2021, and said publicly that Washington, D.C. bureaucrats were planning a war with Russia should tell you who started the war, and where the blame lays.
