Happiness is essential to living a good life, and being fulfilled or complete?
I thought being filled with the Spirit of God is essential to living a good life, and being fulfilled or complete.
Being drunk, high on drugs, and all sorts of other things too many people beleive is "essential to living a good life, and being fulfilled or complete." RobSZelensky Must Go! 19:37, March 31, 2025 (EDT)
- This article, as written by User:Conservative, denies the power of the Holy Spirit and says Happiness can be found without God. Sure, go tell that in an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. RobSZelensky Must Go! 11:30, April 1, 2025 (EDT)
Aristotle was a theist and not secularist.
Aristotle was a theist and not secularist. I included the material about how Aristotle viewed happiness, but I reworded the sentence. Conservative (talk) 02:58, April 1, 2025 (EDT)
- I'm afraid I am confused now. A believer in false gods and not the one true God is a "theist", not an atheist? People who believe Satan is God, and deny the one true God, are not atheists? RobSZelensky Must Go! 11:25, April 1, 2025 (EDT)
- The Webster-Merriam dictionary defines a theist thusly: "a believer in theism : a person who believes in the existence of a god or gods", source: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/theist Cambridge dictionary does likewise: https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/theist If memory serves, and I believe it does, the term theist applies to both monotheists and polytheists. And I believe you are mistaken as far as the definition of atheist as well. Conservative (talk) 11:42, April 1, 2025 (EDT)
- I don't care what Merriam's says. You say that a person can find Happiness in Satanism in this article. RobSZelensky Must Go! 11:53, April 1, 2025 (EDT)
