Charles Koch (born November 1, 1935) is an American businessman and one of the Koch brothers. He is co-owner, chairman of the board, and chief executive officer of Koch Industries. His brother David Koch is Executive Vice President of the company.

Charles Koch is considered the more politically active and knowledgeable of the two brothers. For example, it was Charles, not David, who met secretly on June 23, 2017, in Colorado. But Charles is also more advanced in age, and reportedly there are health issues for both.

According to Forbes Charles Koch is the ninth richest person in the world.[1] He is one of the funders of CATO Institute.[2]
