Aether (mythology)

Aether in Greek mythology, was one of the Primordial Deities representing the "upper sky," space, and heaven. According to Hesiod he was the son of Erebus and Nyx, and brother of Hemera, but the Roman author Hyginus mentioned Khaos as his parent.
