Fielder's Choice
From Conservapedia
Fielder's Choice: The act of a fielder who handles a fair grounder and, instead of throwing to first base to put out the batter runner, throws to another base in an attempt to put out a preceding runner. The batter does not get credited with a hit because it is assumed that if the fielder had not made a play on another runner, he would have thrown out the batter at first base.
