On 9 May 2019, Fransen was punished for exercising her right to free speech. Fransen was sentenced to 180 hours of community service for a speech in Belfast criticising the political philosophy Islam, of which no violence occurred as a result.
In May 2021, Fransen endured bullying from Scottish far-left dictator and SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon, who falsely claimed that she was a "fascist" (despite Sturgeon's own party's links to Nazi Germany) and a "racist".
On 26 June 2023, Fransen commented on LGBT+ agenda mercenaries advocating abortion during the "Pride Month" demonstrations, describing them as "the pro-murder squad" and commenting that LGBT and abortion have the same effect of low birth rates.
