The Los Angeles Rams are a National Football League (NFL) team based in Inglewood, California. They are members of the National Football Conference (NFC) West Division.

History and League Title Success

The Rams originated as the Cleveland Rams in 1936, before moving to Los Angeles in 1946. They remained there for 48 years, then moved to St. Louis in 1995. After 20 years, unable to connive the citizens of St. Louis to build yet another new stadium for them, the Rams returned to Los Angeles.

The Rams have played in three Super Bowls, but have only won one, in 2000 with quarterback Kurt Warner. They also won two NFL championships prior to the AFL-NFL merger: in 1945 (its last season in Cleveland) and again in 1951, making them the only franchise to win a league title in three different cities.
