Well, we have several problems here. For example, the Biden junta asst secretary of health refuses to say if chemical castration is genital mutilation. And children certainly lack the legal capacity to consent to genital mutilation and chemical castration, yet the Biden junta encourages it. Same with abortion. Then we have the problem of prosecuting statutory rape. Generally, most states have only done so when the parents do not consent to marriage. In fact, that's probably why the laws are on the books allowing minors to marry below the age of consent. Laws have since changed in many states, and reports cannot even confirm what the age of consent was in those states at that time. But parental consent of the marriage makes the point moot, anyway.

When the Biden DOJ and NY state Attorney General begin investigating and prosecuting persons named in the various Jeffrey Epstein affidavits for statutory rape, where the question of parental consent is not even involved, your points are beyond moot in the present day. I am not. We have an Agenda, the America First one, if we take back the senate, house , and presidency, but with people like Brian Fitzpatrick type and Lisa Murkowski type in Dark Red Areas, I am sorry but the Agenda of the Republicans aren't going anywhere.
