Wake up and smell the coffee. The Chinese real estate crisis ain't gonna cause the Chinese economy to collapse anymore than the US real estate crisis of 2008 caused America to collapse. They will copy the American bailout plan of Keynesian debt financing, (as Russia is copying Keynesian military financing), only in both cases both countries have far more leeway in debt-to-GDP ratios. Communist China's plan to address its property crisis will do tremendous damage to China's economic prospects:

• The Plan For China’s Property Crisis May Cost More Than $280 Billion, Forbes, March 1, 2024 ( Communist China's plan to address its property crisis will do tremendous damage to China's economic prospects and Forbes' figure of $280 billion looks too conservative too me.)

Chinese housing overbuild:
