I find the first bit confusing "Homosexual recruitment is the active recruitment of homosexuals by homosexuals" but then you go on to talk about troubled heterosexuals. Is the first sentance meant to read heterosexuals by ... ? Markr 14:14, 22 November 2008 (EST)
- It's an essay - possibly introduced with the aim of discrediting the notion. Remember how Reefer Madness was adopted as a mascot of drug abusers? But I watched the film ref, and it was well produced and accurate.

- This is the most wacko essay I have ever read - bar none.
- An excerpt from the essay showing its wackiness: "The recruiters, utilizing deceit and powerful mind-control techniques, make sure that the victim understands that their problems stem from these values. They then offer a solution: become a homosexual. The recruiters then promise that if the victim becomes a homosexual they will be accepted unconditionally, and all their problems will magically disappear."
- The Bible indicates that homosexuality is a sin. Sin is making an evil choice. Setting aside that mind control is bunk and that people have free will (Courts don't recognize the "mind control made me do it defense"), if people allegedly become homosexuals via "powerful mind-control techniques" that would negate choice. Furthermore, I am very skeptical that there are a bunch of homosexual recruiters telling people that all their problems will disappear if they become a homosexual (And there certainly wasn't any evidence provided that they exist.).
