Furthermore, China is the strongest of the BRICS in terms of GNP and the Chinese are not doing very well (See: Essay: A Chinese economic collapse will be Russia's downfall).
Finally, India is a nonaligned country and if China/Russia decline, they will move to closer relations with the USA/West. Conservative (talk) 13:08, September 13, 2023 (EDT)
By the way, Mearsheimer in the video says the most likely result in the war in Ukraine is a frozen conflict which may flare up from time to time.
You wrote: "And I predict Russia is unlikely to accept the US offer for a "frozen conflict" ala the Korean peninsula so the US can save face, call it a draw, and withdraw. The US is committed now, and it's gonna get its butt kicked short of nuclear war. Alternatively, the US can admit defeat, withdraw sanctions, apologize, and accept the treaties Putin & Lavrov offered in December 2021 before NATO decided to go on another murderous rampage." - RobSGive Peace a chance 17:25, July 8, 2023 (EDT) Conservative (talk)
Give it up. Geopolitics is more complicated than brain surgery. You can't wing it, and you can't pick it up by Googling. RobSGive Peace a Chance! 13:49, September 13, 2023 (EDT)

Question: Did you know that a great many so-called political experts have a very poor track record when it comes to their predictions? It's true. Although some political experts practice critical thinking and try to falsify their notions/theories, most do not.
Below are some great resources on how political experts and other experts who actively try to falsify their notions/theories achieve superior results and it is based on a significant body of research:
RobSmith, you never try to falsify your pet theories. Because you cannot bear to see your pet theories falsified. That is why your analysis of geopolitics is quite poor. You don't use critical thinking and often employ logical fallacies. Conservative (talk) 13:54, September 13, 2023 (EDT)
(ec) Personally, I have been studying the Ukrainian issue since 1976 (47 years, and even before that when I listened to tales my grandfather told me who fought in a Hungarian regiment for the Austro-Hungarian Empire in WWI), before John Landis did his research referenced here (CIA revives Ukrainian Nazism), and I don't claim to have mastered any of it. But I can recognize charlatans and troublemakers like yourself who have done nothing but inject confusion, hatred and disinformation out of spite into these issues for well over a century. I like embracing reality. As they say in court, "The whole truth and nothing but the truth". I can see the mistakes that GW Bush, Obama, and Biden have made in international relations and I can also see Russia's/Putin's mistakes.

Did you study geopolitics for 1 year plus 46 years of marginal or no improvement due to a lack of trying to falsify your ideas?

Please give me examples of cases where you have tried to falsify your political theories and predictions. And people who actively try to falsify their political ideas/predictions, keep a scorecard of times they have been right and times they have been wrong so they can refine their skills by learning from their mistakes. So tell me examples of where you have been wrong.

I know that when Trump lost the 2020 election or when a red wave did not occur in the 2022 elections, I looked around for various methods to predict elections that were superior to what I was using before. Conservative (talk) 14:31, September 13, 2023 (EDT)

I don't peddle theories or predictions. I chronicle events. I analyze contemporary information based upon an understanding of past chroniclers.
For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses. But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness? And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
Question: Heard what? "when they had heard". When they heard the Law of Moses or the Gospel of Jesus Christ?
Answer this or let your carcass fall in the wilderness. RobSGive Peace a Chance! 14:41, September 13, 2023 (EDT)
RobS, you just said: "I don't peddle theories or predictions. I chronicle events. I analyze contemporary information based upon an understanding of past chroniclers."
RobS, you do make predictions:
