Stavridis. along with Hillary Clinton and John Brennan, was a key operative in the illegal arms smuggling operation to jihadists in Libya to topple Gaddafi and then from Libya to Turkey to al Qaeda groups which became the Islamic State. Four Americans were killed in the Benghazi massacre which was part of the illegal arms smuggling operation.
