First of all, the habit of capitalizing "white" when in reference to race is a standard ritual among white supremacists who hold a pagan, collectivist worship of "Aryanism" or whatever. Second of all, only leftists would obsess over racial identity, and it's inappropriate for any Conservapedia article to emphasize identity politics. Third of all, emphasizing Celler's heritage and background in the context it was used is a blatant antisemitic canard to insinuate some sort of "Jewish conspiracy" nonsense. Fourthly, the Hart-Celler Act was intended to remove racist restrictions against immigration that lingered from the Johnson-Reed Act.

Recently, I bought about a half dozen books on grammar/usage/writing as my interest in these subjects has increased.

Chicago Manual of Style (CMOS) on references to race:

We have no certainty that RationalWiki was responsible. In addition, their web traffic is going down at a fairly fast clip. P.S. The military strategy of "leapfrogging” was the Allied strategy of bypassing and isolating fortified positions by focusing on strategically important islands. At this point, Conservapedia should practice of bypassing/ignoring RationalWiki. I overly/generously refer to "fortified positions" when I mentioned leapfrogging, but realistically RationalWiki's content is often of a low caliber and often written in a childish, snarky way. It is also getting more and more out of date as time progresses. In addition, atheist websites have seen a big decline in web traffic for over 10 years (see: Internet atheism) while Christendom is seeing huge amounts of web traffic (see: Internet evangelism: Christians vs. atheists). P.S.S. I currently have an undetected sock puppet at RationalWiki that has made multiple edits. I am often like the Vietcong in the Vietnam War at RationalWiki. When I want to be seen, I am seen. When I don't care if I am seen while I am completely tipping over some atheist/liberal/leftist sacred cow in a guerrilla attack by debunking some falsehood, I am seen. But lately, I am having so much success at my other internet projects, I am seriously considering making my "cow tipping" at RationalWiki less frequent or ceasing altogether. While it is humorous to see RationalWikians helplessly watch while their atheist/liberal/leftist sacred cows are tipped, there is the opportunity cost of me not spending time on my successful internet projects. And with me in the process of markedly improving my writing/grammar/usage, it is extremely unlikely that RationalWikians will detect my future writings on the web that are not posted at Conservapedia or any blogs that I created in the past.
