Dmytro Firtash (b. 1965) is a Ukrainian businessman who heads the board of directors of Group DF (the Firtash Group). Firtash, a one-time business partner of Paul Manafort, was investigated by corrupt FBI attorney Lisa Page.
In March 2015 Firtash established the Agency for Modernization of Ukraine in Vienna.[1]
On December 2, 2015 Firtash announced his intention to return to Ukraine to address the General Assembly of the Federation of Employers (FEU). Joe Biden, President Poroshenko, and Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov took steps to prevent Firtash's return.[2] the next day Politico reported the Obama/Biden administration want a neo-Nazi group to arrest Firtash.
