The common leftist assertion of a "rape culture" in the United States and the wider Western world is false.[1][2][3] However, this term could accurately be applied to certain leftist institutions, and to the globalist establishment in general.
For instance, Hollywood is infamous for protecting rapists.[4][5][6][7][8][9] The criminal justice system allows male inmates to be raped without acting to prevent this.[10][11]
There have been multiple scandals regarding the mainstream media covering up stories about high-profile figures committing rape. NBC shut down a story by Ronan Farrow about Harvey Weinstein, which outed him as a sexual predator.[12][13] ABC did the same for Jeffrey Epstein, according to Project Veritas,[14] and CBS fired a journalist for allegedly leaking that story,[15] which the staffer in question denies doing.[16]
Recently, the Andrew Cuomo sexual harassment scandal[17] revealed the left's protection of those who submit to their values. Chris Cuomo covered up the sexual harassment of his brother, advising him and the cabinet on press.[18] The leftist group Time's Up, which claims to fight rape, had worked with Cuomo to cover up the sexual harassment.[19] Despite this, none of those involved in the cover-up, or even Cuomo, have received any significant condemnation. On the contrary, Apple has hired one of the ex-advisers involved in it.[20]
