[Mykhailo Fedorov and Alex Karp, September 2026.

In August 2026 Karp said he and fired Defense Minister of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov have been collaborating jointly for over 5 years, according to the statement made by Karp.[4][5] That means the Palantir-Ukraine relationship pre-dates the Russian military advance into Donbas.

In June 2022, the New York Times reported that the CIA and Pentagon special forces were organizing and conducting the NATO war in Ukraine from a secret operation center in Kyiv.[6]
