Australian politics
Rob Smith, re the recent revert, please note that "The current Prime Minister [of Australia] is Scott Morrison who is the leader of the Liberal Party (a right-leaning political party)" (Australia, Conservapedia). See Australia for an explanation of the use of "liberal" in this context. --Jackin the box (talk) 14:55, February 9, 2022 (EST)
- Interesting you should say this; actually, the human rights abuses mentioned are occurring at the state level. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 14:59, February 9, 2022 (EST)
- Thanks for the clarification. I'll check further. --Jackin the box (talk) 15:03, February 9, 2022 (EST) Shouldn't the caption by changed, as the word "regime"does suggests the national government were responsible?
- The government for Melbourne, Victoria appears to be Labour. The use, here, of the word facsist in the caption was confusing, Fascism: '"An authoritarian and nationalistic system of government and social organization ... an extreme right-wing political ideology based on the principles underlying this system" (OED).
- Bingo. You put your finger on the problem - a faulty definition of fascism. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 15:43, February 9, 2022 (EST)

Leviticus
Leviticus does not mandate lockdown as a preventative measure. That reference should be removed. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 17:02, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
- I don't understand, RobS, your recent edit. Are you suggesting that the so-called "lockdown" isn't a form of quarantine? If so, please explain the difference. See [1] and [2] for more about what the Bible has to say on this topic. This obviously doesn't mean that the effectiveness of quarantine regulation cannot be questioned. But what we have had is ancient rules being applied to a new disease. --Jackin the box (talk) 17:52, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
- Lockdown is not a medical term. It is a law enforcement term originating in prisons when tensions and riots erupt that was extended to schools when shootings occur. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 17:56, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
- Lockdown has nothing to do with the prevention or treatment of disease. It is term that describes prison guards accounting for the whereabouts of prisoners and surveillance by government officials to control a population. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 18:02, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
- Yeah. --Jackin the box (talk) 18:15, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
- Jackin, these particular lockdowns were politically motivated and were done solely for the purpose of imposing power and control on the public. It was never about "health" or "public safety" with the Biden regime, Justin Trudeau, any other political leader who went along with the scamdemic nonsense or their respective public health bureaucrat underlings. Northwest (talk) 18:18, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
- Yeah. --Jackin the box (talk) 18:15, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
- A lockdown is a form of quarantine, please don't play word games. The phrase is a hyperbolic metaphor, the kind that journalists love. But I agree that politician have meddled too much in matters that should primarily be left in the hands of medical professionals. By the way neither of you have seemed to have bothered checking your Bibles and the sources, linked above. --Jackin the box (talk) 19:39, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
- No, Rob had it right the first time (and made that clear in the main article) - and I should note that many of these so-called "medical professionals" are acting at the behest of the above-named politicians as well as Big Pharma. If anyone is playing word games here, Jackin, that would be you, with regards to your apologism for the CCP flu "vaccines". Northwest (talk) 22:30, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
OK on further thought there may be subtle differences between the two terms, which should be clarified. --Jackin the box (talk) 19:59, March 13, 2022 (EDT)
