The Denver Broncos are a National Football League franchise based in Denver, Colorado, formed in 1960. They are part of the American Football Conference (AFC) and play in the AFC West Division. The team had an unsuccessful bid for the Super Bowl several times (1977, 86, 87, and 88) before finally winning the "Big Game" under John Elway, winning two years in a row in 1997 and 1998, in no small thanks to the running game and Terrell Davis. In 2015, the team again won the big game by defeating the Carolina Panthers 24-10, thanks to a dominant defense and Von Miller.
