Conservative colleges

There is a small number of conservative colleges in the United States. Many feature lower tuition, non-tenured faculty, emphasis on merit, and conservative student bodies. Examples include:

  1. Grove City College
  2. Liberty University
  3. Patrick Henry College
  4. Brigham Young University
  5. Thomas Aquinas College
  6. Christendom College
  7. Franciscan University at Steubenville
  8. King's College in New York City
  9. United States Coast Guard Academy
  10. University of Dallas
  11. Ave Maria College
  12. Bob Jones University

The Princeton Review also lists these colleges as conservative[1], but there are reasons to question whether they really qualify as conservative[Who says?]:

  1. Hampden-Sydney College (Hampden-Sydney, Virginia)
  2. College of the Ozarks (Point Lookout, Missouri)
  3. Wheaton College (Wheaton, Illinois)
