Conservapedia:Committee on stub expansion

From Conservapedia
Jump to: navigation, search

Many Conservapedia pages are short stubs with little substance and interesting details. Such pages have the least likelihood of being competitive on search results in top search engines, and can furthermore be a hindrance to the site's overall image. This committee will be an organized effort to expand stubs one by one.

Anyone can sign up below to join this committee in volunteering in the expansion of stub articles. The latter will not require joining the committee, though such is encouraged. Anyone is welcome to list stubs they'd like to see expanded, which committee members can choose to get to one by one.

Please endeavor to make your articles informative. The quality of external links and citations will aid search engines finding your contributions. Create articles that provide value to our readers and which will prompt them to refer those articles to others. At a bare minimum, the majority of articles should be at least 300-500 words long (A rule of thumb: Paragraphs are usually about 100 to 200 words long, which is approximately 6-8 sentences).[1]

Avoid creating article stubs. Make sure your new page creation is categorized with reverse links from other pages so it is not deleted during a routine clean-up.

  • Clyde Smith – This is yet another stub left by me. The problem for this is that there's any hardly substantial information I can research and pull up. I'll find something though. —LTMay D.C., his mother, and I.S. be all well! Wednesday, 16:54, August 11, 2021 (EDT)
    • Alright, added some good info. In case anyone else thinks it's still insufficient and has anything else to add, I'll let this entry sit around for at least a few days as of typing this update. —LTMay D.C., his mother, and I.S. be all well! Friday, 09:00, August 20, 2021 (EDT)
