(Ukrainian form:) Oleksiy Danilov (Russian form:) Aleksey Danilov (b. September 7, 1962 in the city of Krasny Luch, Lugansk region) is the head of the Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council in 2022-2023.[2]

At the start of the Russian intervention into the Ukrainian civil conflict Danilov said on the air of the NTA TV channel that the Russian language must be completely eradicated on the territory of Ukraine. According to Danilov, the Russian language is allegedly hostile to Ukrainians, so it has no place in the country. "The Russian language in general should disappear from our territory as an element of hostile propaganda and brainwashing of our population," Danilov said on a national talk show.[3] Danilov claimed that the "narrative" about the need to reach mutual understanding with Russian-speaking Ukrainians is highly dangerous for the state. "To plant these Russian narratives here is a very, very dangerous thing. Presumably, we have to understand each other, who they are, what they are. Look, we don’t want anything from them [Russians]. Why don’t they leave us alone? Let them go to their swamps and croak in the Russian language,” he stated.

Danilov complained about a large number of Ukrainian political experts who regularly appear on television using Russian as the main language. In response to this, the show host proposed to create and broadcast a list of Ukrainian public figures that speak Russian. He also said that the state-owned Ukrainian channel Freedom will abandon the Russian language and start broadcasting in English. “I would like to draw your attention to something else – we have a lot of experts who go from channel to channel and use Russian as the main language of their communication. Moreover, they are rated in some studies, they claim, they say that they will go to the president, somewhere else. Look, the Russian language should disappear from our territories altogether as an element of enemy propaganda and brainwashing for our population,” Danilov added.

Danilov said of the Zelensky regime's plans to confiscate the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, the holiest shrine in the Russian Orthodox Church where the Bible had been translated in the Russian language by St. Cyril more than 1,000 years ago, “the site never really belonged to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC), it belongs to the people, and now we’ll see who gets to use it.” Speculation is, the first stage of confiscation will involve allowing the regime-approved breakaway faction, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OUC), to use the site co-equally with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church… before the latter is pushed out entirely. In general, anyone who challenges the fascist Zelensky regime's narratives or speaks out in any way is basically guaranteed to suffer physical harm and/or detention and prosecution for treason, perhaps disappearance, even death.[4]

On August 4, 2023 Danilov stated: “I’m fine with Asians, but Russians are Asians. They have a completely different culture, vision. Our key difference from them is humanity.”[5][6] Ukrainian Territorial Defense spokesperson Sarah Ashton-Cirillo reiterated Danilov and the regime's official policy statement days later.[7]

On August 19, 2023 Danilov said, "If somebody thinks that World War III hasn’t started then it’s a huge mistake…It has already begun."[8]

When Time magazine informed the American people about the billions of dollars given away by the Biden regime to the Zelensky regime: “People are stealing like there’s no tomorrow”[9] Danilov responded, “Anonymous senior Ukrainian officials who told Time Magazine they do not share President Vladimir Zelensky’s vision of a military victory over Russia must be identified and ousted.”[10]

On March 22, 2024 five Kyiv regime/NATO-backed terrorists attacked civilians at a rock concert in Moscow. More than 60 concert goers were killed. including five children aged 8 to 11. Over 145 concert goers were injured.

The Crocus City Hall, Russia's largest music concert hall seating some 6,000, is part of a large shopping mall complex located in the suburb of Krasnogorsk on the northwestern outskirts of Moscow. The concert was to feature the band Picnic with a symphony orchestra to perform their new hit Don't Be Afraid of Anything.

Five militants, armed with automatic weapons, entered the building and began to methodically shoot everyone who came in their way. Eyewitnesses said that they had Kalashnikov assault rifles and carbines equipped with sights, apparently collimators, and even flashlights, and small backpacks on their shoulders. Most of the attackers' faces were covered with scarves, but some of the witnesses saw beards sticking out from under them. The terrorists were young men, above average height, up to 180 cm, possibly using false beards and moustaches.

The criminals acted in a coordinated manner, in a military manner, as if such actions were a habitual thing for them. According to the security forces, the terrorists had military and airsoft training, using it against civilians and unsuspecting people.

After spilling the liquid they had brought with them, they set fire to the curtain and chairs. When the fire flared up, rising to the very top and engulfing part of the roof, they, according to preliminary data, left the scene of the massacre. An explosion was heard. About 100 people were trapped inside, who were rescued by the fire department. The roof of the building collapsed. Special Forces of the FSB entered the building.

3 suspects were captured.

Danilov confirmed Ukrainian involvement in the Crocus Hall terrorist attack on Ukrainian television:

We will give them this kind of fun more often. Is it fun in Moscow today? I think it’s a lot of fun. I would like to believe that we will arrange such fun for them more often. After all, they are “brotherly” people, and we need to please our relatives more often, go to visit them more often. So, we will go.

Zelensky fired Danilov 4 days later.[11] The reason cited for his firing was that Danilov insulted a Chinese envoy several months back.[12]

The United States Embassy in Moscow sent out a security alert in advance of the attack to avoid large crowds, specifically concerts.[13]

Hours before the attack OSINTdefender, the CIA front posted on X (formerly Twitter): "Members of U.S. National Security Council and the White House have reportedly started to become Increasingly Frustrated by “Unauthorized Brazen Actions” taken by Ukraine against Russia."[14] The Biden administration feared that Ukraine attacks on Russian oil refineries would run up gas pump prices for Americans and hurt Joe Biden's re-election chances.
