What I have written

My time at Wikipedia

Back in 2012, I was a senior editor on Wikipedia and could boast tens of thousands of edits as well as a clean eight-year track record. I spent much of my time in a forum callled "requested moves." There I promoted the use of conventional English in titles, and opposed unnecessary reliance on foriegn languages. I was banned following a discussion that I assume was rigged somehow. This discussion was full of people I'd never heard of up to that point, so someone must have canvassed them together. Although few coherent arguments and no diffs were presented, everyone voted to ban me. This was done with a gusto that seems out of place when you consider that few of these editors could have known much of anything about me. If anyone wants to get to the bottom of Wikipedia corruption, I suggest investigating the French embassy as a possible source of payola. My crime against France was to lead a successful effort to move an African country from it's French name (Côte d'Ivoire) to it's English name (Ivory Coast). This was in June 2012, just before the offensive against me was launched. Oddly enough, Ivory Coast is still at Ivory Coast all this time later. They can accept my arguments concerning titles, as well as my article writing. But they can't put up with someone who exposes their misdeeds.
