Gavin McInnes is a Canadian-American humourist, journalist, political commentator, and activist. He is a right-wing populist and libertarian. He co-founded the now-leftist Vice Media, to which classical liberal Tim Pool is a past contributor. McInnes also founded the right-wing fraternal organization known as the Proud Boys, which, however, he has since disassociated with. He is a former host of The Rebel Media, which has since changed its name to Rebel News. He is now, along with his colleague Milo Yiannopoulos, a primary contributor to Censored.tv, which was originally named FreeSpeech.tv until, ironically, another company with the same name sued them for copyright.[1]

Gavin McInnes has been banned from Twitter[2] and YouTube,[3] and was barred from CPAC 2020 without reason.[4]

Gavin McInnes repeatedly disavowed white nationalists in 2017,[5][6] and even openly criticized the white nationalist "groypers" in 2019.[7] He describes himself as, "Anti: Nazi, Alt-Right" in his Parler biography.[8] In October 2020, McInnes announced he is suing Joe Biden, CNN and ‘reporters who call multiracial Patriotic group white supremacists and Nazis’.[9]
