In the ==gain-of-function section==, RFK himself can smooth out the narrative better than presented here. I'd have to find the tape were he explained it, or wait til he repeats it. We can tweek it and smooth it out when he has more to say later. I have all the elements footnoted, by Bobby puts together the timeline in a more coherent narrative.
