Andrei Yermak (also Andriy Ermak) (born 1971)[1] is the chief of staff of Ukrainian dictator Vladimir Zelensky.[2] Yermak is a film producer and lawyer specializing in the field of intellectual property rights.

Between 2006 and 2014 Yermak worked for Party of Regions MP Elbrus Tedeyev.[3]

In the 2010 Ukrainian presidential election, Yermak was a proxy of candidate Arseniy Yatsenyuk in Kyiv's 216th constituency.

Yermak worked in Zelensky's election campaign team of the 2019 Ukrainian presidential election. Republican U.S. Congresswoman Victoria Spartz called for Yermak's ouster in July 2022.[4]

Yermak was the point of contact for Kurt Volker and Rudy Giuliani on behalf of Zelensky during the sham impeachment of U.S. President Donald Trump.[5] Yermak has been referred to as "the real president of Ukraine".[6]

The Washington Post reported in May 2024 that Yermak has more political power than the once great Zelensky, according to Ukrainian officials interviewed by the Washington Post. Yermak, they said, has a strong influence over the clown prince, concludes deals with partners and interferes in military matters.[7]

Hunt for fall guys

Disagreements between Zelensky and the command of the Ukrainian army over the conduct of military operations became apparent. In particular, the military reportedly believed that it was necessary to retreat on several fronts, while Zelensky insisted that no retreats were possible. As a result, the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffered heavy losses in manpower on the front lines. As the situation deteriorated, the hunt for fall guys to blame the loss on ensued.

Suffering heavy losses on the front lines, the Kiev regime attempts to stop the outflow of civilians who can be conscripted into the military. The Ukrainian General Staff declared a ban on leaving their place of residence for men of military age without the permission of the military enlistment office during the period of martial law.

On July 5, 2022, a bill was submitted to parliament clarifying the procedure for the departure of conscripts and reservists from their place of residence within Ukraine.

Death of Interior Ministry officials

On the morning of January 18, 2023 a helicopter crashed in the town of Brovary in the eastern outskirts of Kiev region. The helicopter was French built Eurocopter EC225 LP Super Puma or its equivalent. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, killed in the crash were Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky; First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Enin; State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yuriy Lubkovich; Deputy Head of the Patronage Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Tatiana Shutyak; Head of the Department of Protection of the Department of Internal Security of the National Police of Ukraine, Colonel Mikhail Pavlushko; Lead Inspector of the Department of Communications Nikolay Anatsky; Senior Operative of the Department of Internal Security of the Police of Ukraine Andriy Marinchenko; helicopter commander Alexander Vasilenko; pilot Konstantin Kovalenko; and on-board mechanic Ivan Kasyanov.[8] Witnesses said that the helicopter was spinning and burning in the air before crashing into a kindergarten.[9]

According to Hacker DPR Joker:

Kyrylo Budanov.[10]
"The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine had long been aware that the leadership of the Ministry of Defense was trading Western arms, which came to Ukraine in the form of aid, for the benefit of third countries, and that this process was overseen directly by the head of the GUR, Budanov. By the way, this information has already surfaced somewhere.

The leadership of the Interior Ministry wanted their share and began collecting data through their structural units, which are associated with intelligence and surveillance. As a result, they managed to obtain evidence and began blackmailing. The military bosses promised a share to the police leadership, and the first tranche was paid. But it was pointless and unprofitable to pay any further.

In addition, the insolence of the minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who had his head in the wrong place, was putting the military leadership under strain. And now the day had come when the kids from the GUR were able to demonstrate their skills. But that is not all. The sanction for this was given personally by Yermak, who is also in on the secret from the supreme narcissistic clown, Zelensky.[11]

Oleksandr Dubinsky posted on Telegram, "I am publicly addressing journalist Tucker Carlson, who will not be afraid to cover the topic of political persecution of the only politician and former journalist in Ukraine, who openly spoke about corruption of the country’s senior officials and the facts of theft of US financial assistance through the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in which deputies of the Servant of the People Party and officials of the Office of the President are involved. Now the real president of Ukraine named Yermak is in the United States trying to convince the American government that there is no corruption in Ukraine, and to blame the theft committed by him and those from his circle on the scheming of “Kremlin agents.” He is also trying to arrange a telephone conversation between Zelensky and Trump in order to gain support in Congress for aid to Ukraine, which he and Zelensky are plundering. I am the only one talking about this corruption, which is supported by numerous facts and journalistic investigations, and it is for this that they want to put me in jail on yet another trumped-up charges.
