There is no solid historical evidence that J. Edgar Hoover was a cross dresser.

I have no idea, myself. Maybe it is a product of the liberal media, which is run much like a tabloid, all too happy to say lies about people they disagree with.

An LBGPQ source was the first that I found that mentioned parody, and I don't think that they found it offensive. I must admit that I was rather surprised by the video, not having seen Volodoymr Zelensky the comedian before (now on Netflix?), and given all the fake news around though the video spurious
