- 4 Some great news: Search engine traffic is up 25%. Also, the Hollywood values article now ranks #1 at Google. My analysis and the changes I made to the article/website paid off
Hollywood values
If memory serves, Conservapedia used to rank #1 at Google for the term Hollywood values and as a result it has over 500,000 views. Conservapedia now has its short article Hollywood ranking in the Google top 10 for this term which is kind of strange.
Regardless, a ton of work has gone into Conservapedia's article Hollywood values, but somehow it got filled with red links which unfortunately makes an article look unsightly so people are more apt to click off the article faster which reduces an articles search engine ranking. I removed the articles red links so hopefully that pops it back into the Google top 10 ranking.
Also, one of the things that makes the Hollywood values crowd stand out is their multiple divorces. People kind of scratch their heads why they go through so many spouses. I just created the articles Psychological and sociological research about individuals with multiple divorces and Narcissism and individuals who have had multiple divorces and posted links to those articles in a relevant section of the Hollywood values article.
I will do some analysis later this year and see if there is anything Conservapedia could do to have its Hollywood values article rank in the Google top 10 again. Conservative (talk) 06:31, November 6, 2023 (EST)
- By the way, Bing ranks Conservapedia's article Hollywood values in the Bing top 5 search results.
- I may give you a quick call this week about something that Conservapedia could do to pop its article into the Google top 10 search results again. Conservative (talk) 06:59, November 6, 2023 (EST)
- Thanks so much for cleaning up Hollywood values (#43 among our most popular entries). If only we could clean up Hollywood industry, then that would be great too!--Andy Schlafly (talk) 14:22, November 6, 2023 (EST)
- Your welcome. I created some additional divorce related articles so I was able to expand the article Psychological and sociological research about individuals with multiple divorces. The deeper they dive into Conservapedia by clicking on internal links related to the Hollywood values article, the higher the Hollywood values article will potentially rank. Conservative (talk) 14:33, November 6, 2023 (EST)
- It's market demand. The industry is just giving the public what they demand. RobSGive Peace a Chance! 14:37, November 6, 2023 (EST)
Hollwood is not giving many people in the public what they very much want.
- Study: "An annual box office study shows that in 2015 American moviegoers still preferred movies with strong conservative content or values over movies with strong liberal or leftist values, by more than 12-to-one. The impact was felt overseas and on home video as well."[1]
Steve Turley just cited a 2015 study that conservative movies consistently outperform liberal movies.[2]
Older studies:
I trust this clarifies matters. Conservative (talk) 17:52, November 6, 2023 (EST)
- The issue is little different than the Bud Lite/Dylan Mulvaney controversy. Consumers may boycott a movie here and there (Sorcese's Passion of Christ, for example), but the whole industry, or at least one major production and distribution company (like Budweiser; perhaps Netflix) to start with to send the industry a message. RobSGive Peace a Chance! 18:00, November 6, 2023 (EST)
- As to conservative movies being "more successful" - they are so rare, conservatives flock to see it. Again, market demand and market efficiency is at work: the industry has it figured out that they would gross as much money making 1 conservative movie per year (to "fill a niche") vs. making 12 per year over 12 months. And it's more cost efficient (the reduction in recurring production costs coupled with pent-up demand also leaves more marginal investment capital for higher quality in script writing and production value than usual. Hollywood producers recognize the "conservative market" is not an extinct market, so they give them what they want and take conservative consumers money once a year or so). Do I detect a pattern here?

User:Conservative: This month will not determine the future of global politics for the next 30 years. |
Maybe User:Conservative should examine his instinctive debate technique so he doesn't have to waste 2 years of his life writing neo-Nazi hate screeds to cover up an intellectual gaffe. RobSGive Peace a Chance! 13:29, November 7, 2023 (EST)
I detect a pattern of you being wrong and resenting it when shown to be wrong.
For demonstration purposes I will take one year from this article and it is not a fluke year. All years 2003 to 2015 the conservative category corporately made more than the liberal category of movies.
Content: 2015 Avg. Box Office
- All Conservative/Moral Categories: $94,645,797 box office sales
- All Leftist Categories: $7,690,834
I trust this further clarifies things.
P.S. This specific month of April 2020 did not determine the future of global politics for the next 30 years. See: The SPECIFIC MONTH OF APRIL 2022 was not a pivotal point in politics that will affect politics for 30 years.
P.S.S. You were also wrong about how supposedly great Russia was to live in too as the Russians are very unhappy. Essay: Are the Russians as unhappy as they claim they are?. Russia has the 2nd highest alcoholism rate in the world as can be seen at Alcoholism in Russia.

Conservapedia admin is trying to turn God's word on the matter of divorce into a mere suggestion
As far as the content, I had nothing wrong or radical in my Conservapedia article on the topic of Divorce and New Testament theology.
Yet RobSmith gave some bizarre talk page comment about God being divorced and then turned my article into an essay. RobSmith is trying to turn God's clear words about divorce into some weak toast suggestion.
Please reverse his move. Conservative (talk) 18:05, November 9, 2023 (EST)
- The New Testament does not use psychobabble, like "narcissistic personality disorder".
| “ | They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD. | ” |
| —Jeremiah 3:1 | ||
| “ | For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called. | ” |

Andy, this is this editing box that, if I or any other editor don't use consistently, is used as a tool to remind me. Hell will freeze over before I become courteous to other editors and stop clogging up Recent Changes with nonsensical screeds and triplicate cut n paste copies from my user space
In order to irritate me, RobSmith is insisting that every minor edit I make that I check the minor edit box.
And if I don't do so, he erases the text on the page and replaces it with the huge graphic like this one here: https://www.conservapedia.com/index.php?title=User:Conservative/sandboxfile&oldid=2004042
But if you look at RobSmith's edits, he does not super consistently use this box for minor edits. So obviously, he doesn't care about this issue.
And Andy you don't use the minor edit box super consistently. I don't know of any Conservapedians who do check the minor edit box for minor edits super consistently. And if I use this minor edit box, who am I going to think about but RobSmith which is something I am not going to do anymore.
To see for yourself, look at:
It's obviously a power play. And a power play I refuse to play along with anymore. When you give an arrogant person an inch, I realize now that they see it as appeasement. Well, that's over. Hell will freeze over before I check the minor edit box.
RobSmith wants to add a bunch of rules for Conservapedians aren't in the Conservapedia Commandments or Conservapdedia Guidelines. And haven't been a practice for 15 years.
I will call you about this matter so you can have a chance to straighten things out with RobSmith.
I would hope that you see things my way and would not put up with this type of harassment to continue.
Below is the minor big ugly graphic he is putting on my pages.
I am sure things can be worked out. Conservative (talk) 07:09, November 15, 2023 (EST)
Some great news: Search engine traffic is up 25%. Also, the Hollywood values article now ranks #1 at Google. My analysis and the changes I made to the article/website paid off
I have some great news. Google referral traffic to Conservapedia is up about 25% according to the leading web marketing company SEMRush.
And remember how I told you that Conservapedia no longer ranks in the Google top 10 for the search "Hollywood values"?
Well after I did my on-page analysis and optimization for the article and made the changes that I thought should be done, the Hollywood values article ranks #1 at Google for the term Hollywood values. What I did was to improve how the article looked plus I created a bunch of complementary articles on multiple divorces (Hollywood entertainers often have multiple divorces) which causes some people to dive into the Conservapedia website deeper.
And I am sure that other things can be done to increase search engine traffic too. I plan on having access to some great web marketing tools in the future, but my initial analysis and implementation was very successful from the time and return on investment point of view. Conservative (talk) 13:47, November 15, 2023 (EST)
- I am continuing to optimize the Hollywood values article so it has "sticking power" in terms of better keeping its #1 Google ranking. I am ramping up some things in my off-wiki life, but I will try to get in contact with you as soon as I can. The purpose of my call will be to have Conservapedia continue to gain search engine traffic. Conservative (talk) 21:01, November 15, 2023 (EST)
