I'd like to add brainwashing and child abuse to the ==See also==, but those articles would need some touching up first. RobSDe Plorabus Unum 02:32, 23 September 2019 (EDT)

A bit of speculation here...

I'm not including this in the main article because this is just speculation on my part at this point, but there was something that caught my attention in this online article here: [1]

“ Age: As per Time Magazine tribute, Greta Thunberg looks 12 but is 16 years old, born on 3 January 2003 in Stockholm. ”

Based on this, and as liberals/leftists (through countless well-documented examples) have been known to lie and engage in deceit to advance a person or cause they support, it raises a question - what if Thunberg is really not as old as her parents, her handlers and the mainstream media (including Wikipedia) claim her to be (16 years old) but may actually only be 12 years old, as she appears to look as pointed out by the article? That actually would come across as even worse, since if she is indeed 12, it means they're using a mentally and emotionally challenged, likely scarred child who hasn't even become a teenager yet to push environmentalism. And I nearly fell victim to the propaganda like she evidently did. Pokeria1 (talk) 18:24, 12 December 2019 (EST)

Facebook posts

Apparently, at least some of "Greta's" posts on Facebook have been coming from her father, and Adarsh Prathap (delegate at the UN's Climate Change organization). Too bad this leak didn't expose anyone further up the chain of command. [2] --DavidB4 (TALK) 01:56, 13 January 2020 (EST)

T-Shirt

RobSmith, please take a more careful look at the image. I may be well over the hill, but it clearly reads "Antifascist", though the F is obscured. Can you correct please.--Jackin the box (talk) 16:20, January 23, 2022 (EST)

Can another editor take a look at the image. --Jackin the box (talk) 15:13, January 24, 2022 (EST)
Oh, I get it. You're saying Antifa and Antifascist are two different things. I wonder what they have to say about that. RobSLet's Go Brandon!`
Sorry to be so dumb, RobSmith – I hadn't realized that Antifa was short for antifascist!! The word fascist is totally over-used. Still the caption is confusing, especially for those of an older generation, who remember the fascists regimes of the 1930s and 1940s.--Jackin the box (talk) 09:29, January 25, 2022 (EST)
If Antifa hadn't vandalized the monument to the WWII generation that defeated fascism, they probably could have been taken seriously or their ideas and claims discussed on an intellectual plane. But I think now they are viewed rather as cartoonish snot nose punks. Only a buffoon would think they stand for anything other than fascist terrorism. Agreed! However, the shirt doesn't have the word on it! --Jackin the box (talk) 09:43, January 25, 2022 (EST)

Being antifascist doesn't necessarily make someone a member of Antifa, that's all I'm saying. Perhaps something needs to be added to the article to clarify matters? I would wear an antifascist t-shirt, if protesting against a Neo-Nazi rally, for example. --Jackin the box (talk) 09:51, January 25, 2022 (EST)
Really? Would you be tearing down statues of those fascist Nazis Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglas, too? RobSLet's Go Brandon! 09:56, January 25, 2022 (EST)
You do realize the Normany Invasion had no blacks, gays or women? RobSLet's Go Brandon! 10:00, January 25, 2022 (EST)
I don't see the connection between Hitler and Mussolini and these Republican icons. I would certainly be protesting any such acts of vandalism by Neo-Nazis! Re Normandy see. --Jackin the box (talk) 10:20, January 25, 2022 (EST)
You seem to take Antifa seriously, as if it has some intellectual underpinnings unlike the violernt, mindless nazi totalitarian fascists they have proven themselves to be.
As to the segregated black troops used as cannon fodder at Normandy, I almost forgot. There was quite a tradition of such going back to the French during WWI. One problem has been documentation. RobSLet's Go Brandon! 11:10, January 25, 2022 (EST)
