The historical reality and facts show it was Donald J. Trump who exposed the entire Epstein scandal. The DOJ & FBI never would have done it themselves.

In 2006, Epstein recruited a 15 year old girl, Virginia Guiffre, an employee of Mar-a-Lago, into the child sex trade. Trump immediately barred Epstein from Mar-a-Lago, and watched as the DOJ covered up the scandal. Investigations exposed the Clinton connection. I believe the scandal so outraged Donald J. Trump, especially where his name was involved, he believed the only way to rectify the matter and bring justice for victims was by running for president himself to expose the corruption in the federal government. It may not have been his only motive to run in 2016, but fair-minded historians need to consider this matter carefully. And of course, if we can get some input from Trump himself in memoirs or personal interviews, that would help. It was only by Trump pushing the issue in the 2016 election (which the Democrats & MSM tried to counter and neutralize with the Hollywood Access video which did not include children) that the story ever came to light. The FBI has become absurdly powerful in recent years. Why was Tucker Carlson fired? He was asking questions about Epps and the FBI's involvement in January 6. There was also the advertiser boycott, but that wasn't spontaneous either.

The Democrats are counting on Trump being reputationally damaged by a guilty verdict on the Washington, D.C. court case on J6 which favors Democrats because juries in this liberal district are Democrats and anti-Trump. It might backfire and make Trump the Nelson Mandela of the USA - especially if the Supreme Court speedily accepts the case and overrules the verdict.

Polls indicate that the economy is the number one issue.[2] And Biden's foreign policy is a trainwreck. Many legal Latino immigrants don't like Biden's border policy. People want peace and prosperity and Biden is failing. So Biden is playing the J6 card and the lawfare card.

Since the economy is slightly favored to be in recession in 2024 and the public doesn't usually recognize that inflation is over until several months afterwards, that is why the Democrats are engaging in lawfare and hoping Biden's incumbency is going to be enough to win the 2024 presidential election. President terms that are under an economic recesssion during an election year never win the presidency. So that is the biggest risk to Biden's presidency.
