Kristi Noem (b. November 30, 1971) is the Republican U.S. Representative-elect for the U.S. House from South Dakota, defeating incumbent Democrat Stephanie Herseth Sandlin. She is Pro-life, a rancher, a mother of three, a hunter and a conservative who represents South Dakota state House of Representatives since 2006. Currently serves as the Assistant Majority Leader.
