Theodore Paul Budd (born October 21, 1971) is an American politician from the state of North Carolina. A Republican, Budd is a member of the United States House of Representatives for North Carolina's 13th congressional district. Budd is an America First Representative who is running for Senate to replace retiring Moderate Republican Richard Burr.
He was endorsed by President Donald Trump.[1]

2020 Elections
Budd objected to the electoral votes in the 2020 presidential returns of Arizona and Pennsylvania.[2][3]
Ukraine war
In May 2022, Budd turned to be establishment tool and vote for passing $40 billion to Ukraine war.[4]
