It's especially about intentionality when choosing which aspects of yourself to develop and work on to achieve peak performance in an area of better overall version of yourself.[1]

- Psychological resilience/mental toughness/grit: Learn from setbacks and keep moving forward.
- Celebrate progress and key successes: Acknowledge and celebrate your successes, big and small.
5. Key focus areas:
- Mental growth: Developing cognitive abilities, learning skills (See: Accelerated learning and memory skills), problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and concentration skills and greater self-control/willpower.
