Free State Wyoming is a Vote with your feet strategic relocation project started by Boston T. Party as a more conservative, pro Second Amendment-oriented offshoot of the Free State Project. Members decided on Wyoming as a better alternative than New Hampshire desired by the Easterners who were part of the original Free State Project. New Hampshire, despite being somewhat more Libertarian that other states, is surrounded by liberal unfree Nanny states.
