What happened? Putin relayed an ultimatum via Trump to Zelensky: American aid in exchange for a compromise on the memorandum presented by Moscow at the Istanbul 2.0 peace negotiations.

Russian demands: Russia would consider ending the war through negotiations only if Ukraine ends martial law and holds presidential elections. Trump is said to have relayed this message to Zelensky. Currently, Ukrainian law prevents elections while martial law is in effect. That law is up for renewal in about 10 days. So, if Ukraine does not renew martial law, it might signal a shift toward the proposed deal. However, Zelensky has shown no willingness to end martial law or hold elections, having resisted this for years. Reportedly, Trump may have offered more Patriot missiles as a temporary measure, contingent on Ukraine accepting the Russian demands — not as a long-term commitment.

There's a theory circulating that the FBI/DOJ are lying, the client list does exist but someone blocked it from being released. That someone being Donald Trump himself.
