A serial number from the missile casing is recovered, tracing the Stinger's origin to a lot disbursed to the CIA which the CIA delivered to Qatar intended for Libya and Syria during the early days of the Libyan war. Hillary Clinton's State Dept. & the CIA jointly ran the covert weapons supply program.<ref>http://nypost.com/2014/06/08/how-the-taliban-got-their-hands-on-modern-us-missiles/ </ref> Some of the Stinger's that Qater illegally transfered to the Taliban may have been recovered in a trade for 5 Taliban commanders released from Guantanamo.
