John Henry Rutherford (born September 2, 1952) he is American congressman from Republican Party and former officer in Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. He represent fourth district of Florida state. he is known as strong supporter of 45 president Donald Trump. Rutherford is Catholic, pro life and against death penalty.[1] John Rutherford voted against Jim Jordan to be speaker of the house.
