Douglas Perry

Douglas Perry, officially known now as Donna Perry, is a serial killer of prostitutes. Two decades the case remained unsolved until he was arrested on weapon charges. He had gender reassignment surgery in Thailand.
In defense of his actions, he claimed that he is innocent because Douglas did it, not Donna.[1]
