Is there a correlation between government corruption and a poor or deteriorating sewer system of a country?
"Yes, research and case studies show a strong, direct correlation between government corruption and poor or deteriorating water, sanitation, and sewer (WSS) infrastructure."[5] Conservative (talk) 08:30, November 4, 2026 (EST)

Vietnam during the Vietnam War

During the Vietnam War, South Vietnam’s rural sanitation infrastructure was minimal. The Sanitary Hamlet Program, run by U.S. forces, was explicitly designed to replace open-air defecation with latrines, including indoor facilities, as part of counterinsurgency and health campaigns

This indicates that before the program, most rural households lacked any indoor toilet facilities, and flush toilets were virtually nonexistent outside of urban centers or U.S. military installations. The program’s focus on “ending open-air defecation” and teaching correct latrine use confirms that the baseline prevalence of indoor flush toilets was near zero in rural areas

Afghanistan during the Afghan War

In Afghanistan, indoor flush toilets were almost entirely absent during the Afghan War. The country’s water scarcity, civil war damage, and traditional sanitation practices meant that most people used dry vault toilets or open defecation

Even in urban areas like Kabul, less than half of residents had indoor plumbing, and many Western-style toilets were connected to raw sewage systems without flushing

The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) and other sources note that only about 29% of the population had access to improved sanitation in 2012, and the situation in the 1980s was even worse

Conclusion: In both Vietnam and Afghanistan during their respective wars, indoor flush toilets were extremely rare to nonexistent, especially in rural populations. Sanitation was dominated by open-air defecation or dry latrines, with flush toilets only appearing in limited urban or military contexts.

Ready to go web marketing plan for raising money for Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian oil refineries should I decide to implement it

1. Provide me recommendations to improve the web marketing of these websites in terms of their reach and their conversion rate optimization: UNITED24, Ukrainian World Congress, Ukrainian Freedom Fund, Drones For Ukraine and Come Back Alive. Estimate how many extra visitors and how much extra fundraising could be accomplished for each website.

Summary: "With solid digital execution, these five Ukrainian fundraising sites together could attract roughly 10–15 million more visitors per year and raise an additional $100 – $250 million USD annually, depending on how aggressively improvements are rolled out."

2. List of the major Russian oil refineries which have not yet been successfully attacked by Ukrainian drones. List them in order of most oil refined first.

3. Estimate how much money Ukraine would have to raise as far as paying for military drones in order to successfully attack the major Russian oil refineries which have not yet been successfully attacked by Ukrainian drones.

Summary: "To threaten the remaining major Russian refineries with successful drone strikes, Ukraine would likely need tens of millions of dollars: a realistic planning baseline is ~$5M per refinery (including munitions, spares and basic support), so 3 refineries ≈ $15M and 6 refineries ≈ $30M. A low-cost one-off campaign might be under $5–20M, while a sustained, high-attrition program using longer-range or higher-capability loitering munitions could rise into the $100–$200M+ range; key uncertainties are unit cost, required drones per strike, and sustainment/ISR/EW support."

4. Did Ukraine use Flamingo missiles to attack Russian oil refineries? If so, how much does it cost for Ukraine to make a Flamingo missile?

Summary: "Ukraine has used its Flamingo (FP-5) missiles against Russian targets, including refineries. Each missile costs about $0.5–1 million USD."

5. On average, for each Russian oil refinery attacked, how much does it cost Russia in lost production revenue and the cost of repairs?

Summary: "Each successful strike on a Russian oil refinery typically costs $200–$350 million in combined lost production and repair expenses. Minor attacks may cost $25–100 million, while severe or prolonged outages can exceed $1 billion. Overall, refinery attacks impose hundreds of millions of dollars in economic losses per site, depending on damage severity and downtime."

6. Which web marketing firms are the very best when it comes to implementing internet fundraising in terms of people it reaches and a high conversion rate in terms of conversion rate optimization? Also, come up with a list of firms that help raise money across international borders for high-profile causes.

7. What percentage of Russian oil refineries are offline or operating significantly below capacity due to Ukraine drone/missile attacks? According to analysts, what percentage of Russian oil refineries would have be attacked to destabilize the Russian economy?

Summary:

About 17% of Russia’s oil-refining capacity is offline due to Ukrainian drone and missile strikes (conservative estimate).

Up to 25–38% of total capacity has been hit or disrupted at some point, though not all remains shut down.

Analysts say around 40–50% of capacity would need to be out for an extended period to cause severe, nationwide economic destabilization.

20–30% outages already create serious regional fuel shortages and price pressure.

8. Break down the percentage of Ukraine funds to continue the war is via foreign governments, charitable contributions and other sources. What percentage could the charitable contributions be realistically increased via better web marketing (reach and conversion optimization practices)?

9. What strategies and tactics could increase foreign aid? Are there any web marketing tactics that would realistically increase foreign aid? If so, what are they? What weaknesses do you see in Ukraine's web marketing strategies and tactics to increase foreign aid? How could those weaknesses be fixed or mitigated?

10. Utilize my contacts in the web marketing field in order to get the web marketing projects done expeditiously. The sooner the projects are done, the faster the Russian oil refineries are taken offline. Use business networking if necessary.

Fundraising plans if necessary:

1. Put together a grant writing team and target foundations which are most apt to fund Ukrainian causes.

2. Put together a team to pursue major donors. Look for high-income individuals/organizations who have publicly expressed pro-Ukraine sentiments. Conservative (talk) 02:33, October 26, 2025 (EDT)

Research results:

List of major donors and foundations that may be interested in funding a web marketing campaign to increase foreign government and private donor aide for Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian oil refineries

User:Conservative proven wrong, AGAIN

Actually, the headline is somewhat misleading. There are no stand alone "Diesel refineries". All refineries are "Diesel refineries". The question in each refinery is what to do with the limited supply of middle distillates, make Diesel or jet fuel? With military jet fuel given priority, diesel, which carries the goods to stock the shelves of every store in America, is cut back (the old Guns or butter routine, which User:Conservative again embarrassed himself with his limited understanding and distortions).
Welcome to the barfing-in-the-neighbors’-bushes hangover of Ukraine’s “turning the tide” exuberance this summer.

Actually, the exuberance phase was short-lived, so we’ve been feeling the crapulence since at least mid-July, when President Volodymyr Zelensky axed the popular Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov. Days later, he fired Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi and, one day after that, Chief of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Andrii Hnatov.

Wartime presidents don’t strike down their top military leaders when battlefield developments are coming up roses.

And you wonder why I revert User:Conservative's ill-informed crapulence on sight at MPR. RobSDo heterosexual normies spend 20 yrs obsessing over gay bars, bathhouses and drag queens? 02:44, September 17, 2026 (EDT)

ChatGPT created initial data, but said "There is no credible or ethical way to state “the average drone causes X casualties." Had Grok examine the ChatGP data and then come up with its own estimate. I only wanted a rough estimate. It got it. I don't need exact numbers. Conservative (talk) 15:13, December 26, 2025 (EST)

Summary: "If major Ukraine-focused fundraising platforms improved their conversion rate optimization at scale, realistic estimates suggest an extra ~$80–$430 million in donations per year could be generated. At typical frontline drone costs (≈ $500 per unit), that additional funding could translate into roughly 160,000 to 860,000 extra low-cost drones per year, assuming funds were directed primarily toward drone procurement."

Grok said regarding: "ChatGPT said: "If major Ukraine-focused fundraising platforms improved their conversion rate optimization at scale, realistic estimates suggest an extra ~$80–$430 million in donations per year could be generated. At typical frontline drone costs (≈ $500 per unit), that additional funding could translate into roughly 160,000 to 860,000 extra low-cost drones per year, assuming funds were directed primarily toward drone procurement." Do you concur?"

Summary statement: "Based on public data from Ukrainian military reports, Western analyses, and drone unit statistics as of late 2025, the additional 250,000–750,000 low-cost FPV drones could realistically cause an estimated 50,000–300,000 Russian casualties (killed and wounded combined) per year, assuming typical deployment patterns, hit rates (20–50% success per drone due to electronic warfare and other factors), and average effectiveness (0.2–0.4 casualties per drone, often targeting infantry or small vehicles with 1–2 impacts per successful strike).

This range accounts for variability: lower-end assumes conservative hit rates and partial allocation to non-lethal roles (e.g., reconnaissance); higher-end reflects optimized use in high-intensity sectors like Pokrovsk or Donetsk, where elite units like the "Birds of Magyar" have achieved ~0.4–0.5 casualties per drone in monthly stats. Not all drones would directly cause casualties—some fail, are jammed, or support indirect operations—but scaled production and tech improvements (e.g., AI guidance boosting success to 70–80% in some cases) amplify impact.

In context, drones already account for 60–80% of Russian frontline losses (per RUSI reports and Ukrainian claims), with daily Russian casualties averaging ~1,200 (cumulative ~1.2 million since 2022 per Ukrainian General Staff). Extra drones could meaningfully shift battlefield dynamics, potentially saving Ukrainian lives by reducing close-quarters engagements." Conservative (talk) 04:46, December 22, 2025 (EST)

Politics, the internet and web marketing skills

When it comes to political matters that one has an active interest in, having advanced web marketing skills is helpful because instead of being merely a passive consumer of news you can be a meaningful participant.

Having a deep interest in politics on a political matter gives you the motivation and knowledge base to understand nuances, stakes, and strategies that casual observers miss. Pair that with advanced web marketing skills (SEO, social media skills, conversion rate optimization skills, web design skills, etc.), online fundraising abilities, targeted advertising, content virality, meme warfare, audience segmentation, funnel design, analytics — and you move from being a passive voter or commentator to someone who can genuinely shape narratives, fund initiatives, mobilize people, and influence outcomes.

At a high level, politics today is not just about ideas but about distribution, framing, and amplification. When someone combines (a) genuine interest in political issues with (b) advanced web/marketing skills, they move from being a passive node in the information ecosystem to an active force within it. That’s a real shift in power.

New rules related to my involvement in politics: "They attempted to strike me down, but I made the decision to learn advanced web marketing skills so I became more powerful than they can possibly ever imagine. While User:Conservative may be a self-proclaimed expert on flush toilets and Russian domestic politics, he doesn't seem to know much about inter-NATO politics:
The ruling liberals’ superficial response probably won’t boost their standing among voters any more than their recent “Russophrenic” episode that reverberated across Europe over the past half-year.

The Regional Council of Western Ukraine’s Lvov Region, the cradle of its ultra-nationalist movement, voted to commemorate 2027 as the year of the “Ukrainian Insurgent Army” (UPA) and its Commander-in-Chief Roman Shukhevich. He and his organization were among the culprits of the World War II-era Volhynia Genocide that resulted in the slaughter of over 100,000 Poles. Zelensky named an elite commando unit after the UPA earlier this year at the cost of sparking a political crisis with Poland.

While Poland’s ruling liberal coalition repaired ties with Ukraine after conservative President Karol Nawrocki revoked their country’s highest honor from [Zelensky] in response, they briefly hardened their rhetoric towards it for electioneering reasons, and they’re now doing so once more. Prime Minister Donald Tusk condemned the resolution as “suicidal”, Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski banned the official who proposed it, and Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz called the move unacceptable

He's just been too lazy to remove it himself, although he admitted years ago it was improper and tried to divorce himself from it. RobSRecovering Republican 13:14, December 28, 2025 (EST)

I didn't see anything neo-Nazi or antisemitic in the entire sections of information that were deleted.--Andy Schlafly (talk) 13:30, December 28, 2025 (EST)
Vox Day posted the 14 words on his website as one of his core beliefs which User:Conservative doubled & tripled down promoting after it was called to his attention. Eventually, after much hullabaloo, he admitted the source was improper, did not remove it, but tried to cover his tracks.

It's been a big deal on the internet for years. Vox Day aka Theodore Beale is a notorious antisemite. User:Conservative used him extensively. When exposed, User:Conservative covered his tracks by deleting from talk pages his emulation of Vox Day. He removed all references to the name "Vox Day" from 100+ mainspace articles, simply replaced it with the man's real name, Theodore Beale. But everyone now knows Beale is Day.
User:Conservative even tried to drag me into his scam. He asked me to remove his praise of Day from Talk:MainPage Archives from years ago. I told him (a) that was inappropriate, and (b) it was inappropriate to ask me.
Much of this neo-nazi and antisemitic spamming by User:Conservative, wittingly or unwittingly, has been going on for years behind your back.
As I see it, the problem is at least twofold: (1) User:Conservative's habit of spamming the same text into 17 or more mainspaces before other editors can vet the content. (2) User:Conservative's inability to engage in civil discussion. He simply spams the same unvetted text from manispace into talk pages when questioned. This is why editors will not create new content: Whatever subject they choose, he will spam contrary non-factual information into dozens of other mainspaces with your protection. RobSRecovering Republican 15:53, December 29, 2025 (EST)
