Al-Nusra Front is a terrorist Islamist organization and Syrian offshoot of the Al-Qaeda. It fights in the Syrian Civil War against Bashar al-Assad. It is known for the persecution of Christians and Alawites. But it does also fight the Free Syrian Army.[1]
