Stephen Kotkin is a neoconservative Russophobe who regularly writes for leftist fake news and globalist rags such as The New Republic, The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Washington Post and Financial Times. Kotkin is a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, a key platform for neoconservative thought and its evolution in American public policy.[1] He also is a commentator for the leftist broadcast news outlets NPR and the BBC.
