The NATO war in Ukraine, sometimes known as the Russia–Ukraine War is a proxy war started by the United States in 2014 with the violent overthrow of the democratically elected government of Ukraine^[30] in collaboration with neo-Nazi traitors to the Ukrainian nation.^[31] The newly installed Maidan puppet regime immediately began a campaign of unprovoked aggression against the civilians of Donbas.

Groupthink among Western NATO leaders and their populations led to the false belief that Fourth generation warfare could be won by propaganda and misinformation alone without an industrial base.

Nazi and neo-Nazi organizations have been active in Ukraine since 1941 and received Pentagon and CIA arms and assistance until 1954, which was resumed by the Obama administration in 2013 under CIA director John Brennan.^[32] Brennan was a key player in the Russia collusion hoax, a disinformation and propaganda psyop to convince the American people that Donald Trump had "colluded" with Russian President Vladimir Putin to rig the 2016 presidential election and to stir anti-Russian sentiment.^[33]

In 2016, well before Russia's Special Military Operation, Barack Obama signed a Presidential Finding authorizing covert action against Russia, as reported in The Washington Post.^[34] The finding “included language about sabotage operations, according to a former CIA official,” former US Army Special Operations operative Jack Murphy reported.^[35]

During the sham impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump over aid to Ukraine, impeachmnent manager Adam Schiff openly stated about the illegal, undeclared proxy war which most Americans were not even aware of let alone ever consulted about, "we fight Russia over there so we don't have to fight Russia here."^[36]

By December 2022 in the first year of Russia's Special Military Operation, Ukraine had lost 250,000 soldiers killed and wounded - more than the size of the army Ukraine when the SMO began in late February 2022. The only thing keeping the bankrupt Zelensky regime in the fight was American aid, with marginal aid supplied by the European vassal states.

As published in the Washington Post on May 9, 2023, the 78th anniversary of Victory Day commemorating the defeat of Nazi Germany by Russia, NATO General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg said, "The war in Ukraine has fundamentally changed NATO, but then you have to remember the war didn’t start in 2022…The war started in 2014."^[37]

By September 2023 NATO and its Ukrainian proxy forces were soundly defeated on the battlefield by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Biden junta foreign secretary Antony Blinken announced in a speech at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies as part of the Brzezinski Lecture Series on September 13, 2023 after the failed 2023 Ukraine counteroffensive, "The old world order is over...One era is ending, a new one is beginning, and the decisions that we make now will shape the future for decades to come."^[38]

The United States, together with the German secret service BND,^[42] had long standing ties with Nazi groups in west-Ukraine which had previously cooperated with Nazi Germany and had been attached to the German Nazi-Wehrmacht.^[43] The CIA reactivated these groups and instigated a violent color-revolution in Kiev.^[44] The United States resumed providing direct military aid to Ukraine nationalist forces and the newly created puppet regime in 2014. Western states began to train Ukraine’s armed forces and allow their participation in military exercises. In December 2016, Sen. Lindsey Graham declared 2017 to be "the year of offense", which was delayed by the Russiagate scandal, the Mueller investigation, and Trump impeachment 1.0.

In February 2019, Ukraine’s constitution was amended to make NATO membership a compulsory government goal. Zelensky, who was elected President on a pro-peace platform in May 2019, did nothing to change that provision and in March 2021 he adopted the Crimean Platform – a programme to recapture Crimea and the naval base at Sevastopol for NATO by any means necessary, including unspecified military measures which the Kyiv regime by itself was incapable of. In April, Ukraine forced a provocation with Russian naval forces in the sea of Azov, which ended without violence, and in June the United Kingdom used the incident as an excuse to enhance Ukraine’s seaborne capabilities. That same month NATO promised Ukraine’s eventual membership of the alliance. In July, the United States and Ukraine co-hosted a naval exercise in the Black Sea that involved 32 countries and in August signed a US-Ukraine Strategic Defense Framework, followed a couple of months later by a Charter on Strategic Partnership. Between March and June, NATO conducted Defender 21, a multinational military exercise focussed on supposedly defending Europe from Russian attack. In the spring Ukraine began increasing its forces along the Donbass line of contact with the aim of eliminating the Donbas militias and retaking Crimea.

Investigative reporter Seymour Hersh reported in the summer of 2023 that Biden junta national security advisor Jake "the Snake" Sullivan took an American delegation to the 'second international peace summit' in August at Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The summit was led by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) who four years earlier was accused of ordering the assassination and dismemberment of journalist Jamal Khashoggi for the Washington Post at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, for perceived disloyalty to the state.

The summit stars included MBS, Sullivan, and Volodymyr Zelensky. Russia was not invited to the summit. It included a handful of heads of state from the fewer than fifty nations that sent delegates. Reuters reported that Zelensky’s goal was to get international support for “the principles” that he will consider as a basis for the settlement of the war, including “the withdrawal of all Russian troops and the return of all Ukrainian territory.” Russia’s formal response came from Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Ryabkov who called the summit “a reflection of the West’s attempt to continue futile, doomed efforts” to mobilize the Global South behind Zelensky. India and China both sent delegations to the session. An American intelligence official told Hersh,

referring to President Putin’s curtailment of Ukrainian wheat shipments in response to Zelensky’s renewed attacks on the Crimean bridge linking Crimea to the Russian mainland.^[46]

On September 10, 2023 at the Group of Twenty annual summit in New Dehli which US socialist führer Joe Biden personally attended, the G20 rejected Biden's efforts to get the group to condemn Russia.^[47]

Ukrainska Pravda reported in May 2022 on Boris Johnson's unannounced surprise visit to Kyiv shortly after Russia and Ukraine had reached a peace settlement in their talks in Istanbul. The Russians had agreed to withdraw to the pre-February 2022 borders and Zelensky would implement the Minsk Accords. Ukrainska Pravda reported in essence what Johnson told Zelensky according to sources close to the Ukrainian dictator:

Only a month after Russia was forced by innumerable actions by the West to achieve the aims of protecting the Russian-speaking people of the Donbass region and the Russian Federation itself from a malevolent Ukrainian regime becoming a NATO state on its border, Russia initiated peace negotiations. These bore fruit in March 2022 when significant progress was announced from Istanbul where the talks between the two sides were being held. Russia removed its troops from around the capital Kiev, sent there with the goal, not of conquest, but of bringing the Kiev regime to its senses and to negotiate a peaceful outcome. This avenue toward a peaceful resolution of all areas of concern was swiftly blocked via a visit to Kiev by then British prime minister Boris Johnson. This one act condemned upwards of half a million Ukrainians to their deaths and the potential destruction of Ukraine as a viable state.^[50]

The sudden failure of the Istanbul agreement led to the immediate influx of mass amounts of the latest U.S. gear such as HIMARs. Zelensky was secretly promised unlimited funding and military support as bait. Stuck between the path of peace or the chance to go down in history as the one man who could do what Genghis Khan, Napoleon, and Hitler could not do. Zelensky chose to put his faith in NATO’s invincibility. Ukrainian journalist Diana Panchenko confirmed what happened:

On October 11, 2022, Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with 60 Minutes:^[52]

Russia de-ratifies Nuclear Test Ban Treaty

On October 19, 2023 The Biden regime conducted a nuclear test in Nevada.^[53] A Kremlin statement on October 24, 2023 stated that Russia has successfully tested its ability to launch a massive nuclear retaliation strike by land, sea, and air. This show of power coincided with the Russian State Duma withdrawing its ratification the 1996 Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT). The United States, while signing the treaty, never ratified it.^[54]

Deputy foreign minister Sergey Ryabkov said Russia was not ready to begin nuclear talks with the United States until Washington abandons its hostile stance. The development comes days after Russia was attacked by the long range ATACMs missiles delivered to Ukraine by the United States.

After passing unanimously in the Lower House, the bill to de-ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CBTB) was approved by the Upper House by 156 votes to zero. The approved legislation was sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin for his signature.

The "interagency consensus" of the U.S. Deep State has conducted an armed proxy war since 2014 with heavy weapons, including artillery and airstrikes, against Russian-speaking Ukrainian civilians living in the Donbas.^[56] President Donald John Trump was impeached in 2019 by the Democratic party, who control the United States House of Representatives, for going against this "interagency consensus" of the civil service of the Executive Branch to foment a proxy war between the United States and Russia in Ukraine.^[57]

On April 27, 2022, the Exxon corporation declared force majeure, or exemption from liability for its Sakhalin-1 operations which produces about 273,000 barrels of crude oil per day for export to South Korea, Japan, Australia, Thailand and the United States. On April 30, the electrical plant at Sakhalin went up in flames.^[58]

Russian military analyst Viktor Litovkin, who is also head of the military news editorial office for the TASS news agency, said in a May 9, 2022 show on Sky News Arabia (UAE) that if the West declares war on Russia or sends soldiers to fight in Ukraine, it would mean all-out war. He said that sending weapons to Ukraine is one thing, but sending Western armed forces to Ukraine would be a different matter altogether. Litovkin added: “Russia has nuclear weapons that can destroy many European and non-European countries.”^[59]

The Predator and MQ-9 Reaper drones operate on a satellite uplink. Once it is airborne, the drone can be controlled directly from the United States. That makes the drone operators combatants and legitimate targets.

All told, only the 30 NATO states and another 30 NATO vassal states worldwide support NATO's war on Russia. More than a 2/3 majority of the United Nations General Assembly remain independent or aligned with Russia. Even among the warring NATO states and its subject clients, deep division remain both within the alliance itself, and within the populations of those countries and their colonial subjects whose rogue leaders have led them into war with Russia.

The Novoshakhtinsk refinery about five kilometers inside the Russian border in the Rostov region, was attacked and set on fire by two Chinese made commercial drones that sell in kit for $6,500. The engine sells separately for an additional $1,149. The refinery is one of the largest in Russia's southern region.

On June 29, 2022, U.S. socialist dictator Joe Biden announced that six U.S. Navy Arleigh Burke-class destroyers were being moved into the Mediterranean Sea to provide air defense (AD) missions and the ability to launch cruise missiles well inland into Russia.^[60] On August 15, 2022, reconnaissance aircraft of the United Kingdom entered Russian airspace in the Murmansk region.

Since the beginning of September 2022, daily shelling of civilian residential areas in Russian villages and towns and skirmishes along the Russian and Ukrainian border north of Kharkiv occurred as part of the NATO-orchestrated and led counteroffensive.

By September 2022, the United States was providing 75% of Ukraine' economic, military, and humanitarian effort for the war.

According to The Intercept, the United States had boots on the ground in Ukraine under a covert action finding; a former special forces officer said that Biden amended a preexisting finding, originally approved during the Obama administration. A former CIA officer told The Intercept that Biden's use of the preexisting finding has frustrated some U.S. intelligence officials, who believe that U.S. involvement in the Ukraine conflict differs so much from the spirit of the finding that it should merit a new one.^[62][63] NATO personnel are certainly on the ground in Ukraine, but operating in a “volunteer” or informal capacity to keep the veneer of plausible deniability.^[64]

In October 2022 the first aerial dogfight between drones was caught on video.^[65]

On October 9, 2022, Russian sources reported that Ukraine/NATO used several small scale dirty nukes in the Horlivka region.^[66] Some Russian soldiers are reported to have shown symptoms of radiation sickness.^[67]

On October 10, 2022, Vladimir Putin sent a warning to the Ukrainian political and military establishment to dispel the thought of continuing terrorist activities against key objects of Russian infrastructure.^[68]

In a move to further escalate the conflict, EU foreign ministers assented to start a military training program for 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers at a meeting in Luxembourg on October 14, 2022. In addition to training, it was also promised to create a fund valued at 500 million euros to finance European aid to Ukraine.^[69]

In the first 6 weeks of the Zelensky Offensive on the Kharkov and Kherson fronts, NATO/Ukraine lost about 18,000 troops killed, and likely twice that number injured. The offensive was not guided by military and strategic considerations, but largely political in nature, with the looming U.S. midterm elections on November 8 and nothing to show for the $65 billion in aid given to Zelensky since February 2022. On October 11, 2022, NATO boss Jens Stoltenberg told the bloc's defense ministers: “It is important for all of us, that Ukraine wins the battle…Because if Putin wins, that is not only a big defeat for Ukrainians, but it will be a defeat and dangerous for all of us."^[70] Russian Security Council deputy chair Dmitry Medvedev responded, “The comment is an open confirmation of NATO’s participation in the war against our country – an unwise, but pure-hearted remark...The honest Norwegian fellow has finally admitted it”.^[71]

At the Central Asia Summit in Astana in response to a question from a reporter, "Will Ukraine be able to exist as a state?", President Putin implied that the political objectives originally stated in February 2022 may have changed.^[72]

On March 24, 2023, former president and Security Council deputy chair Dmitry Medvedev told Sputnik news,

On May 3, 2023, the Kremlin was attacked; Zelensky fled to Finland and went on a world tour to include Rome, Warsaw, Berlin, Paris, London, Saudi Arabia and Japan, and did not return to Kyiv for more than 10 days.

On the night of May 15-16, 2023 a US-built, manned, and donated Patriot missile system was destroyed at the Zhuliany airfield in Kyiv. The Patriot system fired off 32 missiles randomly in the two minutes before it was struck to avoid destruction of the ordinance on the ground in the vicinity of the missile battery. The missile, costing $5 million each, cost the US taxpayers $158 million in a colossal waste of US taxpayer dollars once the system operators realized a Kinzhal missile was about to strike.^[74] As usual, the Ukraine defense ministry denied destruction of the system, which, as usual, was echoed by the Pentagon. However, satellite imagery tywo days later on May 18 confirmed destruction of the $1 billion Patriot missile battery.^[75] Patriot systems are doomed to destruction due to a lack of mobility. A second Patriot missile battery was destroyed on May 28.

The War Zone reported on May 25, 2023 that a photo released by the Ukrainian government depicted a Ukrainian Air Force Su-24 Fencer combat jet armed with a UK-supplied Storm Shadow conventionally armed cruise missile. The Storm Shadow is the longest-range standoff weapon to be delivered to Ukraine. The image confirmed the use of the Su-24 as the launch platform for those missiles.^[76] On May 29 the Russians reported destroying five Su-24s on the ground at the Khmelnytskyi airbase base indicated by the icon in the photo.^[77]

On May 28, 2023 a huge explosion shook homes in the Kyiv region, a region not known for earthquakes. Sources said the explosion registered as a magnitude 3.4 on the Richter scale, and some experts estimated to be equivalent to at least a 100 ton ammo explosion. According to Turkish sources, the recent "earthquake" in Kiev, which Mayor Klitschko spoke about, could be related to the following: Kiev was one of the cities with the most extensive network of underground bunkers and tunnels in the Soviet Union. It is believed that the cause of the ground shaking may be an explosion and the destruction of a large underground arsenal. In a retaliatory move, the Russian armed forces struck Ukraine's chief military directorate.

In July 2023 the Pentagon announced the dispatch of thousands of US reservists to Europe who will focus primarily on administrative and logistical tasks to "support and maintain a massive troop presence for a long time." At the same time, German media reported some provisions of NATO's plan in case of war with Russia. NATO's war plan for "coming war with Russia" was approved at the 2023 NATO Vilnius summit. The 4,000-page plan includes the following provisions:

• Deployment of 300,000 NATO military personnel to the Russian border. These forces will be at a high degree of readiness
• The supreme commander of NATO forces in Europe will be able to make certain decisions without consulting the alliance.
• Germany will become the most important logistical hub for alliance forces. A second headquarters of NATO ground forces is even planned in Wiesbaden, Germany. In addition, the major NATO countries have created areas of responsibility for the countries on the eastern flank of the alliance: Germany, Lithuania, Great Britain, Estonia, and Canada, and Latvia.
• NATO intends to strengthen the protection of pipelines and other critical infrastructure.
• The alliance intends to reinforce units with heavy weapons, increase stocks of long-range missiles and artillery systems.
• The 100,000 U.S. troops will remain in Europe.

This means that NATO forces, taking into account auxiliary units, will amount to more than a million soldiers.^[78]

On November 7, 2023 the Wall Street Journal finally reported:

Belgorod attacks

On October 15, 2022, the city of Belgorod in the Russian Federation was attacked with HIMARS, in violation of the supposed agreement the Biden regime imposed on the Kyiv regime as a condition for supplying the weapons. China, Egypt, Serbia, India, Kazakhstan and 7 other nations closed their embassies and called on all their citizens to leave Ukraine immediately.^[80] Intensive shelling of the civilian population in Belgorod by NATO/Ukraine forces continued on October 16; Military Watch magazine reported that Russian air defence have "reportedly broken a world record for the longest ranged surface to air kills”.

One of the attacks on the city was carried out by a pair of Ukrainian combat aircraft, an Su-27 and Su-24, which reached the Russian border at an extremely low altitude. Having then gained altitude, they shot at their target in Belgorod; Russian S-300V4 surface to air missile batteries returned fire. Both aircraft were shot down over 217 km away in the Poltava region of Ukraine, surpassing the 150 km range kill previously recorded by a Russian S-400 system against a Ukrainian Su-27 over Kiev in March 2022.

The Russian made S-300V4 has access to a range of missiles, including the 40N6 which has a 400 km range and a hypersonic speed exceeding Mach 14 (10k mph+). The missile has double the range of its top Western competitors, and is deployed by both Chinese and Russian S-400 units while also being compatible with the S-300V4. – the report reads. It was for years the world's longest ranged anti-aircraft capable ground launched missile, although new missiles integrated onto the S-500 system surpass it. The kill against an Su-27 reflects Russia's overwhelming superiority in anti-aircraft capabilities, Military Watch concludes. Additionally, Russians forces shot down sixteen NATO/Ukrainian drones over Belgorod. On October 17, 2023, Russia responded with a blitz of Geran drone reprisals on Kyiv, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnitsa, and several other large cities.^[81] The Kyiv regime threatened to bomb Moscow or St. Petersburg with a drone that can fly 1000 km and capable of carrying a 75 kg warhead.^[82]

By October 18, 2022, NATO/Ukraine counteroffensive operations in Donbas, Zaporozhye, and Kherson were brought to a halt.^[83]

On October 19, 2022, NATO/Ukraine forces shelled a kindergarten in Belgorod oblast; on October 20 they shelled a school, a church, and a cultural center;^[84] on the October 21 they shelled an orphanage.^[85]

Odessa

Some dispute existed between analysts and observers whether Russian war planners intended an encirclement of Odessa. After 31 days of fighting, no serious efforts appeared to have taken place. General Dmytro Marchenko, who is in charge of the garrison in Mykolaiv (Russ: Nikolayev), vowed that for each Ukrainian who dies, he and his men will kill ten Russians and warned that any attacking troops will end up as food for stray dogs in the streets.^[86]

On April 13, 2022, a Russian Ministry of Defense spokesman said,

This was interpreted to mean Ukrainian attacks or provocations on Crimea, which was accepted into the Russian Federation in 2014 by a vote of the Russian State Duma after a popular plebiscite in Crimea overwhelmingly made the request, could result in missile attacks on military and political command centers in Kyiv. NATO would like to occupy the deep water port of Sevastopol, which has been a major objective of NATO's actions in Ukraine since 2008. On February 19, 2022, five days before the Special Military Operation in Ukraine began, the Atlantic Council published a paper which had been long in the works entitled, NATO must seize the current strategic opportunity in the Black Sea.^[88] On April 14, 2022, The Washington Examiner reported members of Congress asked the U.S. intelligence community specifically to aid Ukraine if it made efforts against Crimea.^[89]

On April 23, 2022, fascist dictator Volodymyr Zelensky said that Odessa may become “another Mariupol” soon. The AFU was accumulating forces for the defense of the city and providing the supply of weapons from Romania and fuel from Moldova to the troops in the Mykolaiv and Krivoy Rog regions. Russian missile strikes targeted AFU military infrastructure facilities. Russian servicemen struck a military airfield near Odessa. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, a large batch of weapons from the United States and the EU was destroyed.

To marr Moscow's May 9 Victory Day celebrations in commemoration of the 77th Anniversary of the defeat of the Banderite's Western allies, Nazi Germany, the Kyiv regime in conjunction with US and NATO war planners attempted a massive assault to retake Snake Island. The offensive failed, with more than 60 AFU forces dead, the loss of 4 bombers, 10 helicopters, 3 amphibious assault ships, and at least 30 Bayraktar drones. Sources say an American and UK high-ranking officers went missing after the attack. An American marine lieutenant colonel and an English major from the commando brigade of the marine corps, landed on Snake Island together with Ukrainian fighters. They coordinated the work of NATO intelligence assets and the Ukrainian landing forces. Russian missiles also destroyed a massive NATO ammunition dump housed in a civilian infrastructure shopping mall in Odessa.

On May 26, 2022 Southfront reported that because of the threat to the Black Sea fleet with the delivery of Harpoon missiles to Ukraine by Denmark, the Russian Federation may accelerate its combat operations in Odessa before the missiles are deployed with the Ukrainian military.^[90]

By May 31, 2022, the Zatoka bridge across the Dniester River which carried NATO weapons and fuel from Romania to Odessa was struck 8 times by Russia and rebuilt 7 times by Ukraine.^[91]

In early June 2022, a British film production company began filming fake, staged combat footage near Mikoleav, completed with role players dressed as Russians, to show the alleged heroism and courage to the world of Ukrainian fighters.

On June 16, 2022, the Russian MOD reported the elimination of another 200 Ukrainian troops in the Nikolaev region. Ukrainians hit a Russian tug boat with a Harpoon missile.

On June 19, 2922, high-precision long-distance Kalibr cruise missiles destroyed ten M777 155-mm Howitzers and up to 20 armored combat vehicles delivered by the West to the Kyiv regime in recent days that were hidden in a transformer plant in Nikolayev.

On June 22, 2022, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of up to 500 Ukrainian soldiers at the Okean ship building plant in Nikolaev.

From August 5 to 7, 2022 the entire city of Nikolayev was locked down during a door-to-door hunt of its residents by the Kyiv regime's brownshirts to root out hundreds of "traitors and collaborators".

By late August 2022, while thousands of tons of grain were being shipped out of the Port of Odessa to pay Ukraine's foreign debt, continue the corrupt regime operations and pay for the war, residents of Odessa lined up for bread rations.^[92]

On September 9, 2022, sea-based high-precision long-range weapons hit the deployment point of the 35th Marine Brigade in the Odessa region, where reservists for the AFU were trained. More than 200 personnel were destroyed, as well as other NATO equipment. A high-precision Russian weapon destroyed a launcher of the American-made Ukrainian Harpoon missile system.

On October 18, 2022, the Russian MOD reported the destruction of a Ukrainian government space communications station near the village of Palievka located 20 km from the city of Odessa.

On November 19, 2022, protests erupted in the predominantly Russian city of Odessa, which has been relatively unaffected by the fighting, to protest the Kyiv regime's imposed electrical blackouts.^[93] The Kyiv regime is implemented electrical rationing, transferring electrical power from unaffected areas to areas with outages.

Odessa lost water supply on November 23, 2022.

The Zatoka bridge was hit again on February 9, 2023.

On July 21, 2023 a misfired Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile, likely an S-300, destroyed Odessa's largest Christian cathedral, the Cathedral of the Transfiguration.^[94]

NATO preparedness

The entire German armed forces has 213 total main battle tanks, the UK ~158 active, and France ~178. Russia has 3000-5000 active, with ~13,000+ total, counting storage. Only the U.S. even begins to approach such readiness levels, with around 2500 active and 5000+ total with the majority of those in storage being very old M1A1 Abrams.

The transfer of 14 operational Challenger 2 tanks from the UK to Ukraine was reported to be one third of the UK's operational force.^[95]

On February 26, 2023, Joe Biden invoked waivers for electronics, kinetic capabilities, castings and forgings, minerals and materials, and power and energy storage of the Defense Production Act of 1950.^[96]

NATO drone attacks on strategic nuclear facilities in Russian territory

On December 5 and 6, 2022 the Kiev regime carried out three drone strikes against airfields deep inside Russian territory “slightly” damaging two of its target's strategic aviation assets according to Moscow's Ministry of Defense (MOD) and hitting a fuel tank. Strategic airfields in Ryazan and Samara Regions were hit, and a fuel tank near Kursk.

On the morning of December 5, Soviet-made Ukrainian UAVs attempted to hit at the Diaghilev military airfields in the Ryazan region and Engels airfield in the Saratov region. The UAVs flew at low altitude. As a result of the explosion of the wreckage, the hull plating of two long range aircraft was slightly damaged. Three Russian servicemen were killed. Four others were wounded.

On December 6, the Ukrainian military continued its attacks on Russian airfields. For the fourth time since the beginning of special operation, a UAV attacked Russian airfield in Kursk. As a result of the attack, the oil storage tank caught fire. Another target was the Belbek airfield in Sevastopol; but the attack failed and all the drones were intercepted by Russian air defenses.

The Soviet-era UAVs were modified and upgraded by NATO with the assistance of Raytheon. "The Kharkov Aviation Plant carried out work to modernize the mentioned UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) with the participation of specialists from the Kiev Design Bureau Luch and US corporation Raytheon Technologies...The range of this drone is up to 1000 kilometers...The aforementioned Tu-141 Strizh UAVs are aimed at the target using US global satellite system GPS...By the way, the United States and its allies have long been actively using various space systems for reconnaissance and information support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), including for the purpose of discovering places of deployment, routes of movement and actions of Russian troops...It is well known that the overwhelming majority of targets targeted by neo-Nazis are determined by the Western masters of the Kiev regime," said Russian arms negotiator Konstantin Gavrilov.^[98]

A second attack occurred on Engels Airbase in the early morning hours of December 26, 2022. The Tu-143 Soviet jet-powered drones used to strike the Russian strategic nuclear bases of Ryazan and Engels Airbase were proven by Russian investigators to have been modified with the technical help of U.S. engineers in the guidance system (adding GPS ability, etc.). The Russians responded by suspending the START III treaty.

NATO hybrid war

NATO drones attempted provocations across the border of the Pskov Region of Russia from Estonia and Latvia repeatedly prior to the beginning of the Special Military Operation on February 24, 2022, and continued afterward, according to the Jerusalem Post.^[99]

The Pskov region is located along Russia's border with and Belarus. Estonia and Latvia are both NATO members. On May 4, 2022, the New York Times reported that NATO was complicit in the assassination of several Russian generals through real time intelligence sharing of geolocation surveillance. At least 10 Generals were reported to have been targeted and killed, and numerous Colonel and Lt. Colonel battalion commanders.^[100]

On May 24, 2022, Hungary declared a state of emergency.^[101]

On May 28, 2022, Europol, the European Unions law enforcement agency, issued a grave warning that NATO weapons flooding into Ukraine were ending up in the hands of criminal organizations.^[102]

Former Clinton era NATO chief Wesley Clark, who waged NATO's first war of aggression against Serbia in 1998, was quoted by the Voice of America, the Russian language edition of Deutsche Welle, and the neo-fascist Euromaidanpress saying in an online discussion organized by the Atlantic Council on June 15, 2022,

In early July 2022 saboteurs crossed the border into Russia to burn wheat fields.^[106]

On July 19, 2022, a Polish Intelligence Agency (AW) assessment appeared on a Russian Telegram channel. The document alleged 46,000 Ukrainian forces were killed over the past 3 months. Since May 2022, almost all management functions in the planning and conduct of hostilities were assumed by foreign advisers from the United States, Great Britain and Canada. The American 155mm M777 Howitzers delivered to Kiev, which requires an 8-man crew to operate, are not always used for their intended purpose. Instead of conducting counter-battery warfare, guns are often used to bomb civilian populations in cities.^[107]

On August 1, 2022, in an interview published in the UK Telegraph, Ukrainian defense official Vadim Skibitsky acknowledged they consult with Washington before launching strikes and that Washington has veto power over decision-making.^[108][109] Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova responded with the statement: “No other confirmation of the direct involvement of the United States in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine is required...They are fully involved…Now Kiev representatives are talking about their military involvement not only through the supply of weapons, but through personnel management in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, direct instructions and the choice of targets”.^[110]

In August 2022 the NATO attack on the Saki airbase in Crimea sparked widespread public outrage in Russia, demanding revenge. The Saki attack likely was done with airborne AGM-88 HARM missiles. The terror attack was followed up days later with another attack on a nearby ammo dump. The sabotage operations were carried out with 800 drone supplied by Taiwan dropping bombs.

On September 25, 2022, Zelensky confirmed receipt of NASAMS (National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems), another red line.^[111]

Newsweek reported on October 26, 2022, the USS George H.W. Bush nuclear armed supercarrier battle group was in the Adriatic Sea, that included more than 80 aircraft, 14 ships, and about 6,000 personnel from 24 NATO allies and partners, including Albania, Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkiye, the United Kingdom, the United States, as well as Finland and Sweden, preparing to engage in war with Russia.^[112][113] Additionally, it was reported that U.S. officials told NATO allies that an upgraded B61-12 air-dropped gravity bomb initially scheduled to be transported to Europe next Spring, will now arrive in December 2022.^[114]

On October 27, 2022, the moonofalabama.org website was taken offline.

After the NATO attack on October 29, 2022, on Sevastopol, Russia retaliated with 40 missile attacks on the power grid. 80% of Kyiv was reported to be without water. Russia also hit the UK command and training center in Ochakov where the terrorist attacks are planned and executed from.

Ukranska Pravda reported on NATO attack on a Russian airfield near the Latvian border on October 31, 2022, blew up two helicopters.^[115]

On November 1, 2022, Russia retaliated with 60 missile attacks.

On November 7, 2022, the UK Daily Express the USS Rhode Island nuclear armed submarine, equipped with 24 Trident II nuclear missiles, left the Port of Gibraltar on Spain's south and was "reportedly heading towards the Black Sea."^[116]

On November 23, 2022, NASAMS failed in Kyiv and hit residential areas, killing civilians.^[117]

Responding to the NATO hybrid war drone attacks targeting civilians in the Russian Federation, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev declared on June 1, 2023:

Black Sea provocations

From Beijing on October 18, 2023 Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that MiG-31 aircraft equipped with the Kinzhal hypersonic [[[missile]] system will patrol the international airspace over the Black Sea. “It is not a threat that I am announcing now: by my order, the Aerospace Forces will start steadily patrolling the international airspace zone over the Black Sea, and our MiG-31 aircraft will be armed with the ‘Kinzhál’ system,” Putin told reporter. “As is known, they have a range of more than 1,000 kilometers at a speed of Mach 9,” he added. “I warned that this is not a threat, but we will carry out visual control, armed control, of what is happening in the Black Sea.”^[119]

101st Airborne

The United States Army 101st Airborne ‘screaming eagles’ were deployed into NATO countries on the western border of Ukraine on June 29, 2022. This was the first deployment of the Army's 101st Airborne Division from Fort Campbell, Kentucky, to Europe in 80 years. As noted by base reporting, “Elements of 2nd Brigade Combat Team, and 101st Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 101st Airborne Division, have been assigned to carry out the mission.” Col. John Lubas, deputy commanding officer for operations said, “We’re going to check the Russian influence and we’re going to impact the Russians’ decision-making for probably the next 10–20 years."^[120]

CBS News reported on October 21, 2022 that The U.S. Army's 101st Airborne is practicing for war with Russia just miles from Ukraine's border. In all, about 4,700 were deployed. The commanders told CBS News repeatedly that they are "ready to fight tonight," and are fully prepared to cross the border into Ukraine.^[121] Romanian citizens do not want NATO troops on their territory.^[122]

Romania is about 450 km from Odessa, which is too far for NATO Blackhawk helicopters to make a round trip without mid-air refueling or using a FARP. It is more likely that an Assembly Area would be used near the Romanian city of Huşi. The 101st cannot advance quickly to Odessa from the south, because there are practically no roads, and then Dniester Bay has to be crossed to get to Odessa. The Zakota bridge is the only bridge over that bay, which is right on the coast, within range of Russian missiles, and far from the air defense umbrella in Romania. While possibly an avenue of attack, it would be almost impossible to defend that bridge from Russian cruise missiles. Transnistria, with its Russian base at Tiraspol, is located directly in-between Romania and Odessa.

A key military objective for NATO / 101st Airborne is Tiraspol, the capital of Transnistria. The best bridges over the Dneister on the best-paved route to Odessa from Romania are located at Tiraspol. The 101st's primary objectives are the three bridges over the Dniester. Taking these bridgeheads would allow a larger NATO force to cross over and prepare to occupy Odessa. Without at least one of those three bridges, NATO cannot hold or resupply Odessa. Tiraspol lies within the merest sliver of land between the Ukraine and Moldova, there is no room for strategic withdrawal or even much maneuver. NATO would need to find out how strong the air defenses are around Tiraspol. The mission of the 101st would be to take Tiraspol and neutralize the air defenses first.

Transnistria

By late April 2022 in the territory of Moldova, warehouses of military uniforms and shoes, NATO army rations and other auxiliary military equipment were being hastily created and filled from abroad. But not weapons depots. There is no need to import weapons, since when Moldova is occupied by the Romanian army, the latter will "come with everything of its own".^[123] The objective appears to be a storage depot in Kolbasnaya of roughly 20,000 tons of munitions left over from the Red Army’s evacuation of former Warsaw Pact countries.^[124] There is also information about the concentration of Ukrainian units on the border with Transnistria. Most of Transnistria is no more than 10 kilometers wide. The Transnistrian army has zero chance to counter the offensive for any significant period of time without external support in the event of an attack from both sides (and this is exactly what is being planned, as the Nazi governor of the Odessa region Marchenko has already hinted). Polish, Romanian and Moldovan armed forces are concentrating thousands of troops,^[125] while from the east, AFU troops and a group of thousands of foreign mercenaries, including Canadian and Croatian units, fighters from Scandinavian countries, and at least 1,000 fighters from the Turkish far-right organization Grey Wolves are concentrated.

The number of the Operational Group of Russian troops in Transnistria is about 1,300. The Armed Forces of Transnistria count up to 7,500, while the Armed Forces of Moldova count up to 5,200 servicemen with a reserve of 60,000 people. The number of Romanian Armed Forces is up to 70,000.

A joint group of 22,000 – 25,000 Polish-Romanian-Moldovan soldiers would be enough to carry out such an operation in the region. The main combat work will fall on the Romanian and Polish assault units. It is estimated that 6,000 Romanian and 3,000 Polish troops of the rapid reaction forces would be enough.

Military clashes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with the Armed Forces of Poland and Romania on the territory of a non-member state of NATO is the perfect scenario for the Kyiv and Washington regimes. In case of the opening of another front in the neighboring country, the AFU counter offensive should be expected in the south of Ukraine with active defense in the East.

This was the main scenario Zelensky was briefed on by Blinken and Austin on April 24, 2022, which follows ongoing international political developments.^[126] The preparation and composition of the sixth package of EU sanctions are associated with events in Transnistria. The escalation of the situation in Transnistria corresponds to Washington's statements that the United States is changing course towards Russia, from the desire to exhaust Moscow economic sanctions, to a direct military confrontation. This was announced by Washington after the meeting with Zelensky. Vladimir Putin responded to NATO's challenge on April 27, 2022, in a speech to the Council of Lawmakers of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg:.

The expected timing of the scenario is from May 12 to May 25, 2022, or from June 15 to June 25, depending on the actions and successes of the Russian Federation in the Donbas region. Speculation existed that Russian POWs taken in Transnistria can then be bartered for the 4,000 Ukrainian POWs already in Russian hands as well as the 1,500 Azov Nazis still held up in the Azovstal. The NATO occupation of Transnistria would complicate operations on the western flank of the Odessa cauldron.^{[Citation Needed]}

On July 25, 2022, the Transnistria administrative council voted to join the Russian Federation.^[128]

On December 24, 2022, a report indicated Transnistria would supply electricity to Moldova in exchange for Russian gas supplied through Moldova.^[129]

On February 22, 2023, reports indicated that Ukrainian troops were amassing on the border between the Odessa region and Transnistria. Mass movements of the Ukrainian military in the immediate vicinity of the border were also confirmed by resources in Tiraspol, capital of Transnistria. Large forces accumulated along the Kirovograd highway a few kilometers from the Platonovo checkpoint. The number of military personnel increased at all checkpoints in the region. Some special operations forces from the Bakhmut and Donetsk frontlines were reportedly transferred there. There is a giant ammunition depot in the village of Kolbasna. The seizure of warehouses would allow the Ukrainian military to replenish the emptied depots with ammunition for Soviet-made systems. The warehouses in Transnistria are under the control of the Operational Group of Russian troops, which numbers about 10,000-15,000 servicemen.^[130]

By March 1, 2023, Transnistria began a partial mobilization, offering training and salaries to anyone who wanted to participate.^[131]

Provocations

On April 25, 2022, the State Security building and two Russian language broadcast facilities were bombed.^[132] Igor Girkin reported that a large number of Romanian soldiers and officers were sent to Moldova under the guise of "Moldovan military". In particular, in all headquarters, a significant part of Moldovan officers were replaced by officers of the Romanian army in all key positions, and in the commandant's companies of military units performing the functions of military police, the entire personnel had been replaced with Romanians.

On May 3, 2022, a quadcopter carrying explosives was intercepted over the TV and radio center in the village of Mayak. On May 5, shooting was reported in the area of a border crossing between Ukraine and Transnistria. Law enforcement agencies confirmed that indiscriminate shooting took place on the territory of Ukraine near the village of Pavlovka, near the village of Kuchurgan, in the area of the railway bridge, which was blown up on March 4. An unidentified UAV dropped two explosive devices in the area of the former airfield near the village of Voronkovo. On May 6, another UAV dropped two explosive devices in the same area. The attack was repeated about an hour later. The UAVs reportedly flew from the territory of Ukraine

Poland

Evidence suggests Polish intelligence has fed exaggerated and phony anti-Russian information on Russian activities in Ukraine to NATO to inflame tensions since at least 2014.

On March 8, 2022, the government of Poland announced it would transfer all of its Russian-made MIG-29 jets to the Rammstein Air Base in Germany. The jets will be placed “at the disposal of the Government of the United States of America” which in turn is expected to send them to Ukraine.^[134] The Pentagon responded to the Polish announcement: "The prospect of fighter jets "at the disposal of the Government of the United States of America" departing from a U.S./NATO base in Germany to fly into airspace that is contested with Russia over Ukraine raises serious concerns for the entire NATO alliance. It is simply not clear to us that there is a substantive rationale for it.'^[135] Simply put, Blinken and Biden tried to bribe Poland with new upgraded replacement jets to attack Russia and begin World War III so that NATO Article 5 could be invoke. Poland refused on at least two earlier occasions in the previous two weeks. When Poland said it would fly the old MIGs to Germany and let Germany or the U.S. begin World War III, or let the US transport the MIGs to Slovakia or Romania and let Romania or Slovakia get nuked in addition to the United States, the whole duplicitous game the Biden regime was playing with the lives of people on the planet was exposed. Biden, the "leader of the free world", wanted to start World War III but didn't want to take the blame for it, and was looking a NATO ally to bribe and become the fall guy.^[136]

On March 24, 2022, Biden flew to Poland. Reports emerged that Poland was "contemplating" an incursion into Western Ukraine.

On April 5, 2022, according to the Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczynski, leader of Poland's ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party, agreements were fully reached allowing Washington to relocate its nuclear arsenals to the country in any required quantity, the German newspaper Welt am Sontag reported.^[137]

On April 28, 2022, the Polish Defense Ministry announced that there would be intensive movement of convoys with equipment in the country's north and east from May 1, 2022, until the end of the month due to “military exercises”.

One of the development options of the Polish leadership's plan is to create an advanced bridgehead on the territory of Moldova to promptly take control of Transnistria and deploy a “peacekeeping contingent” on the territory of the Odessa region. The Odessa command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is ready to support a Moldovan-Polish-Romanian invasion of Transnistria under the guise of a "humanitarian" operation.

On May 18, 2022, Maurycy Hawranek, an Administrator of WolneMedia.net published this:

While attending the World Economic Forum (WEF) President Andrzej Duda accused Germany of breaking its word to re-supply Poland with new tanks as compensation for Polish deliveries of Soviet-era tanks to Ukraine. In an interview with Die Welt Duda said Germany has "not fulfilled this promise. And frankly, we are very disappointed about this....We have provided Ukraine with a large number of tanks … because we believe it is our responsibility as a neighbor,” Duda said, referring to reports that Warsaw handed at least 240 Soviet-era tanks to the Ukrainian military. “By doing so, we depleted our own military potential and stockpiles."^[140]

Deputy Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski told Gazeta Polska in an interview on June 15, 2022, "the defeat of the West, primarily America, in Ukraine will be something more serious than Vietnam, not to mention Afghanistan."^[141] On June 21, 2022, Kaczynski, the "puppet master" of the Duda regime, quit further weakening the regime.

On June 26, 2022 gay Russians in Warsaw were not allowed to participate the joint Polish/Ukrainian Gay Pride parade by gay Russophobic bigots.^[142]

In September 2022 the Polish Sejm or Senate passed a resolution 418 to 4 demanding reparations from Poland's NATO ally Germany. The resolution stated that "the Republic of Poland has never received compensation for the numerous human and material losses caused by the German state." The resolution claims that Warsaw has never renounced its claims against Berlin. "The allegation that these claims have been withdrawn or ceased to be relevant over the years has no basis, neither moral nor legal." Authorities in Warsaw said they were demanding $1.3 trillion from Berlin as reparations for damage from World War II.^[144]

On October 10, 2022 Reuters reported that the government of Poland advised its citizens to leave Belarus.^[145]

On November 13, 2022, Independence Day celebrants carried banners with the Nazi black sun used by both World War II Nazis and the Armed Forces of Ukraine n the 21st century. Celebrants chanted, "Down with the Jewish occupation". While counter-protesters were arrested, the pro-NATO regime did nothing against Polish Nazis who were in violation Polish law banning public displays of Nazi symbols.^[146]

On November 15, 2022, the Zelensky regime killed two Polish farmers in Poland with a missile launched from an S-300.^[147] According to CNN a radar equipped NATO aircraft tracked the deadly missile fired by the Kyiv regime against a NATO member, Poland.

In January 2023 the Polish Ministry of Defense reported 15,900 professional soldiers resigned from the Army and Polish Territorial Defense in 2022. This compares with 6,000 resignations the previous year of 2021.^[148]

Poland closed its border with Belarus on February 9, 2023.^[149]

Revanchism

On March 10, 2022, a document emerged of Poland's plan to occupy Ukraine with 9,500 soldiers and further partition the country.^[150]

Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (FIS) stated that the Polish military's priority “combat tasks” would include the gradual seizure of control over strategic facilities in West Ukraine. Poland discussed with the Biden regime an action to “reunite” with West Ukraine. According to Warsaw's estimates, the entrenchment of the Polish military in West Ukraine would amount to a partitioning of Ukraine. On April 28, 2022, FIS spokesman Sergei Naryshkin said that Washington and Warsaw were planning to deploy a Polish “peacekeeping contingent” in the western part of Ukraine.

According to the FIS, the first stage of the “reunification” should be the introduction of Polish troops into the western regions of Ukraine under the guise of 'peacekeepers' with the participation of ‘willing states’. Warsaw has not yet been able to agree on potential participants in a ‘coalition of like-minded’,” the FIS said.

At the same time, the FIS pointed out, the Polish leadership is not interested in “unnecessary spies” in its operation. “The so-called peacekeeping contingent is planned to be deployed in those parts of Ukraine where the threat of direct clash with the Russian Armed Forces is minimal. And the priority “combat tasks” of the Polish military will include gradual interception of control over strategic objects located there from the National Guard of Ukraine. Polish special services are already searching for “agreeable” representatives of the Ukrainian elite to form a Warsaw-oriented “democratic” counterweight to the nationalists,” the FIS said in its report.

Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Armed Forces Jaroslaw Mika signed on order to bring the Polish Army into a state of full combat readiness for the invasion of western Ukraine.^[151] This document was published online by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.^[152] According to the Polish government’s estimates, a deployment into western Ukraine is highly likely to split the country. Warsaw will essentially gain control of the territories where Polish "peacekeepers" will enter. Essentially, it is an attempt to repeat the historical “deal” for Poland after the First World War, when the collective West, represented by the Entente, recognized Warsaw's right first to occupy part of the Ukraine to protect its population from the “Bolshevik threat”, and then to incorporate those territories into the Polish state. The events that followed were a clear illustration of the colonial order and forced Polonization as the main methods of building a ‘Greater Poland’,” the FIS concluded.^[153]

On May 3, 2022, Polish President Andrzej Duda said in a nationally televised speech,^[154]

Other reports indicated that Zelensky and his entire cabinet had been offered UK citizenship, by-passing the ordinary process for acquiring citizenship and in preparation for a government-in-exile of a shrunken landlocked Ukrainian rump state. Writing in The American Conservative Col. Douglas Macgregor observed:

Rumours emanating from inside Ukraine of another false flag chemical weapons attack to excuse a Polish alleged "peacekeeping" invasion between May 22–24 in the weeks beforehand were rampant.^[157]

On June 15, 2022, Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko warned the Polish NATO regime that if it invaded Ukraine, Belarus would intervene.^[158] "We cannot allow Poland to encircle us," the president said.

On October 27, 2022, it was reported that Polish authorities were actively preparing to seize their "historical lands" in western Ukraine. This was reported by the Belgian portal Modern Diplomacy. According to the authors of the article, Warsaw is going to send troops to the western part of Ukraine in order to then hold a referendum there on the entry of the occupied territories into Poland. According to the plan of Polish politicians, the Ukrainian troops will already be completely defeated by the Russian Armed Forces during a military special operation, and the current Kiev government, headed by Vladimir Zelensky, will flee to the West. “The plan of the ruling Law and Justice party to revive the Republic of Poland within the borders of the “historical lands” seems to have taken shape long before the Russian military operation in Ukraine,” - indicated in the material.^[159]

Reports indicate a Polish invasion of Volhynia in western Ukraine is scheduled for March 27, 2023.

Polish mercenaries

Polish deployments

In late July 2023 Poland deployed two military brigades to the border with Belarus, as announced by the country's Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak. "We are talking about the 12th and 17th brigades. One of them is stationed in Kolna, at a new base opened last Saturday, the second is in Biała Podlaska, that is, near the border with Belarus," Blaszczak said.

At a televised meeting of the Russian Security Council on July 21, 2023 the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, said: "The Polish leadership is strengthening its intention to control the western territories of Ukraine, in the western regions, by deploying its troops there." According to him, such a step is planned to be formalized as the fulfillment of allied obligations within the framework of the Polish-Lithuanian-Ukrainian security initiative - the so-called "Lublin Triangle". Russian President Vladimir Putin, in response, said that Poland expects to form a coalition "under the NATO umbrella", "tear off a fatter piece" in Ukraine. Putin also made a fairly deep excursion into the history of Poland of the twentieth century. He recalled how this country pursued an aggressive policy, occupying the Rusyn-populated part of Austria-Hungary, the Vilnius region of Lithuania, annexed some historical Russian provinces, and in 1938 participated in the division of Czechoslovakia as a result of the Munich Agreement with Hitler, occupying Cieszyn Silesia. Putin added, "I also want to remind you of how such an aggressive policy ended for Poland as a result. It ended with the national tragedy of 1939, when Poland was abandoned by the Western Allies to be devoured by the German war machine and actually lost its independence and statehood, which was restored to a large extent thanks to the Soviet Union. And it was thanks to the Soviet Union, thanks to Stalin's position, that Poland received significant lands in the West, the lands of Germany. This is exactly right: the western territories of present-day Poland are Stalin's gift to the Poles. Have our friends in Warsaw forgotten about it? We will recall," the Russian president said.

On Saturday, July 22, 2023 Russian Ambassador Sergei Andreev was urgently summoned to the Polish Foreign Ministry. Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Pawel Yablonski told the media that the meeting was "very short." And according to Andreev, the Russian side rebuffed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. According to Andreev, the Polish Foreign Ministry did not hand him any formal note, "limiting himself to verbal expressions of his displeasure." As Andreev informed, in Warsaw, the greatest attention is paid to the words of the Russian leader that Poland received its western lands thanks to the position of Joseph Stalin at the Yalta and Potsdam conferences despite the objections of the WWII Western allies. According to Andreev, it is difficult to say why Warsaw concentrated on this particular moment. "Perhaps the reasons were an emotional reaction or lack of professionalism," Andreev concluded.

And in the Polish Foreign Ministry, where they are accustomed to the restrained reaction of the Russian Federation to anti-Russian actions such as the seizure of a school in Warsaw or an attack on the ambassador during the laying of wreaths at a military cemetery, a change in Moscow's position was noticed. The Deputy Foreign Minister of Poland said: "The attitude of the ambassador indicates that Russia does not intend to achieve any goals through diplomatic means."

French journalist Jean-Dominique Marchais confirmed reports on Poland's preparations to invade western Ukraine: "I confirm that there are reflections, particularly in Poland and in the Baltic States, about the creation of one of the multinational divisions, let's say including Ukrainian forces, Polish forces, if Russia could break through the front and resume the offensive there. I think there would indeed be such a division, as Poland and others, they would send troops outside of NATO.

Jean-Dominique Merchet cites many official sources. This is not the first time this possibility has been mentioned. A few weeks ago Anders Fogh Rasmussen, the former head of NATO, already confirmed this with our Guardian colleagues: 'We know that Poland is very committed to supporting Ukraine, and I don't rule out that Poland will be more involved on a national basis and that the Baltic states will follow with a possible ground troop intervention'."

According to a report by the Myśl Polska news agency in late August 2023, the number of Polish casualties in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine exceeded 10,000. This staggering figure has serious implications for both Poland and its military establishment, especially given that a significant proportion of the dead have been identified as Polish army reservists. This number of deaths would be more than 15% of all Polish ground forces. While some of these victims are referred to as volunteers and mercenaries, the majority are identified as Polish active duty soldiers and reservists.^[163]

Lithuania

Hundreds of Lithuanians raised 5.9 million euros to purchase a Turkish made Bayraktar drone for Ukraine.^[164] The Lithuania military then signed a deal with the Turkish arms manufacturer for purchase of the drone.^[165] In return, the Turkish arms manufacturer gifted a Bayraktar drone to the Lithuanian military.^[166]

In violation of a longstanding treaty in perpetuity, Lithuania cut off rail traffic of critical materials to the Russian federal territory of Kaliningrad.^[167] Lithuanian state-owned company “Lithuania Railways” implemented the ban. Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis highlighted Lithuania's loss of sovereignty in dealing with other nations since joining NATO and the EU: "This is not a Lithuanian decision. These are European sanctions that came into force on June 17, and the railways are now applying the sanctions”.^[168] The Russian foreign ministry said: ‘We consider provocative measures of the Lithuanian side which violate Lithuania’s international legal obligations, primarily the 2002 Joint Statement of the Russian Federation and the European Union on transit between the Kaliningrad region and the rest of the Russian Federation, to be openly hostile.’^[169]

The EU action violates international law. There is no trade or sanctions violation involved in the internal transportation and trade of goods within the same nation state. Furthermore, there is no law that allows arbitrary sanctions to override existing international treaties.

On June 22, 2022, the EU escalated the crisis by blocking off transport of goods by road.^[170]

On June 25, 2022, the Russian Federation announced it would supply nuclear tipped Iskander missiles and SU-25 fighter jets to Belarus.

On June 27, 2022, Lithuania came under 24/7 cyberattack by killnet.^[171]

Germany

Germany's decision to send Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine is extremely dangerous and takes the conflict to a new level of confrontation, the Russian Embassy in Berlin said on January 25, 2023. The embassy said Germany was abandoning its “historical responsibility to Russia” arising from Nazi war crimes in World War Two. The embassy said that the decision would escalate the conflict to a new level. “This extremely dangerous decision takes the conflict to a new level of confrontation and contradicts the statements of German politicians about the unwillingness of the Federal Republic of Germany to be drawn into it,” Ambassador Sergey Nechayev said.^[172]

NATO-backed Nazi insurgency

Kherson had been the first city to fall in the incursion. The first commemoration of the city's liberation from Nazism in 1944 was held since the Maidan coup. The eternal flame to the victims of Nazism and the soldiers who died liberating the city was relit.^[175]

By early March, 2022 partisan activity was reported in Kherson. NATO trained Ukrainian partisan militias and military units to use civilian vehicles to infiltrate and strike behind Russian units with mortar attacks and call in targeted artillery strikes.

Kyrylo Budanov, the head of Ukrainian military intelligence, vowed a guerrilla insurgency after the devastating defeat of Armed Forces of Ukraine on the battlefield.^[176]

The United States flooded Ukraine with billions of dollars of sophisticated weaponry, with some of those arms ending up in the hands of actual neo-Nazi battalions integrated into the Ukrainian government and military. The New York Times admitted that “C.I.A. officers are helping to ensure that crates of weapons are delivered into the hands of vetted Ukrainian military units."^[177] By definition, the U.S. is waging a proxy war against Russia, using Ukrainians as their instrument, with the goal of not ending the war but prolonging it, making the United States a co-belligerent.^[178]

On March 8, 2022, the U.S. Congress approved a $14 billion aid package for Ukraine - nearly equal to 10% of Ukrainian GDP before its loss of territory and population - insuring and funding an insurgency long past the Ukrainian military's defeat in the field by Russian forces.^[179]

On the night of July 11, 2022 an attempt was made on the head of the administration of the Melitopol district of the Zaporozhye region, Andrei Sigutu. A Ukrainian saboteur fired at his house, after which he tried to hide in a wooded area in the suburbs of Melitopol. However, there he was overtaken by a chase, and in a shootout with law enforcement officers, the terrorist was killed.^[180]

By mid-August 2022, the Ukrainian and NATO switch in strategy to guerrilla insurgent operations became more obvious with sabotage operations conducted against an airbase and ammunition depot in Crimea, a nuclear power plant in Kursk, and a gas pipeline in Volgograd (formerly Stalingrad) on Russian Federation territory. On August 20, 2022, Dr. Darya Dugina, a journalist and political scientist and the daughter of Russian philosopher and theoretician Alexander Dugin, was assassinated in Moscow.^[181] Dugina's name was on the CIA/SBU "Peacemaker" hit list.

Darya's killer was identified as Natalia Pavlovna Vovk, a Ukrainian citizen and member of the Azov Regiment.^[183] The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation established the SBU as responsible for the killing.^[184]

On August 24, 2022, Ivan Sushko, head of the provisional administration of the village of Mikhailovka, 90 km from the city of Zaporozhye. Sushko was blown up in his own car, an explosive device was planted under the car seat. His stepdaughter was also in the car.

In Berdyansk on August 27, 2022, another Ukrainian terrorist attack killed the deputy chief of Berdyansk's traffic police.

On September 26, 2022, during the referendum, a terrorist car bomber blew himself up trying to disrupt the voting in Melitopol.

On October 15, 2022, the Russian MOD reported, "At least 11 people have been killed and 15 injured in an attack on a training range in Russia's Belgorod Region, which borders Ukraine...The incident was a terrorist act." The incident was carried out by two Tajik jihadis.

On October 19, 2022, martial law was declared by the Russian Federation in the four new territories.^[185]

On October 25, 2022, another car bomb attack blew up in Melitopol, wounding 5 civilians.^[186]

On November 23, 2022, destruction of another Ukronazi terror cell in Voronezh, Russia was reported.^[187]

UK military-intelligence organization

Leaked documents revealed that British military-intelligence organizations were training a guerrilla army of 'stay behind' sabotage groups to attack Russian military and civilian targets in Crimea. The investigative news website The Grayzone named the key players working with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in Odessa to set up the covert force.^[188] They include military consultant Hugh Ward, who works for private security firm Rezolutionz, MI6 veteran Guy Spindler, former Lithuanian defense minister Audrius Butkevicius and veteran intelligence agent Chris Donnelly. The Grayzone also reported that British private military contractor Prevail Partners, founded by former Royal Marines Brigadier and Special Boat Service (SBS) commander Justin Hedges and other ex-commandoes, had been hired to train the new guerrilla force.

The Greyzone reported Spindler and Butkevicius lobbied governments to ramp up funding for the program. Internal emails seen by the site asked: "will Uncle Sam pay for this?" while a "costed proposal" to the British Ministry of Defense had been "turned down for risk reasons."^[189]

Alex Finnen, of the British army Specialist Group Military Intelligence section of the 77 Brigade cyber-warfare centre and the Foreign Office's Russia Unit, said in one email from March 2022 that the proposal — tendered at $600,000 per insurgent per year — was “very expensive for what it is,” although the firm was in a "seller's market". “I suspect that they have taken the first figure they thought of and then doubled it. So, there needs to be more discussion as to how and what these people are going to do,” Finnen wrote. “Partisans live in and amongst the people. That suggests that you need people from across Ukraine, in small teams to take part as Prevail suggest ‘oblast by oblast’. How are they going to achieve this?”

Justin Hedges claimed that his firm could do a much better job by training 40-strong groups in guerrilla warfare tactics. He said funding could be “provided by flowing ‘donations’ through Prevail's established NGO, Rhizome Insights Ltd,” without leaving a clear trail from governments to the mercenary firm.

Russia accused the UK of complicity in the September 26, 2022 bombing of the Nord Stream pipelines across the Baltic Sea, the October 8, 2022 truck bombing of the Kerch Strait bridge to Crimea and the October 29, 2022 attack on the Crimean port of Sevastopol with seven marine and nine aerial drones. Other incidents in the Crimean peninsula are suspected to be the work of covert units, including an explosion at a military airfield in August 2022 and an attack using a small drone to drop explosives.

NATO-backed foreign mercenaries

Captured mercenaries face the death penalty under international law - a little known fact not disclosed by Western governments and Western mainstream media promoting volunteers to travel to Ukraine to fight alongside Ukrainian forces against the Russian Federation.^[190] Mercenaries who answer Zelensky's call face the death penalty. Despite praising foreign volunteers' 'heroism", there is no known case of the government of a captured foreign volunteer interceding on the behalf of fighter.

The Washington Post did not admit until May 29, 2022, that NATO-backed mercenaries were “underequipped and outgunned”, citing one them saying “From the beginning, we had no chance.”^[191]

On June 2, 2022, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported:

On June 6, 2022, the criminal trials of one Moroccan and two British mercenaries began in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).^[196] They were charged with participating in the preparation and conduct of hostilities against the DPR, as well as “mercenary activities and the commission by a group of persons by prior agreement of actions aimed at forcibly seizing power and forcibly changing the constitutional order of the DPR. Under the Criminal Code of the Republic, mercenary activity is punishable by imprisonment for 3 to 7 years. Forcible seizure of power in the DPR is punishable by imprisonment from 12 to 20 years, and in wartime the death penalty can apply. Mercenary activity is recognized as a crime under international law. UK Foreign Minister Liz Truss had publicly advocated and encouraged mercenary activity by UK citizens in March 2022;^[197] the UK government then abandoned the two UK mercenaries being charged who were fighting "illegally."^[198] On June 9 the three mercenaries were convicted of mercenary activity and sentenced to death. Another UK mercenary yet to be charged and tried, had coordinates with the wording "civ mass grave" near Kyiv in his personal notebook. The area is not under Russian control and there is no way to verify if the site is indeed a civilian mass grave at this time. On June 11, 2022, the UK Express reported that Kyiv was willing to trade opposition leader Viktor Medvedchuk whom the Ukrainian government was holding hostage in exchange for the two convicted UK mercenaries, acknowledging a debt of gratitude Kyiv owed to the UK regime.^[199]

On June 15, 2022, the Russian armed services created a website with a searchable database of all known mercenaries in Ukraine. The purpose was to give mercenaries the opportunity to surrender voluntarily and possibly an exit out of the war zone if they have not participated in hostilities. It also allows for tips from the public to report on mercenaries in the warzone that are not yet listed. The status of whether they dead or alive can also be determined from the site.^[200]

As of June 17, 2022 the Russian MOD reported that 28% of all mercenaries have been killed, or nearly 2,000 of almost 7,000 total. On June 25, 2022, six cruise missile strikes were carried out on the Yavorovsky training base for foreign mercenaries again. The base is just 10 kilometers from the Polish-Ukrainian border.^[201]

In August 2022, wanted American neo-Nazi war criminal Kent “Bone Face” McLellan posted on social media an admission that the CIA sent American neo-Nazi mercenaries into Ukraine.^{[202][203][204]}

In September 2022 it was reported that prisoner swap brokered by Saudi Arabia, the Donetsk Republic released 10 mercenaries, including the American mercenaries Alexander Drueke and Andy Huynh, the British mercenaries Aiden Aslin, Sean Pinar and three other UK mercenaries, as well as three from Sweden, Morocco, and Croatia.^[205]

On February 20, head of the Russian Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin reported that the mutilated bodies of Polish mercenaries were found by Russian forces with their heads and hands cut off to thwart identification.^[206][207]

Belarusian neo-Nazis

The United States and NATO support the Belarussian neo-Nazi movement.^[209][210] Belarussian neo-Nazis have flooded into Ukraine as NATO-backed mercenaries.

In late February 2023, NED and NATO-supported anti-government activists claimed responsibility for an attack on a Russian Beriev A-50 AEW&C (Airborne Early Warning and Control System) aircraft at the Machulishchy military airfield 12 km or 7.5 miles from the capital Minsk. In early March 2023 President Lukashenko announced the detention of the terror suspect, a native of Kryvyi Rih, a resident of the Crimea. There he received Russian citizenship while retaining a Ukrainian passport. In 2014 he was recruited by the SBU and trained by the CIA and Ukrainian security services near Kiev where he learned how to produce explosive devices.^[211] He was able to enter Belarus through Russia with his Russian passport.^[212][213] Several other terror accomplices were arrested, and the hunt for more was ongoing.

NATO looting Russian art

The UK looted the priceless handcrafted, gold and diamond clad Fabergé eggs that once were gifts of Czars Alexander III and Nicholas II as Easter gifts for their wives and mothers.^[214]

On April 6, 2022, it was reported that Finland seized $46 Million worth of art on loan from the Hermitage museum of St. Petersburg. The collection included works by Titian and Picasso.^[215]

Russia’s war strategy and tactics were designed to avoid and eschew practices that would bring large numbers of Ukrainian civilian and Russian military casualties. The strategy was to destroy Ukrainian military forces and potential. Russia pursued victory in its Special Military Operation not for the sake of territorial conquest, contrary to Western delusions, but to defeat the Ukrainian army and Maidan regime and force Kiev to acquiesce to Moscow's political goals:

(1) accept Russia’s annexations of territories under threat from Ukrainian discrimination, repression, and violence;

(2) renounce membership and close ties with NATO;

(3) and adopt measures to protect the Russian language and ethnic Russians in whatever rump Ukraine remains.

This amounted to President Putin’s declared goals of ‘demilitarization’ and ‘denazification’ of Maidan Ukraine.^[216]

Avdiivka-Dontesk front

On March 12, 2022, the second Battle of Avdiivka, just north of Donetsk city, began. On March 15, Ukrainians counterattacked.

The Ukraine's extensive, deeply-layered defense in the Donbas was broken apart, one hedgerow or defense line at a time. Every town or village taken by DPR forces was an absolute mess of destroyed homes, sliced-up trees, abandoned trenches or bunkers, wrecked Ukrainian equipment, Ukrainian bodies, and the weapons and munitions, disorganized piles of supplies, and trash that the Ukrainians left.^[217] By March 27, 2022, DPR forces, with support from their own and Russian artillery as well as Russian airstrikes, finally broke through the painstakingly-engineered, heretofore-impenetrable first line of defense around Ukrainian-held Avdiivka (pop. 30,000). About 15,000 Ukrainian troops remained in the Avdiivka bridgehead.

On May 11, 2022, the AFU blew up a dam near Avdiivka, endangering the lives in civilian settlements and creating a humanitarian catastrophe, in order to slow down the advance of the DPR army and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.^[218]

By the end of May 2022, the civilians of the city of Donetsk remained under heavy bombardment by the Armed forces of Ukraine in Avdiivka.

Shelling of the civilians of Donetsk city by Ukrainian forces from Avdiivka continued throughout the end of May 2022 and into June in and effort to draw Russian forces away from the Severodonetsk-Lysichansk cauldron.^[219] On June 11, 2022, a mother and her 11-year-old son were killed by Ukrainina shelling while shopping in an open market. On June 13, 2022, 300 projectiles were fired by the Ukrainian army or by 'nationalists' onto civilian areas of the city of Donetsk.^[220] It was the heaviest shelling in 8 years, A maternity hospital and church were hit.^[221] There were at lest 7 dead and 22 wounded. According to the DPR authorities, the daily number of civilian victims exceeded the losses of the DPR military on the front lines.

French self-propelled 155-mm CAESAR howitzers were used to kill civilians. The attack was ordered by Ukrainian Colonel Roman Vladimirovich Kachur, commander of the 55th Separate Artillery Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On June 20, 2022, the Ukrainians used for the first time their HIMAR missiles on the civilians of Donetsk, in addition to continued use of the M777 Howitzers. At least 23 civilians were killed and more than 100 non-combatants were injured over several days of Ukrainian shelling of Donetsk.

On June 25, 2022, Russian missiles killed 80 Polish mercenaries and destroyed 20 armored vehicles and eight GRAD multiple rocket launchers at the Megatex zinc production facility in Konstantinovka.

On July 24, 2022, soldiers of the 131st reconnaissance Territorial Defense unit posted a video message to Zelensky protesting illegal orders. The unit expressed its distrust of the battalion command, had been given no written orders, lost 70% of its personnel, was given no artillery support, occupied positions without equipment and ammunition, were armed only with firearms and four magazines, had no communication with command headquarters, no logistical support, no officers, commanders, medics, drinking water or food, no evacuation of wounded or dead. Helmets, bullet proof vests, and anti-tank weapons were taken from them. They did not receive basic pay or combat pay for their service. Their requests to battalion command were ignored.^[222]

After two months of fighting, Russian forces captured the Uglegorskaya electrical power plant at Vuhlehirska on July 25, 2022.^[223][224]

On July 26, 2022, Ukraine and NATO forces attacked an oil depot and a psychiatric hospital in the city of Donetsk with three HIMAR missiles. AFU shelling of civilians in Gorlivka killed one and left several in critical condition.^[225] AFU soldiers of the 54th Brigade, armed only with small arms and shovels, posted a video on social media about the incompetence and negligence of their commanders.^[226]

By July 27, 2022, a breakthrough to the west occurred for the first time in 8 years of fighting on the Avdiivka-Donetsk front. The breakthrough is said to have been partially enabled by the withdrawal of some AFU troops and transfer to the southern Kherson front.

On July 29, 2022 Reuters reported the prisoner-of-war camp at Elenovka was hit by a U.S.-built HIMAR,^[227] causing the deaths of 40 prisoners and 13 guards and prison employees.^[228] At least one hundred other prisoners were injured. Sources reported that captured Ukrainian prisoners-of-war were giving up much critical information on U.S./Ukraine/NATO operations and illegal weapon's transfers, including arms to Kurdish terrorists in Syria to be used against NATO member Turkiye.^[229] Ukraine forces on the battlefield attempting to surrender have been documented to have been executed by Ukrainian commanders. A bill was introduced into the Ukrainian parliament granting legal authority to Ukrainian commanders to execute Ukrainian soldiers who wanted to surrender. Morale was reported to have fallen in recent weeks among Azov Battalion detainees at Elenovka as they realized the Kyiv regime was not negotiating their exchange for Russian POWs, and they began giving up more information in exchange for more lenient sentences for war crimes. Russia asked the United Nations to investigate the attack.^[230] The Pentagon claimed the Ukrainian strike on its own personnel was 'accidental'.^[231][232] Prominent Ukrainian neo-Nazi Andriy Biletsky vowed revenge against "whoever did this."

In late July 2022 Ukrainian and NATO strategists began removing artillery and manpower from Avdiivka, and transferring them to the west bank of the Dnieper for the so-called upcoming "counteroffensive" against the Kherson bridgehead. This action allowed a Russian breakthrough against the heretofore impregnable Avdiivka frontline entrenchment, which held for eight years since 2014 and has been a key artillery firing point against the citizens of Donetsk.

As the breakthrough continued on August 2, 2022, the Ukrainian 54th mechanized brigade lost 50 soldiers to friendly fire. Ukrainian forces completely destroyed elements of its own 56th mechanized brigade by artillery fire as they were retreating from the village of Pisky. Ukrainian journalist Yuriy Butusov, who was embedded with the AFU in Donbas, posted an expletive-laden report from Pisky revealing “There is no counter-battery fire, none at all...Russian forces are firing 6,500 shells per f****** village in less than 24 hours...It’s been like this for six days now, and it’s hard to fathom how any number of our infantry remain alive under this barrage...Without counter-battery fighting, it turns into a senseless meat grinder, where huge numbers of our infantry are chewed up in one day...A reserve platoon that tried to advance was taken apart in minutes, with only one out of 15 men left unharmed...All the reserves are spent, the military equipment goes up in flames, and the enemy approaches and takes our positions without any problems after another barrage of artillery...Right now we are losing Péski, all our human and material capabilities are almost exhausted”. Pisky was once a more affluent suburb of the city of Donetsk with 2,000 inhabitants; after the Kyiv regime attacked the Donetsk airport in 2014, the population fell to as low as 6 inhabitants at one point. By August 10, the 56th brigade was reported to have had 70% casualty rate, or loss of 3,500 men out of 5,000. 2,500 alone were lost in the past week. The village is located 2 km west of the airport. Russian forces deliberately chose Pisky as a weak point in the Avdiivka front as a breakthrough point specifically because of the low risk of danger to civilians. Mop up operations were completed by August 11 with thermobarics.^[233][234] The collapse of a once prosperous community since 2014 is emblematic of the devastation the U.S.-backed Maidan regime wrought upon the Ukrainian economy and population.

In the aftermath of the key defeat at Pisky, the battalion commander openly criticized Zelensky and the Kyiv leadership for incompetence. The AFU lost 500 dead in 20 days and 1,500 wounded.

On August 4, 2022, Ukraine shelled the Donetsk drama theater where a memorial service for Col. Olga Kachura of the Donetsk People's Militia was taking place. Kachura was killed the day before in Gorlovka.

On August 5, 2022, the Russian Investigative Committee accused Ukraine of shelling a hospital in Donetsk.

On August 6, 2022, fighting in Mariinka, from which Ukrainian forces were shelling civilians in Donetsk, was reported as intense.

On August 11, 2022, Ukrainian forces struck a brewery on the east side of the city of Donetsk releasing six tons of a large gaseous ammonia cloud, an immediate danger to civilians. The plant was struck with a shell from a French CEASAR self-propelled Howitzer.^[235]

On August 24, 2022, Ukraine shelled Donetsk city with HIMARs targeting the head of the Republic.

On September 18, 2022, the Russian MOD reported that its artillery and Air Force landed a strike against the mercenary base of the American private military company Academi PMC, formerly known as the notorious Blackwater company, situated near the town of Krasatorsk, in the Donetsk People's Republic. The following day U.S. HIMARs retaliated with a strike on a Wagner Group barracks in the Lugansk Republic.

On September 19, 2022, a precision strike hit a bus stop and a grocery store in the Kuibyshev district of Donetsk. As a result, 13 civilians were killed, including two children. Ukrainian forces fired 155-mm shells from their positions in the village of Netailovo located 15 kilometers from Donetsk. The attack was carried out with NATO military equipment.

On September 22, 2022, the Ukrainian Nazis hit a market and a bus stop in the central district in Donetsk. As a result of the attack, at least 6 civilians were killed, including a 14-year-old boy. 7 other civilians were wounded. The attack was carried out from the Ukrainian positions near Novoselovka Pervaya by the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade. Ukrainian militants used 155-caliber CESAR artillery systems supplied by France.

On October 19, 2022, the illegal use of white phosphorus on the civilian population of Donetsk was reported.

On October 23, 2022, it was reported Semyon Pegov, a war correspondent who goes by the name of WarGonzo, was injured by a petal mine near Donetsk.^[237]

On October 26, 2022, a Russian breakthrough was reported on the Avdiivka line.

On October 29, 2022, the Russians began an offensive all along the front liner from Avdiivka down to Ugledar.

NATO continued shelling of civilians with HIMARS in the city of Donetsk. Six 155 mm caliber projectiles were fired at night against Donetsk downtown, the representative office of the Donetsk People's Republic in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of matters related to Ukraine's war crimes said. The shelling by the Ukrainian armed units at 03:13 am. The center of Donetsk was on fire this night after a powerful shelling from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Explosions thundered in the Voroshilovsky district, a strong fire broke out in the building of the railway administration. The fire engulfed several floors, broke out onto the roof.^[238]

After the false flag attack on Poland by Ukraine in late November 2022, fighting in Marinka intensified.

On December 11, 2022, the Russians reported 80 civilians had been killed in Donetsk and about 200 injured over the previous week by NATO/Ukraine shelling, including the use of HIMARS.

More than 4,000 civilians of all ages and sexes in Dontesk city have been killed by Ukrainian shelling since February 2022.

According to a website of an observer named Colonel Cossad, most of the shelling of Dontesk city civilians has not come from Avdiivka, but rather from Krasnogorovka.^[239]

In the first week of September 2023, the Russians repelled 56 attacks, killed more than 2,100 militants, destroyed 23 tanks, and other armored fighting vehicles, 45 vehicles, and 30 artilley guns.

In an interview with Godfrey Bloom on October 9, 2023, Col. Douglas MacGregor reported:

On October 10, 2023 it was reported that the Russian armed forces hit a train station near Avdiivka, disrupting the logistics of Ukrainian NATO forces. NATO forces of Ukraine were left without communication and hit their own people at Avdiivka. Ukrainian units located near Avdiivka lost communication and inflicted chaotic artillery strikes on each other, according to the Sinya Z Boroda Telegram channel. Thus, according to the chanal, the situation developed on the approaches to the village of Berdychi, Yasinovatsky district, where Russian soldiers broke through from Krasnogorovka. "It seems that the guys broke through the defenses near the railway line and reached Berdikhi, the Ukrainian has problems with communication between units, hitting his people, judging by radio intercepts," the message said.^[241]

Moon of Alabama claimed reports have confirmed that the Ukrainian military has long lost its middle officer and NCO corps. Smart kids fresh from senior high school are leading platoons of men mostly in their 30s or 40s and 50s. Brigade commanders give direct orders down to platoons because the staff of battalions and companies in between is no longer there.^[242]

By late October 2023 roughly 20,000 AFU forces faced 45,000 Russian forces on three sides in the Avdiivka pocket.

Svatovo-Kremennaya front

By October 11, 2022, NATO/Ukraine had assembled 40,000 troops on the Svatovo-Kremennaya front. After the loss of electricity in Kharkov region, the only radio signal accessible in motor vehicles was from Russian radio warning civilians to leave the Kharkov region immediately.

By October 21, 2022, cold weather began to affect both sides ability to send up reconnaissance drones.

On October 26, 2022 RIA Novosti reported Lugansk People's Republic (LNR) police colonel of the Vitaly Kiselev saying that Polish NATO forced killed several members of the Pravy Sektor who had tried to force them to attack Russian defense lines near Kremennaya. According to Kiselev, after several unsuccessful attempts to advance deep into the positions of the Russian troops, the Poles refused to go forward. The Polish mercenaries said that it not them, but Territorial Defenсe units should attempt to break through Russian defenses. Otherwise, the Polish units would suffer heavy losses. It was an essentially a suicide mission, the Ukrainian military was attempting to use NATO forces a cannon fodder. Pravy Sector to pressure the Poles to move forward, and Polish NATO forces killed several members of the Pravy Sector. Poles historically are not particularly enamored by the legacy of the Pravy Sector's national hero, Stepan Bandara.^[243]

Nova Kakhovka dam

An anonymous team of hackers “Joker DPR” published a batch of secret NATO documents which they retrieved after hacking the notorious US DELTA military command and control system. The documents confirmed that the Kakhovka dam was targeted.^[244] The satellite imagery of the dam was provided by the US intelligence. Destruction of the dam would endanger the lives of 250,000 civilians below the dam, mostly in the city of Kherson.

On July 11, 2022, seven civilians were killed with missiles fired by U.S.-supplied HIMAR launchers in the town of Nova Kakhovka in the Kherson Republic.^[245] More than 80 others were injured, including at least 15 children. A fertilizer warehouse with potassium nitrate was attacked. Food supplies were also destroyed. More than 1,800 employees of industrial and commercial institutions lost their jobs as a result of the attack, and 37 residential homes were destroyed. The AFU attack was coordinated with the US military. The American satellite Worldview-2 filmed Nova Kakhovka three days before the strike. On July 20 the Ukrainians launched 12 HIMAR missiles attempting to knock out the Nova Kakhovka Dam railway bridge.

Beginning on August 5, 2022, the 44th brigade of the AFU stationed in Nikopol, 18 kilometers across the Dnieper River, increased shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear plant with US M777 Howitzers. Kiev forces used a British-made Brimstone missile in one of the attacks. The situation was compounded by HIMAR attacks on the hydroelectric plant at the Nova Kakhovka dam, which provides electricity for the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant's vital cooling system. On August 22 Ukrainian forces continued bombing attacks on the Nova Kakhovka dam.

On October 18, 2022, the AFU/NATO launched a US-made High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) and hit the Energia stadium in Nova Kakhovka, Kherson region, killing two civilians and injuring others. In a late-night TV address a Kherson official called for people to "evacuate the city as quickly as possible" and said Ukraine "will begin an offensive on the city of Kherson very soon."^[246] Approximately 50,000-60,000 civilians were being ferried across the Dnieper river. Russian Commander of the Integrated Group of Forces in Ukraine Army General Sergey Surovikin told reporters, "The NATO command of the armed forces of Ukraine has long been demanding offensive operations in the Kherson direction from the Kiev regime, regardless of any casualties – both in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and among the civilian population. The Russian military is aware of Kiev’s plans to use “prohibited” means of waging war in the Kherson area, and Ukraine is preparing a massive strike on the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant, located on the Dnieper River, as well as launching massive rocket and artillery attacks on Kherson itself."

A Russian computer simulation anticipated the effects of NATO/Ukraine's planned destruction of the Nova Kakhovka dam across the Dnieper river on the city of Kherson and surrounding environs all the way to the river's mouth on the Black Sea. The territory is the home of some 300,000 civilians. The simulation anticipated a rise in the river's level of 1.5 meters, with a cresting wave of 4.5 meters. The water would take at least 3 days to recede during which time the NATO/Ukrainian offensive toward what was formally the city of Kherson would commence.^[247]

On November 9, 2022, Gen. Sergey Surovikin announced, with the approval of Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, the withdrawal of Russian forces from the west bank of Dnieper river to include the city of Kherson. More than 115,000 civilians had been evacuated from the city and surrounding territories in recent weeks. The general pointed to continued Ukrainian attacks on the Kakhovka hydroelectric dam on the Dnieper river, arguing that it could mean the total devastation of the city and isolation of Russian troops in the region. “If the Kiev regime … launches an even more devastating attack on the Kakhovskaya dam, a flow of water could arise that would flood large areas, causing significant civilian casualties." This, according to the commander, “would create further threats for civilians and risk total isolation of our force grouping on the right bank of the Dnieper.” A pullout would help avoid the worst-case scenario and also keep the combat effectiveness of the force grouping in the area, Surovikin said. "This is a very difficult decision. Yet, we would be able to preserve the most important thing: the lives of our soldiers." Minister Shoigu ordered the general to organize secure relocation for both soldiers and civilians. With the HIMAR systems being under American control,^[249] Biden National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan negotiated a deal with his Russian counterparts, Nikolai Patrushev and Yuri Ushakov, to allow for the withdrawal of Russian forces without being fired upon.^[250] By November 11, 2022, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the evacuation had been completed successfully.

The Washington Post reported former commander of the Kherson counteroffensive Major General Andrey Kovalchuk admitting to planning this shocking war crime against civilian infrastructure:

2023 Ukraine summer counteroffensive

The 2023 Ukrainian spring-summer counteroffensive, which Zelensky and Zaluzhnyi were opposed to due to lack of preparedness but were pushed into by Washington for U.S domestic political purposes, was a disaster for the armed forces and people of Ukraine. Nonethelees, Western NATO propaganda claimed victory. Ukrainian troops pressed into service were untrained and ill-prepared. The counteroffensive failed miserably, never penetrating within 5 kms of Russian frontline fortifications. Ukraine lost 83,000 troops between June 4, 2023 and October 4, 20023. Russian forces actually gained 200 square kms more territory while fighting on the defensive. Defense chief Reznikov and eight of his deputies were fired for the debacle, and Reznikov was promoted to the post of ambassador to the UK.

In a state of martial law, Ukrainian civilians have been taped or tied to trees and street poles, abused and humiliated by the Territorial Defense under the Ministry of Interior and Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). The victims usually are Russians, Russian-speakers, Gypsies, or petty offenders. Elderly women and children have been subjected to this abuse.^{[252][253][254][255][256][257][258][259][260][261][262][263]}

More egregious forms of torture and killing are systematically carried out by the Ukrainian gestapo and neo-Nazi groups under their control.

In Lugansk, a former sausage factory converted into a torture facility in 2014 was liberated in May 2022.^[264]

Some units of the Territorial Defense and other groups are known to have worn green arm bands while carrying out terrorist attacks against civilians and political enemies. It is thought that the green arm bands are a signal to local Ukrainian authorities not open criminal investigations into their activities.

On September 17, 2022 Ukrainska Pravda reported that the Rosguardia had arrest 52 people in the Kherson and Zaporezhye republics for their connections with SBU.^[265]

"Peacemaker" kill list

Myrotvorets ("Peacemaker") is an online searchable database of what its owner declares are “enemies of Ukraine,” containing personal doxxing information and addresses. The website's mainpage lists Langley, Virginia, home of the CIA, and Warsaw, Poland as its official home. Journalists who depart from the CIA and Kyiv party line are added to the list.^[267] Anyone captured in Ukraine whose name appears in the websites online searchable database can be executed on the spot.^[268] The “Peacemaker" kill list has nearly 200,000 names, including 300 children^[269] and Americans, threatening them with extrajudicial killings.

The blacklist is affiliated with the Ukrainian government and SBU and was founded by Anton Herashchenko, as of 2022 an advisor to the Zelensky regime's Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs.^[270] Reports indicate the servers hosting Myrotvorets are located in Brussels, Belgium and owned by NATO.^[271] Multiple people have been killed soon after their names were added to the list.^[272] Hunting down opposition supporters in allegedly "democratic" Ukraine, as leaders in NATO countries refer to it, in order to beat, humiliate, and even kill opponents is what Ukrainian radicals call “political safari.” American filmmaker Oliver Stone and Pink Floyd co-founder Roger Waters appear on the list.

Atrocities committed against civilians

Joe Lauria of Consortium News reported that on March 30, 2022, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, all Russian forces left Bucha. This was confirmed on March 31 Bucha mayor Anatolii Fedoruk in a video on the Bucha City Council official Facebook page. The translated post accompanying the video says:

There was no mention of a massacre of hundreds of civilians littering the streets. Evidence of crimes appeared only on the fourth day after the Security Service of Ukraine and representatives of Ukrainian media arrived in the town.^[275]

The New York Times was in Bucha on April 2, 2022, and did not report a massacre. Instead, the Times confirmed the Russian withdrawal was completed two days after the mayor of Bucha said it was, and that the Russians left “behind them dead soldiers and burned vehicles, according to witnesses, Ukrainian officials, satellite images and military analysts.” The Times said reporters found the bodies of six civilians. “It was unclear under what circumstances they had died, but the discarded packaging of a Russian military ration was lying beside one man who had been shot in the head,” the paper said. In Bucha, the Times was close to the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion, whose soldiers appear in the newspaper's photographs. The Times suggests that Azov Nazis may be responsible for the killings:

According to War On Fakes, "the first unit of the Ukrainian armed forces to enter Bucha was the special forces of the National Guard of Ukraine. The official Telegram channel of the National Guard posted a video, filmed by the fighters of this detachment themselves. We can see on this video that the Ukrainian military calmly pass through the streets of the city—and no ‘mountains of corpses’ are visible on these streets.” War On Fakes then asks, “So where did the corpses on the streets of Bucha come from. And who are these people? The answer may lie in the video of the territorial defense of Ukraine, which clearly states the question ‘Can I shoot at them if there are no blue armbands?’^[278] To which a positive response follows. The video was originally posted by the leader of the territorial defense Sergey ‘Botsman’ Korotkikh.”^[279] Sergey ‘Botsman’ Korotkikh later makes startling postings about the disappearance of Chilean/American journalist Gonzalo Lira from Kharkiv^[280]

On April 3, 2022, when the story broke, Russia immediately requested a meeting if the UN Security Council for the following Monday, April. The United Kingdom, another permanent member of the Security Council, vetoed holding a Security Council meeting in the matter.^[281] Russian UN Ambassador said in a statement:

The Pentagon refused to confirm the Ukrainian government's claim that Russians were responsible for the massacre.^{[283][284][285]}

Former leader of the Socialist Party of Ukraine, Ilya Kiva said that the story in Bucha was planned and prepared in advance by the counterintelligence of Ukraine, with the assistance of the British MI6. Kiva said,

All the corpses wore white arm bands which were distributed by the Russian military to identify civilian non-combatants, who then became the victims of Ukrainian security forces as collaborators in reprisal actions. Some alleged corpses sat up after television cameras filmed them.^[287][288] Ukrainian television showed footage of Ukrainian security forces dragging corpses into place for the TV cameras.

Kidnappings, murder, assassination

Dan Cohen, the Washington DC correspondent for Behind The Headlines reported on the testimony of a former prisoner of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) under the pseudonym “Igor,” as follows:^[289]

On March 24, 2022, Mayor Hennadiy Matsegora of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region, who was accused by the Kyiv regime of treason for allowing Russian troops to enter the city, recorded a video message to Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky about the abduction and hostage taking of his daughter by SBU gestapo officers and asked for her release.^[291]

On April 15, 2022, the Zelensky regime gestapo abducted YouTube reporter Gonzalo Lira.^[294] Tweets from the account of the notorious Ukrainian Nazi Sergei “Botsman” Korotkikh, who is deeply implicated in the Bucha massacre, say Gonzalo Lira had been kidnapped, tortured and possibly beheaded.^[295]

Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the chief of staff of Vladimir Zelensky, confirmed on September 16, 2022, that the attack on Kherson and the murder of a family in Berdyansk were carried out by order of the Kyiv authorities - they do not see anything bad in the attacks. The Director of Housing and Communal Services and his wife in Berdyansk were carried out by order of the Kyiv authorities, who do not see anything wrong with terrorist attacks. In their understanding, the ongoing actions are not even a crime. “Everything that happens in Berdyansk, in Melitopol, in Kherson is all absolutely legal military purposes. There are no, of course, terrorist attacks, no, relatively speaking, any criminal violations, ” Podolyak said.^[296][297]

On April 3, 2023, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (SLEDCOM) announced: “On suspicion of involvement in the explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg, employees of the Russian Investigative Committee, together with operational services, detained 26-year-old Daria Trepova - a native of St. Petersburg”—an announcement followed by the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAK) revealing: “The blast in St. Petersburg that killed military blogger Vladlen Tatarsky was orchestrated by Ukraine...Tatarsky, whose real name was Maksim Fomin, was hosting a live event with his followers in a café in the city’s historical center on Sunday when a bomb went off, killing him and wounding more than 30 others...Kiev used individuals who collaborated with Alexey Navalny’s Anti-Corruption Foundation [FBK] to carry out the attack...Darya Trepova, who was detained on Monday, is an active supporter of the FBK”. Tatarsky had over 500,000 followers.

Biden regime foreign secretary Antony Blinken called Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov demanding Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich, who was arrested in Russia a week earlier on espionage charges, be “immediately released”—a demand Foreign Minister Lavrov responded with the statement: “The reporter’s fate will be decided by the court”—then about 24 hours later, war reporter Tatarsky was assassinated.

The day prior to Tatarsky's assassination the Zelensky regime put into force a crushing new law that allows banning of critical media outlets without a court ruling.^[298]

Ukrainian hostage taking and use of human shields

The Washington Post reported on March 28, 2022, that the Ukrainian military has “a responsibility under international law to remove their forces and equipment from civilian-populated areas, and if that is not possible, to move civilians out of those areas. If they don’t do that, that is a violation of the laws of war because what they are doing is they are putting civilians at risk. All that military equipment are legitimate targets. Andriy Kovalyov, a spokesman for the Ministry of Defense's Territorial Defense, whose forces and equipment are positioned in Kyiv, scoffed at that reasoning. Alexei Arestovich, senior adviser to Volodymyr Zelensky, told the Post that "international humanitarian laws or the laws of war don’t apply in this conflict." In response to written questions from The Post, Arestovich said the country's military doctrine, approved by parliament, provides for the principle of “total defense.”^[299] Nonetheless, with full knowledge the government of Ukraine was committing war crimes and endangering the lives of civilians, the US and NATO continued to supply Ukraine with weapons.

Tass reported that on May 5, 2022, Russian UN Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya presented to the Security Council video interviews of Ukrainian civilians who had managed to escape from the zone of hostilities.^[301] Nebenzya stressed that the Ukrainian authorities and their Western sponsors were doing their utmost to prevent this sad truth from coming under the spotlight, and asked his foreign counterparts to pay due attention to the fact that the Ukrainian army repeatedly deployed heavy weapons to residential areas and used civilians as a human shield, which was a violation of international humanitarian law. Nebenzya stated, “We have enough reasons to believe that all these principles are systematically violated by the Ukrainian army and paramilitaries…There are many eye-witness accounts of how the Ukrainian army uses civilians as hostages and a human shield”.

On May 16, 2022, at 1:35 p.m. local time, the special services of Ukraine blew up a land mine reinforced with an overlay of up to 1 ton of ammonium nitrate in the area of Mazanovka in the Donetsk People's Republic, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported. As a result of the explosion, a poisonous cloud of about 1 kilometer headed towards the town of Kramatorsk which is under the control of Kyiv's forces. The doctrine of “total defense” proclaimed by Kyiv officials as noted by The Washington Post on March 28, 2022, supposes that any sacrifice, including the lives, health and safety of a large number of civilians, is nothing if the AFU actions may harm Russian soldiers, even if just potentially.^[302]

Ukrainian mistreatment of POWs and war crimes

The Kyiv government paraded captured Russian prisoners of war before television cameras and posted videos on social media. Some prisoners had injuries, were being interrogated, or were crying before the cameras.^[303] Amnesty International issued a statement reminding the fascist regime that Article 13 of the Geneva Convention states: “Prisoners of war must at all times be protected, particularly against acts of violence or intimidation and against insults and public curiosity”. According to the International Committee of the Red Cross, this includes circulating images on social media.^[304]

Gennadiy Druzenko, a Fulbright-Kennan Institute Research Scholar at the Kennan Institute and fellow at the Wilson Center in Washington, D.C.,^[306] head of the Center for Constitutional Design,^[307] a former researcher at the Center for Constitutional Democracy at Indiana University, and served as the Government Commissioner for Ethno-National Policy in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine^[308] who now operates a war-zone mobile hospital in eastern Ukraine told a Ukrainian Channel 24 TV interviewer that he had instructed his doctors to castrate captured Russian POWs. Druzenko said:

Since 2014 when the Kyiv regime initiated the Donbas war against Russian civilians, some 500 doctors have worked with Druzenko's mobile hospital. In March 2022 a pro-Ukrainian Telegram channel called White Lives Matter released a video of a Ukrainian soldier calling the fiancée of a Russian POW, taunting her with promises to castrate the captive. ^[310]

Ukrainian soldiers' used of the cellphones of dead Russian soldiers to mock and hector their relatives. In fact, the Ukrainian government has begun using facial recognition technology from Clearview AI, a US tech company, to identify Russian casualties and taunt their relatives on social media.^[311] The facial recognition service is provided by Clearview to the Kyiv regime free of charge.^[312]

On March 27, 2022, very disturbing videos emerged of mistreatment of Russian POWs by Armed Forces of Ukraine. One video shows Russian soldiers with canvas bags over their heads and then beaten in the face with rifle butts. The prisoners are shot in the kneecaps and genitals, and they are left on the ground to bleed to death. Several vans then arrive at the Ukraine military compound in Kharkiv, and as each POW is removed from the van they are shot in the knees. A second video shows Russian POW's lying face down in a paved courtyard, or compound, and then being shot in the knees from the rear.^[313] On May 1, 2022, Sergey Velichko (call sign "Chili") was captured by Russian forces and confessed to the war crime.^[314]

The notorious Kraken unit of the Azov nationalist regiment are particularly well known for openly conducting safaris for civilians with a pro-Russian position in the Kharkiv region.

Reporters stood idly by while POWs were paraded and beaten in public which went unreported in Western media.^[315]

On May 10, 2022, a former French Army soldier who spent several weeks in Ukraine delivering medical equipment and supplies told Sud Radio that Ukrainian Nazis "wanted to skin blacks and Jews":^[316]

On May 6, 2022, Lucas Leiroz, researcher in Social Sciences at the Rural Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a geopolitical consultant, wrote about the evidence of similarities between known CIA torture techniques and torture techniques documented to have been used by neo-Nazis in Ukrainine.^[318]

Russian POWs who were exchanged in June 2022 attested to torture, beatings, electro shock, and stabbings while in Ukrainian custody.^[319]

In November 2022 the New York Times verified the authenticity of a Ukrainian troops executing of Russian POWs.^[320] One video was filmed by an unnamed Ukrainian soldier on his cell phone, while other footage comes from drone videos that were most likely filmed by Ukrainian forces surveilling the offensive. The Times compared the videos to satellite imagery, confirming that they had been filmed at a farmhouse in the village.

One of the videos first circulated on pro-Ukrainian social media channels. In the video, Russian soldiers can be seen clearly in the process of surrendering to Ukrainian forces when one Russian soldier appears from the background and opens fire. The Ukrainian forces seem to return fire.

The video cuts and the same Russian soldiers are shown lying dead on the ground, most of them positioned as they were when they surrendered, apparently executed at point blank range in the back of the head. The Russian soldier who had opened fire appears to also have been killed on the spot and is lying in the position from where he opened fire.

Commenting on the videos, Dr. Rohini Haar, medical adviser at Physicians for Human Rights, told the New York Times, “It looks like most of them were shot in the head. There are pools of blood. That indicates that they were just left there dead. There appears to have been no effort to pick them up or help them.” Dr. Haar added that because the Russian soldiers had been lying down, apparently unarmed, with their arms outstretched or behind their heads, “They’re considered hors de combat, or noncombatants—effectively prisoners of war.”

Russia has denounced the killings as “deliberate and methodological murder.”

As the Times article admits, the Ukrainian soldiers could be prosecuted for the extrajudicial killing of Russian POWs under the laws of international armed conflict, including the Geneva Conventions and the Rome Statute, the international treaty that established the International Criminal Court. According to the Geneva Conventions, POWs “must at all times be humanely treated. Any unlawful act or omission by the Detaining Power causing death or seriously endangering the health of a prisoner of war in its custody is prohibited, and will be regarded as a serious breach of the present Convention. ... Measures of reprisal against prisoners of war are prohibited.”

Similarly, the Rome Statute says that “Killing or wounding a combatant, who, having laid down his arms or having no longer means of defense, has surrendered at discretion” constitutes a violation of international armed conflict.

One person complicit in the murder is an American, Chris Naganuma. It has been confirmed that Mr. Naganuma was in attendance during the executions. According to Sputnik, Ukrainian troops who massacred Russian POWs were trained by the United States.^[322] Also complicit were Ukrainian border guards Arthur Brynuchuk and Myskloviski Nazar. The Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal investigation. Wanted for war crimes, Naganuma was last reported fleeing back to the United States.^[323]

Denazification trials

On May 19, 2022, trials of Ukrainian Nazis and war criminals were underway at Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don in the Russian Federation.^[324][325] Denis Nuryga, an Aidar Battalion militant, was the first to appear before the court. He was accused of blowing up a bridge in the Lugansk region in 2019, as a result of which sentries of the People's Militia of the LPR were killed.^[326] Nuryga, a junior sergeant captured in April 2022, said under interrogation that the Ukrainian army disguises itself as doctors and uses ambulances for movement. Inside the ambulance Ukrainians install mortars.

Authorities of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics and their counterparts in Russia have been investigating and recording the crimes by the Ukrainian military and neo-Nazi militias going back to early 2014, when the Kyiv junta first initiated its policy of ethnic cleansing in the Donbas. A number of representatives of other countries have agreed to participate in the tribunal as representatives. One of the first stages of the tribunal will be held in Mariupol. DPR head Denis Pushilin announced on May 24, 2022:

On July 9, 2022, the first two members of the Ukrainian Azov National regiment were sentenced to death in the Donetsk People's Republic.^[329] Konstantin Nikitenko, codename "Fox", drove an armored personnel carrier and shot at people on the streets in Mariupol. He murdered civilians for fun as he considered them pro-Russians and shared videos online. The second Nazi is Nikolay with codename "Frost". He is the author of the “Танцуй-Убивай” (Dance-Kill) channel. He shot Russian prisoners, mocked their bodies and shared videos online.

Syrian front

On April 17, 2022, Turkiye launched Operation Claw-Lock against the U.S.-allied Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) terrorist organization in the Kurdistan region of Syria.

On June 16, 2022, warplanes of the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out airstrikes on positions of US-backed Maghaweir al-Thowra in the southeastern Syrian area of al-Tanf, where the US-led coalition maintains a garrison. The airstrikes were reportedly a response to an attack with a roadside bomb that resulted in Russian military casualties. Russia blamed MaT for the attack. The US-led coalition was alerted ahead of the airstrike.

As part of an ongoing investigation, on June 16, 2022, a U.S. airman was taken into custody in conjunction with am insider attack in Green Village, Syria that killed 4 U.S. airmen. After reviewing the information in the investigation, the airman's commander made the decision to place him in pretrial confinement, according to a statement provided to CNN on June 22 by Ann Stefanek, an Air Force spokesperson.^[330]

The United States occupies portions of Syria in order to steal Syria oil.^[331] The stolen oil revenues are used to fund the U.S.-backed rebels attempting to overthrow the Syrian government.

On October 6, 2022, U.S. forces invaded the sovereign territory of Syria.

Recent attempts by al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) to expand its influence from the region of Greater Idlib to the northern Aleppo countryside in Syria was met with a fierce response from the Russian military grouping in the country on October 16, 2022.

On October 21, 2022, an unidentified drone attacked a U.S. base in occupied Syria where the United States has been looting Syrian oil for sale in Europe without compensation to Syria.

Reuters reported the Pentagon announced on November 23, 2022, that air strikes by NATO ally Turkiye threatened the safety of U.S. military personnel in northern Syria where the United States has roughly 900 troops illegally stationed and without any authorization from the U.S. Congress or the United Nations. Turkish President Erdogan said Turkiye's air operations were only the beginning and it would launch a land operation when convenient after an escalation in retaliatory strikes.^[332] Turkiye launched air operations in retaliation for an Istanbul terrorist attack a week earlier that killed six people and injured 81, in which Turkiye claimed the United States was complicit.^[333]

Reuters reported on November 30, 2022, that Llyod Austin warned Turkiye against operations in Syria.^[334]

On March 24, 2023, sources reported that there were very heavy clashes in Syria. Some sources reported that Iranian forces were attacking the United States base in U.S.-occupied Syria. As a result of the Iranian attack, the United States lost at least one soldier and a few civilians. In response the US started their own bombing and shelling of the territory of the Syrian authorities and, as a result, one Iranian soldier and officer were killed. Some Russian sources reported that during the artillery duels with the Iranian forces, there was combat between Russian forces and American forces.

A Pentagon spokesman said on October 24, 2023 that U.S. forces had been attacked at least ten separate times in Iraq, and three separate times in Syria since October 17, 2023 via a mix of drones and rockets.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, a coalition of Iranian-backed Shia armed factions that formed a special operations room to support Palestinians after the outbreak of the Israeli-Hamas war, claimed responsibility for the recent attacks. Four more attacks targeted Ayn al-Assad and Kharab Al-Jir Airstrip in Syria between October 24-26, 2023 according to the Islamic Resistance in Iraq.

The Pentagon reported on October 25, 2023 that a total of 21 U.S. troops sustained “minor injuries” as a result of recent attacks, less than the 24 casualties the U.S. Central Command reported to NBC News a day earlier.<refhttps://www.nbcnews.com/politics/national-security/drone-attacks-american-bases-injured-two-dozen-us-military-personnel-rcna121961</ref>> “Between October 17-18, 21 U.S. personnel received minor injuries due to drone attacks at [Ayn] al-Assad Air Base, 'Iraq, and al-Tanf Garrison, Syria,” the spokesman said. “All members returned to duty.”

“It is important to note, in some cases, service members may report injuries such as (traumatic brain injury) several days after attacks occur, so numbers may change. We will continue to work closely with US Central Command to provide updates as appropriate,” the spokesman added.

American defense officials told CNN that while all of the personnel have since returned to duty, several continue to be monitored for any additional side effects or injuries.^[335] The number of injured personnel has risen as more U.S. troops have reported symptoms in the days following the attacks.

The Biden junta struck Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps forces on October 26, 2023 in a retaliatory action.^[336] Two facilities that were allegedly storing arms and ammunition were struck in the border town of Boukamal according to the Associated Press.^[337]

Serbia-Kosovo front

On April 11, 2022 DefenseNews of Australia reported Serbia had received a battery of FK-3 medium-range, road-mobile, surface-to-air anti-aircraft missile systems and CH-92 armed drones from China.^[338]

On May 7, 2022, Serbian and Chinese embassy officials in Belgrade laid wreathes commemorating the 1999 bombing of the Chinese embassy and killing of three civilians in a deliberate act with precision weapons by NATO and the Clinton administration.^[339] Chargé d'affaires Tian Yish, who spoke at the memorial service for three Chinese citizens, Shao Yunhuan, Xu Xinghu and Zhu Ying, said that Chinese people will never forget the barbaric atrocity NATO committed. Neither will they forget that NATO bombarded the country for 78 consecutive days under the guise of “safeguarding human rights.” The Serbian Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin, the Minister of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Darija Kisic Tepavcevic, and other Chinese and Serbian citizens and officials were also in attendance. Thousands of civilians were killed in the NATO bombing, and no war criminals have ever been held to account.^[340]

On July 25, 2022 Serbian Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin revealed that "One of the largest intelligence services in the world informed me that my views are unacceptable and that if I do not change them and if I do not abandon the policy I lead, everything possible will be done to prevent me from being a member of the Government and they will try to compromise me in any way," he told local media Pink. Vulin said he expects "a massive attack" against him in the media. "The campaign of lies and attacks against me will begin very quickly and in full force. The condition was that I start working for them and abandon my politics, and I won't do it at the expense of my head!" he said. "The intelligence services also told me which agencies will carry out the attack, which journalists and in what way. So, to a greater extent, I know what will happen," he added. The minister stressed that he flatly refused to cooperate with foreign spies. "I don't work for anyone else except the Serbian people, for the Serbian state, and I have no loyalty to anyone else except the president of all Serbs, Aleksandar Vucic."

On July 26, 2022, Biden foreign minister Antony Blinken visited Kosovo.^[341] Days later fighting broke out on the Serbian border.^[342] On July 31, 2022, tensions erupted as the NATO puppet attempted to implement discriminatory laws against Serbs.^[343][344] Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic issued a plea for peace in Kosovo. “The atmosphere has been heated up, and the Serbs will not suffer any more atrocities. My plea to everyone is to try to keep the peace at almost any cost. I am asking the Albanians to come to their senses, the Serbs not to fall for provocations, but I am also asking the representatives of powerful and large countries, which have recognized the so-called independence of Kosovo, to pay a little attention to international law and reality on the ground and not to allow their wards to cause conflict.” Church bells rang in alarm across the northern part of the province amid reports that armed ethnic Albanians were gathering for another pogrom of the remaining Serbs – as had happened in 2004. Kosovo special forces appeared in the city of Kosovska Mitrovicaa.^[345] Albanian special forces were deployed to the administrative line.^[346]

On August 5, 2022, Vladimir Jukanovic, a representative in the National Assembly of the Serbian Progressive ruling party, proposed Serbia taking the lead in the denazification of the Balkans.

With threats from the EU and NATO looming, on Sunday August 13, 2022 a crowd of 50,000 Serbs marched in the streets of Belgrade for traditional values.^[348]

On August 22, 2022, President Vucic urged NATO-led Kosovo Force (KFOR) to "do their job" in Kosovo, warning that if they do not, Serbia will take action to defend Serbs living there. Following the breakdown of negotiations between leaders of Serbia and Kosovo, which were mediated by the European Union in Brussels, President Vucic delivered a televised address to the nation: “We have nowhere to go, we are cornered. We will save our people from persecution and pogroms, if NATO does not want to do it." Additionally, he asserted it is necessary to prevent Kosovo Albanian "gangs" from entering northern Kosovo, where the majority of Kosovo Serbs reside. Serbia was dismembered in a NATO war of aggression in 1998, leaving a minority of Serbs residing in Kosovo. Vucic said the arduous struggle for the survival of Serbs in Kosovo and the city of Metohija continues to this day. Kosovars, he added "refused everything, they only care about destroying the lives of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija and that the only purpose of bullying our people in Kosovo and Metohija is their final expulsion."^[349]

On Sunday August 27, 2022 more than 100,000 people marched in a Traditional values parade in Belgrade.^[350][351]

NATO escalation

NATO warlord Jens Stoltenberg threatened to send NATO forces to exacerbate tension\s, however Russian President Vladimir Putin's intervention encouraged reconciliation between the estranged neighbors.^[352]

In December 2022 the Serbia-Kosovo front heated up with NATO support for U.S.-backed Kosovo separatists.^[353][354]

On December 12, 2022, the Serbian prime minister claimed that the country is on the verge of war with the NATO-backed renegade separatists in Kosovo because of the actions of the Kosovo prime minister and the inaction of the European Union. Another escalation began on December 10 after the arrest of a former Serbian policeman. After his arrest, Serbian protesters, wishing to prevent his transfer to Pristina, erected barricades blocking traffic through two main crossings in the direction of Serbia proper. Gunfire was heard in a several settlements. The forces of the EU Special mission (EULEX) and NATO (KFOR) have already arrived at the crossing in northern Kosovo.

Belgrade sent a request to the NATO mission to deploy forces of Serbian army and police in accordance with the provisions of the UN Security Council resolution.

The situation in the region is aggravated by the recently declared decision of the U.S.-backed separatists to apply for EU membership. President Aleksandar Vucic called those plans a direct violation of the Washington agreements, signed in 2020 with the mediation of the United States. President Vucic said that the Kosovo separatists and the United States were not fulfilling any of the previously reached agreements on the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija. Vucic also commented on the recent duplicity admitted by NATO ally and former German Chancellor Angela Merkel that the Minsk agreements mediated by Germany between the Donbas Republics and the NATO-backed Kyiv regime were only intended to gain more time to strengthen the Kyiv regime and prepare for war with Russia. The Serbian leader believes that her words change the situation dramatically. “In every sense, first of all politically, and for me this is a clear signal of who cannot be trusted."

In a joint press conference with Patriarch of Serbia Porfirije,^[355] President Aleksandar Vucic said on December 27, 2022, that the West is blackmailing Serbia with the threat of violence from Kosovars, demanding that barricades in the town of Mitrovica in Kosovo province be removed. "As if they have any right, they come from the West and threaten us, demanding that the barricades be removed. They say: ‘Time is running out, if you don’t do it, we will pit [Kosovo warlord] Kurti on you and he will do what we want.’ It is important to know that all they want is conflict, they want Serbs to be killed because it is more important for us to acknowledge the so-called sovereignty of the so-called Kosovo than how many Serbs are killed. I put it in simple terms so that everyone can see the truth."^[356]

Greek-Turkish front

In 2010 natural gas was discovered in the Eastern Mediterranean and large deposits right off the coast of the island of Cyprus. Turkey complained about its restricted access to the Aegean Sea floor, thus denying Ankara ability to explore for oil and gas underneath the continental shelf. But they did so anyway.

In April and May 2022 Athens asserted there were an unprecedented number of incursions into its airspace by Turkish jets. In early August 2022 Turkey launched a new drilling ship bound for contested waters in the East Mediterranean. The tiny island of Castelorizo essentially cuts in half the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) claimed by Turkey and seriously limits the legality of Turkish natural gas drilling expeditions. Turkish President Recep Erdogan not only accused Greece of putting a military presence on supposedly demilitarized islands, the Turkish foreign minister warned that if Greece refuses to demilitarize its Aegean islands, than Greek sovereignty over these territories would be considered debatable, referring to the 1923 Treaty of Lausanne as proof that Greece is in fact militarizing.

Turkish President Erdogan stated on June 9, 2022, that many of the Aegean islands claimed by NATO ally Greece were indeed Turkish and need to be demilitarised.^[357] The Greek government responded on June 14, 2022, by publishing 16 maps seeking to demonstrate and explain the revisionist nature of Turkish assertions and actions concerning the islands from 1973 until 2022.^[358]

NATO ally France backs NATO ally Greece while NATO ally Germany backs NATO ally Turkiye in the Greek-Turkish conflict in the Aegean Sea.

On September 11, 2022, the Coast Guard of NATO ally Greece fired upon a cargo vessel of NATO ally Turkiye in the Aegean.^[359]

On September 25, 2022, Turkish media published drone photos showing Greek ships disembarking military equipment, 23 tactical wheeled armored vehicles on Lesbos and 18 to Samos. Turkey claims that over 30,000 Greek soldiers are garrisoned on the islands.

On October 6, 2022, it was reported that the armed forces of NATO ally Turkiye were prepared to oppose NATO ally Greece's mobilization.

In late October 2022, NATO ally France cancelled a joint defense and energy cabinet meeting with NATO ally Germany over Germany's support for NATO ally Turkey in its increasingly dangerous and escalating military conflict with NATO ally Greece.^[360]

On October 21, 2022, NATO ally Turkiye was reported to have test fired its own domestically produced Typhon ballistic missile to "send a message."

Kyrgyz-Tajik front

Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine's use of Turkish Bayraktar TB2 combat drones in the Central Asian state's border clashes with Tajikistan, and Ukraine's war against Russia has sparked controversy.

African front

The African Union, which was targeted in a NATO war of aggression in 2011 in an attempt to split it apart and decapitate elements of its leadership, remained neutral at the outset in 2022. South Africa, one of the BRICS countries, refuses to cooperate with NATO's war on Russia. In early June 2022, Algeria, an oil exporting country, suspended its two-decade old friendship treaty with NATO aligned Spain.^[362]

In a virtual address to the African Union in June 2022, only 4 of 55 heads of state showed up to hear Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky appeal for support and help. One was Denis Sassou Nguesso of Congo whose presence was necessary for the meeting to take place as the current rotating chair of the African Union. Nguesso recently visited Vladimir Putin in Moscow and pledged Congolese support and cooperation. Another was the head of the Libyan-NATO client state, installed in 2013 after NATO's war of aggression against sovereign state of Libya. So the net total African heads of state who showed up to hear Zelensky's spiel was two. There has been a strong wave of popular support for Russia's operation in Ukraine from citizens across Africa, especially in regions most affected by NATO-backed terrorism. After the abandonment that Africa has suffered from the West in terms of security and defense cooperation, seeking Russian support has become the greatest hope for the members of the African Union. The Zelensky regime is exporting grain to the United States and Western Europe in exchange for weapons, by-passing Africa and aggravating the threat of famine.

In late July 2022 the Libyan front reopened.^[363]

Indo-Pacific Theater

On June 27, 2022, Adm. John Aquilino, commander of the U.S. Indo–Pacific Command said China's army is undergoing the largest buildup in the Chinese regime's history since World War II. Aquilino said Guam has a 360-degree threat from the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Rocket Forces.^[364]

Korean Peninsula

On October 25, 2022, Biden regime State Dept. official Wendy Sherman threatened to use nuclear weapons against North Korea.^[365]

On November 2, 2022, North Korea fired 10 ballistic missiles^[366] and over 100 artillery rounds.^[367] during a large joint US/South Korean military exercise.

China

The Ukrainian regime accused the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) of supplying drones to the Russian Federation.^[368]

In late March 2022 Shanghai, the world's largest city, went back into covid lockdown. Supermarkets were closed, and food shortages became widespread.^[369]

On April 6, 2022, China state television informed viewers that Zelensky is a professional actor, and that the Bucha massacre was staged.^[370]

By mid-May 2022, as the United States pivoted to war with China,^[371][372] it was reported that China was preparing for World War III with biological weapons.^[373]

On June 5, 2022, China accused Canada and Australia of provocative acts and intelligence gathering in two separate aerial incidents. The encounter with the Canadian surveillance plane occurred in the North China Sea off the coast of North Korea on May 26, 2022; the encounter with the Australian surveillance plane occurred in the South China Sea. China fighter jets release aluminum shards which were sucked up into the Australian jet's engine.^[374]

On June 13, 2022 PRC Minister of National Defense Wei Fenghe in a face-to-face meeting with Biden regime defense minister Lord Austin at the Shangri-La Dialogue security summit in Singapore told Austin,

While the tension in the world was accelerating, it was revealed that the CCP had already deployed two intercontinental ballistic missiles aimed at the US, one targeted at Washington, D.C. and the other at Texas. In the meantime, the CCP's plan to use its high-speed trains travelling at 220 MPH disguised as passenger trains to carry nuclear missiles could put 1,000 nuclear warheads within reach of Western cities.^[376]

In August 2022, the Biden regime ratcheted up tensions in the region with the government of China by sending Democrat Speaker Nancy Pelosi on an official visit to the Chinese province of Taiwan over the government's protests. U.S. naval warships exacerbated the provocation by sailing through the Taiwan Strait.^[377]

Solomon Islands

On March 26, 2022 The New York Times reported that the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) and the Solomon Islands signed a secret security pact.

The US State Department encouraged the Pakistani government in a March 7, 2022, meeting to remove Imran Khan as prime minister over his neutrality on the Russian invasion of Ukraine, according to a classified Pakistani government document obtained by The Intercept.^[378]

Russia was the largest recipient of Ukrainian refugees after the Special Military Operation commenced in February 2022, accepting at least 2.4 million asylum seekers.^[379]

After mid-April 2022, more than 3 million refugees in Europe returned home to Ukraine due to lack of housing, employment, childcare and other resources and services.^[380]

The West hoped to quickly strangle the Russian economy. However, the calculations of the United States and its allies failed after the start of the special military operation. It became clear that the collective West's bet on the weakness of the Russian economy did not play out. All the plans and calculations of NATO analysts failed. From 2014 to 2019 Western and NATO analysts claimed that Russia had a powerful army, but with a weak economy it would not be able to fight for long. They believed that they would impose sanctions and Russia would die. The West bet on the decomposition of Russian society by American culture and the discrediting of traditional values.

By summer 2022 the Ukrainian Army was demilitarized, its weapons and manpower had been destroyed. By late 2022 Russia was demilitarizing not Ukraine, but NATO whose member states provided the Armed Forces of Ukraine with weapons and artillery shells. The Ukrainian Army itself was already being formed from reservists, conscripts recruited by force, and foreign mercenaries.

By the end of the third quarter of 2023 the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation reported that the national debt reached $206 billion accounting for 16.7% of gross domestic product (GDP),^[381] in comparison to the socialist European Union national debt reaching a staggering $14 trillion accounting for 84.36% of its GDP,^[382] while the United States national debt reached over $33 trillion accounting for 122.8% of its GDP.^[383]

2023 cancelation of grain deal

Under the July 2022 grain deal, which was intended to help needy countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, the poorest countries received only 2.3% of all supplies. Ukrainian agricultural products went to the EU countries where prices are higher, according to UN data. Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, France and Romania accounted for 38% of all supplies under the grain deal. Turkey, Egypt, Bangladesh and China filled out the balance, while Yemen, Somalia, Sudan and Ethiopia faced famine conditions.^[384]

On July 17, 2023 the Russian Federation announced that it would not be renewing the grain deal that was supposed to allow for shipments of grain and fertilizers from both Russia and Ukraine. Expulsion of Russia from the SWIFT world banking network made it impossible for Russia to get paid. The official Russian list of requirements which would need to be fulfilled for Russia to reinstate the grain deal were:

1. A real, not a speculative conclusion from the sanctions on the supply of Russian grain and fertilizers to world markets.

2. All obstacles for Russian banks and financial institutions that serve the supply of food and fertilizers must be removed.

3. Deliveries to Russia of spare parts and components for agricultural machinery and the fertilizer industry should be resumed.

4. All issues with the charter of ships and insurance of Russian export food supplies must be resolved, all logistics of food supplies must be provided.

5. Unhindered conditions must be provided for expanding the supply of Russian fertilizers and raw materials for their production, including the restoration of the operation of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline.

6. Russian assets related to the agricultural industry should be unlocked.

7. There must be a restoration of the original humanitarian nature of the grain deal. It should work for countries in need, not make rich countries richer.

Captain Vladimir Gundarov told Moskovsky Komsomolets,^[385]

The Crimean bridge was attacked by NATO underwater drones launched from civilian vessels near the bridge on July 17, 2023.

From the earliest days of the conflict, the Kyiv regime, with CIA assistance, focused more on winning a global information and propaganda war rather than a military conflict. The phrase "unprovoked invasion" flooded global media.^[386]

Researchers at the University of Adelaide in Australia published a landmark paper on August 20, 2022, on the activities of bot accounts on Twitter related to the conflict in Ukraine. The Australian findings were staggering – of 5.2 million tweets on the social media network from February 23 to March 8, 2022, at the outbreak of the conflict, between 60 and 80% were shared by fake accounts.^[388]

A clear democratic majority of planet Earth does not support NATO's war on Russia. The two most populous countries on the planet, India and China, are not opposing Russia. Most of Africa is not condemning Russia. Similarly, the Arab and Muslim world has not condemned Russia. Only traditional US allies support America's efforts to overthrow the legitimate government of Russia, and many of them are seriously divided on the issue.

The incidents are too numerous to list (and many more are available at the above See also link), including deliberate war crimes committed by the Ukrainian government against its own citizens to blame on the Russian forces for global propaganda purposes.

On June 16, 2022, Presidents Emmanuel Macron of France, Olaf Scholz of Germany, Mario Draghi of Italy, and Klaus Iohannis of Romania travelled to Kyiv to present an alternative view to Volodymyr Zelensky for peace and negotiations versus the warmongering view of NATO escalation advocated by Boris Johnson and Joe Biden. The racist Western media however, ignored Iohannis's presence and reported only on the three white presidents.^[390]

On October 10, 2022, the head of the Department of Cyber Security of Ukraine, Police Colonel Yuriy Zaskoka was killed in the epicenter of a Russian cruise missile attack.^[391]

Western coverup

Western media and the NATO allies coverup came unglued by their own investigation. A team of forensic investigators from Kyiv reported that dozens of civilians who died in the city of Bucha were killed by tiny metal arrows from shells fired by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) artillery.

Pathologists and coroners who are carrying out postmortems on bodies found in mass graves in the region north of Kyiv said they found small metal darts, called fléchettes, embedded in people's heads and chests. “We found several really thin, nail-like objects in the bodies of men and women and so did others of my colleagues in the region,” Vladyslav Pirovskyi, a Ukrainian forensic doctor, told The Guardian. “It is very hard to find those in the body, they are too thin. The majority of these bodies come from the Bucha-Irpin region.”

Independent weapons experts who reviewed pictures of the metal arrows found in the bodies confirmed that they were fléchettes, an anti-personnel weapon widely used during the first world war. These small metal darts are contained in tank or field gun shells. Each shell can contain up to 8,000 fléchettes. Once fired, shells burst when a timed fuse detonates and explodes above the ground.

“According to a number of witnesses in Bucha, fléchette rounds were fired by artillery a few days before Russian forces withdrew from the area at the end of March”, – The Guardian reported.^[394] The same fléchettes were used by the AFU in 2014 in the Lugansk Peoples Republic (LPR) at the start of the Donbas war.

Fléchettes were not widely used during the Second World War, but were brough back by the US during the Vietnam war. “Fléchettes are an anti-personnel weapon designed to penetrate dense vegetation and to strike a large number of enemy soldiers,” according to Amnesty International. “They should never be used in built-up civilian areas.”^[396]

A team of 18 experts from the forensic department of France's national gendarmerie, alongside a team of forensic investigators from Kyiv, have started documenting the situation after the re-occupation of Bucha by the SBU Safari force. “We are seeing a lot mutilated (disfigured) bodies,” said Pirovsky. “A lot of them had their hands tied behind their backs and shots in the back of their heads. There were also cases with automatic gunfire, like six to eight holes on the back of victims. And we have several cases of cluster bombs’ elements embedded in the bodies of the victims.”

Evidence collected by experts during a visit to Bucha, Hostomel and Borodianka, and reviewed by independent weapons experts, showed that cluster munitions and powerful unguided bombs were used in the region. They killed a large number of civilians and destroyed at least eight buildings. These types of weapons are banned by the Ottawa Convention, which Ukraine is party to. Illegal cluster munitions were discovered in Ukrainian weapons storage depots.

Mass rapes

Lyudmyla Denisova, the Ukrainian Parliament's Commissioner for Human Rights, was fired when no evidence could be found of her allegations of 400 instances of mass rape by Russian soldiers.^[397] 238 Members of Parliament voted her out. Denisova was accused of failing to perform her duties and in particular of spreading fake news and propaganda about atrocities supposedly committed by Russian troops in Ukraine. Such actions only served to tarnish Ukraine's image, MPs have argued. Other complaints were that Denisova had failed to organize humanitarian corridors and POW exchanges.^[398]

The fake news stories stemming from high ranking Ukrainian officials were widely disseminated by TIME magazine, CNN, Newsweek and other fake news sources.^[399]
