Conservative media

Conservative media refers to media which tends to be geared to the American political right in content. Leaders of America's conservative movement have rightfully claimed that the liberals have control of what is said in the national media. The internet, AM talk radio and Fox News Channel led to an explosion of popular conservative news sources. As conservative media has grown, liberal media is suffering from dwindling advertising, popularity and credibility. You'll hear prominent liberal politicians lamenting liberal media's demise and offering support for censorship through legislative means, by the Fairness Doctrine or financial assistance by means of taxpayer bailouts.
