'Yats is the guy'
During the Maidan coup, the notorious "F the EU" conversation between State Dept employees Victoria Nuland and Amb Pyatt when they were deciding on which puppet to make Prime Minister, Nuland said, "Yats is the guy. He's got the governing experience bla bla bla". Well, "Yats", or Arseniy Yatsenyuk apparently now has had an epiphany about Nazism in Ukraine. Is he ambling for a job in a post-Zelensky Ukraine? France looks like Bakhmut
[3][4][5][6] Is this the end result of supplying Storm Shadow missiles to Ukraine in a hybrid war? What goes around comes around.
- The US and NATO have a 9 year head start in spreading terrorism in Russian and Ukraine. Maybe the Russians are only getting started. And the US "color revolution" playbook is largely stolen from the global communist National Liberation Movement playbook, with modern technology upgrades. The KGB taught the CIA everything it knows.
- "Zelensky may be an SOB, but he's our SOB." RobSGive Peace a chance 16:16, June 30, 2023 (EDT)
- Just as the United States trains terrorists to subvert a society from within, as they did in Ukraine and Libya, attempted in Syria, are now actively doing in Belarus, Russia, Armenia and other former Soviet Republics, are doing in Thailand, Sri Lanka and Pakistan, it's an old trick they learned from the Soviet Communists. The USSR did it in the United States in the 1960s during the Vietnam war - and eventually won the war when they convinced American public opinion to turn against the war and their leaders (you all just witnessed the CIA's amateurish and lame attempts to get the Russian people to turn against Putin and the war with a drone strike on the Kremlin and the Wagner mutiny. It had the opposite effect of strengthening public support for the war against NATO, and seeing NATO as an existential threat to Russia's existence. None of that was censored in Russia's supposed "dictatorship" or media). This is why talk of a "negotiated settlement" in Ukraine is ridiculous, cause the hybrid terrorist attacks will continue in Russia, and eventually reprisal actions will come to America. This hybrid terrorist war will continue for decades - until we get rid of the globalist fascists from the Davos party who run the planet. We need leaders willing to make peace. - Note: What's interesting about Radio Sputnik operating in Washington, D.C. is, it is an agreement dating back to Richard Nixon where each side allows the operation of an uncensored, government-funded propaganda radio station in other's capital (kinda like the exchange of embassies, almost). I forget the American chapter in Moscow, it's probably Radio Liberty, or maybe Radio Free Europe. Could even be NPR but I doubt it. RobSGive Peace a chance 18:58, June 30, 2023 (EDT)

60 Minutes Australia: Is Vladimir Putin's Power coming to an End?
"For 24 years there was no dispute about who was the boss in Russia. Vladimir Putin seemed to proudly wear the label of the world’s most feared strongman. But last weekend, all of sudden, his iron rule was challenged. Putin stumbled and for the first time appeared weak and vulnerable.
The man threatening to topple the Russian tyrant was Yevgeny Prigozhin, arguably an even nastier piece of work than Putin himself. As the head of the Wagner group, he controls the brutal mercenaries who have been fighting alongside Russian forces in the illegal war against Ukraine. Tom Steinfort reports that what worries the world now is figuring out what Prigozhin’s next move could be. And where."
From: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ux98Xl_lIWk NishantXavierFor Christ the King 12:05, July 2, 2023 (EDT)
- Time for some facts.
- (a) Prigozhin was working with Ukrainian and Western intelligence;
- (b) the Wagner group formerly had 25,000; about 4,000 went to Belarus with Prigozhin. The remainder were officially incorporated into the Russian armed services yesterday.
- Did your source report any of that? RobSGive Peace a chance 13:27, July 2, 2023 (EDT)
- The problem with relying on Western MSM is, you get a very distorted picture. RobSGive Peace a chance 13:29, July 2, 2023 (EDT)
- (c) Putin's approval rating went from 80% to 90% for his handling of the situation - another Western Itelligence failure - more than a failure - a complete mis-assessment that accomplished the exact opposite of they had hoped and intended. Will anybody be fired? Will there be any investigations in to the intelligence community? Doubtful. That's where the real news story is. RobSGive Peace a chance 13:32, July 2, 2023 (EDT)
- And as the Russian Foreign Ministry rightly pointed out, during the J6 protests, Russia did not issue public support for one side or the other, neither covertly offer assistance to the "insurrectionists". Which side abides by the "laws of civilized nations"? RobSGive Peace a chance 13:36, July 2, 2023 (EDT)
- (d) Many of the 6,000 troops who went with Prigozhin from Ukraine to Rostov did not know they were being used to participate in mutiny. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:19, July 2, 2023 (EDT)
- Unfortunately, because of the propaganda now Western intelligence is putting out to coverup their botched operation, the opportunity now is being lost on the public to gain some understanding about the mysterious internal workings of Russia politics and government. But our intelligence agencies and media don't care about informing you, they are too busy trying to cover their butt and keep up the ruse about Russia. CSIS: Russia Isn’t Going to Run Out of Missiles
The Quincy Institute link above states:
- "Of the 15 think tanks most often mentioned in the coverage, only one—Human Rights Watch—does not take funding from Pentagon contractors. Quincy’s analysis found that the media were seven times more likely to cite think tanks with war industry ties than they were to cite think tanks without war industry ties.
- With 157 mentions each, the top two think tanks were the Atlantic Council and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Both of these think tanks receive millions from the war industry. The Atlantic Council has long been the brain trust of NATO, the military organization whose expansion towards Russia’s borders was a critical factor in Russia’s decision to invade Ukraine. (See FAIR.org, 3/4/22.) Both think tanks receive hundreds of thousands of dollars from Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, companies which have already been awarded billions of dollars in Pentagon contracts as a result of the war in Ukraine.
- CSIS was revealed in a New York Times expose (8/7/16) to produce content that reflected the weapons industry priorities of its funders. It also “initiated meetings with Defense Department officials and congressional staff to push for the recommendations” of military funders."

Top US and NATO Military and other Leaders: Vilnius, 2023, should pave the way for Ukraine to join NATO at Washington, 2024
Recall I said it's quite possible the War will end in about a year, i.e. June 2024. I said that before I knew about the below. That there's been planned a 2024 NATO Summit in Washington, America itself shows imo that would be an excellent time for Ukraine to join. And not in my opinion only, but also in the opinion of these esteemed military/other American/European experts below.
"In Vilnius, the alliance should launch a roadmap that will lead clearly to Ukraine’s membership in NATO at the earliest achievable date. As with Finland and Sweden, the process can bypass the Membership Action Plan in light of the close and ongoing interactions between NATO and Ukraine. NATO heads of state and government should task the Council in permanent session to develop recommendations on the timing and modalities of an accession process for Ukraine for decision at the next NATO summit in Washington in 2024..."

NATO Heads of State and Government will meet in Vilnius next week, at a critical moment for our transatlantic security.
Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine continues to rage on.

Will 11th Hour Diplomacy get Sweden into NATO
Turkey is bargaining and bargaining hard to be sure, but just like they ultimately did with Finland, I believe they'll let Sweden in too.
"With the NATO summit set to begin July 11, Sweden, alongside several allies and Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, are making a last-minute push with high-level meetings in Washington and Brussels to ensure that Stockholm’s membership will get a green light from Turkey—the final big step before it can join the Alliance.
On Wednesday, Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson met with US President Joe Biden in Washington DC, followed by a meeting between Swedish, Finnish, and Turkish foreign ministers in Brussels on Thursday. The central message: Sweden is ready to become an ally—immediately.
For several months, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has kept Sweden and NATO allies on the edge of their seats over Swedish extraditions of individuals connected to the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK). Stockholm and Ankara have been at an impasse, trading arguments over due process and terrorist threats. Enflaming the whole process has been a series of Quran burnings, something which Kristersson has said is legal, but not respectful.
Just like at the NATO Summit in Madrid last year, Erdogan has placed himself in the role of kingmaker. All allies except Turkey and Hungary have ratified Sweden’s membership, and Hungary is widely considered to be following Turkey’s lead."

How is it neo-fascist? by the definition given, of a corporation working hand in glove with a government to achieve totalitarian objectives, it is not: "The Atlantic Council promotes constructive leadership and engagement in international affairs based on the Atlantic Community’s central role in meeting global challenges. The Council provides an essential forum for navigating the dramatic economic and political changes defining the twenty-first century by informing and galvanizing its uniquely influential network of global leaders. The Atlantic Council—through the papers it publishes, the ideas it generates, the future leaders it develops, and the communities it builds—shapes policy choices and strategies to create a more free, secure, and prosperous world ... 2022 was the most successful year in the Atlantic Council’s history, with our work helping to provide policymakers and the public with solutions to the world’s most difficult challenges." https://www.atlanticcouncil.org/about/ NishantXavierFor Christ the King 16:07, July 8, 2023 (EDT)

"Ukraine ‘deserves’ NATO membership, Turkey’s Erdogan says"
Thank you, President Erdogan: well done to you. I stand by my prediction, which is confirmed by Muslim Turkey being so co-operative with the Judeo-Christian West: NATO will welcome (1) Sweden as NATO Member 32 by this year end, if not Vilnius, and (2) Ukraine as Member #33.
If Erdogan is in favor, as the below news shows, it will almost certainly go through when the time comes. Perhaps Washington Summit, 2024, perhaps some where late next year. And yes, I do think Christians - though it might be Atheists doing it - should not burn the Quran, at least not in public, provoking 2 BN Muslims, while gaining nothing. The Christian World and Muslim World should work together. It is possible, and Blessed are the Peace-Makers. Below from Islamic News Site Al Jazeera: "A Fair Peace creates no losers":
"Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan also called for a return to peace talks saying, ‘a fair peace creates no losers’."
"Turkey supports Ukraine’s NATO membership aspirations, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, but he also urged for a “return to peace efforts” to end the conflict that has now raged for 500 days since Russia invaded Ukraine last year. “There is no doubt that Ukraine deserves membership of NATO,” Erdogan told a joint press conference with the Ukrainian president in Istanbul early on Saturday, adding that the two sides should go back to peace talks." China updates
Biological Terrorism: China engineered Covid 19 to purposely infect people, reveals Wuhan researcher
[pls move to Conservapedia Community Portal if that is deemed more suitable for this discussion]
I saw someone say that, because the American Deep State (as opposed to Good Conservative Leaders) is evil (it is), therefore, allegedly, the Communist Party of China, responsible for an ongoing genocide of Uyghur Muslims, is supposedly not evil (it is, too). That's a Non Sequitur.
See: "The Chinese government has reportedly arbitrarily detained more than a million Muslims in reeducation camps since 2017. Most of the people who have been detained are Uyghur, a predominantly Turkic-speaking ethnic group primarily in China’s northwestern region of Xinjiang. Beyond the detentions, Uyghurs in the region have been subjected to intense surveillance, forced labor, and involuntary sterilizations, among other rights abuses. The United States and several other foreign governments have described China’s actions in Xinjiang as genocide, while the UN human rights office said that the violations could constitute crimes against humanity. Chinese officials have said that they have not infringed on Uyghurs’ rights and claimed that they closed the reeducation camps in 2019. However, international journalists and researchers have documented an ongoing system of mass detention throughout the region using satellite images, individual testimonies, and leaked Chinese government documents." https://www.cfr.org/backgrounder/china-xinjiang-uyghurs-muslims-repression-genocide-human-rights
On Covid, this just in: one must have a broad international perspective, and not think of the whole world in terms of American domestic politics alone. Just because there are some bad people in the Deep State, and hardly anyone in the know denies there are, this doesn't mean there aren't bad Communist/Dictatorial Regimes in the world, like the Commie CCP is. Neither is it Anti-Chinese people to say so; in fact, we're being the voice of the good and innocent Chinese people who are suffering under the regime when we critique the CCP regime, just as one would be the voice of the voiceless when standing up against abortion etc; remember the millions who died/suffered under Covid and consider fairly whether the below could be true. It's an astonishing claim and worthy of a fair international investigation.
"A researcher from the Wuhan Institute of Virology has made an astonishing claim that coronavirus was purposely engineered by China to infect people. Chao Shao, a researcher, said his colleagues were given four strains of the virus to find out which could spread best."
https://www.livemint.com/news/world/biological-terrorism-china-engineered-covid-19-to-purposely-infect-people-reveals-wuhan-researcher-11687928751255.html NishantXavierFor Christ the King 14:34, June 28, 2023 (EDT)
- We do need some discussion on this subject, however scapegoating China and the CCP isn't the way to go. It was collaboration between Fauci and certain American private interests along with the Wuhan lab. I would recommend go over CP's Wuhan lab & Fauci articles, and look for information that builds on the sources there.
- There is a concerted effort now to take the heat off the American taxpayer money that funded the Wuhan lab, and point the finger at China as solely responsible. This obvious from the CFR pushing Sinophobia now to justify war with China. RobSGive Peace a chance 14:42, June 28, 2023 (EDT)
Both the Commie CCP and the Commie Deep State should fall. One of the reasons I support De Santis is I think he is a No-Nonsense Administrator. If you don't follow the agenda of the elected government, you should be packing your bags. The govt. answers to the people. Whom do Deep State Bureacrats answer to? No one/special interests. It's very bad, and I agree it's a perfectly legitimate concern to be concerned about the Deep State, especially given the amount of power it has, the amount of evil it does, and the amount of good it can frustrate. NishantXavierFor Christ the King 14:49, June 28, 2023 (EDT)
- Well now your getting off topic bringing DeSantis name into it.
- Here is a thumbnail sketch of the narrative outfits like CFR are trying to coverup:
- In 2015, there were a breakthrough in gain of function research at the Wuhan lab published in scientific journals; the response among many scientists was that this research was too dangerous and people should back away from further research. The Obama administration issued an Executive Order banning more research - but there's a catch - it only banned such research in the United States. So Fauci transferred the research to Wuhan. RobSGive Peace a chance 14:55, June 28, 2023 (EDT)
- Here is a thumbnail sketch of the narrative outfits like CFR are trying to coverup:
Don't think it is off topic. One of the reasons people supported Trump is to destroy the Deep State. He did do some good things, but he couldn't do that. I think De Santis would, or at least would significantly reduce their power.
Most conservatives don't understand that "laissez-faire" anarchism is not acceptable in government. That's not what "limited government" should mean when it comes to dealing with evildoers. If you can't be tough in dealing with bad guys, you don't belong in government.
Here's what Saint Paul taught on that in the Epistle to the Romans: "3For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Do you want to be unafraid of the one in authority? Then do what is right, and you will have his approval. 4For he is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not carry the sword in vain. He is God’s servant, an agent of retribution to the wrongdoer. 5Therefore it is necessary to submit to authority, not only to avoid punishment, but also as a matter of conscience" (Roman 13:3-5)
You mentioned Gain of Function research, and that's Exhibit A: "DeSantis signs bills banning vaccine mandates, gain of function research" https://www.thecentersquare.com/florida/article_f0320380-f024-11ed-9f74-7f94c974e2ac.html NishantXavierFor Christ the King 15:01, June 28, 2023 (EDT)
And Fauci should have been fired long ago. NishantXavierFor Christ the King 15:04, June 28, 2023 (EDT)
- The focus of this thread is countering the deep state narrative that China is soley responsible for the pandemic. Let's stick to countering that with facts from re[putable source.
- Ideological arguments about conservativism or political candidates go on other threads in other articles, for now. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:57, June 28, 2023 (EDT)
Ok. The issue is, how to ensure (1) something like Covid (from the development of the virus, to its release and outbreak, to the Deep State coverup, to the unsafe vaccines) never happens again, and (2) how to hold accountable those whose actions led to the loss of millions of lives, and caused many more millions to suffer worldwide. For that, we need something like (1) a Nuremberg II Tribunal, with (2) bad actors internationally, whether in the US like Fauci, or the Commie CCP, or anywhere else, held accountable for their actions, after a thorough investigation of all malpractice. That is in principle. Procedurally, you're only going to get that with strong Conservative Leadership. Commie Stalin said: "The death of a single person is a tragedy. The death of millions, a statistic". That shows how his warped Commie-mind thought. It isn't true and we conservatives shouldn't allow it to be so. NishantXavierFor Christ the King 16:09, June 28, 2023 (EDT)
- (ec) okay, very good. You see a larger picture. Right now we need adequate documentation of the crimes that took place. Remember, the globalists and deep staters have much more powerful influence in media, academia, think tanks, and government. Despite being vastly outgunned, the censorship they employ should be viewed as a sign of weakness. They fear the truth and reality getting out to general public. So we need to focus on the knowledgeable sources and help them, get what they know out.
- We can begin with people like Sen. Rand Paul and Rep. Jim Jordan who have a pretty clear understanding of the facts of what happened. Journalists like Lee Smith and Glenn Greenwald and a few others also are very good. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. also has a very clear understanding. RobSGive Peace a chance 17:26, June 28, 2023 (EDT)

Nikki Haley, take a bow. She rightly points out how liberal Blinked allowed Commie Thug Xi to scold him and thus America by extension. Again, conservative brothers and sisters, from the fact that the liberal Biden-Blinken duo is kowtowing to and bootlicking Xi, draw the right conclusion that the truly Conservative Approach/Position toward Commie China is Raeganite Peace through Strength, and inexorable/invincible American/European/NATO Strength, as well as fresh modern Alliances in the Indo-Pacific and Global South.
Here is the Video: https://youtu.be/JVz1mgcayAw Absolutely brutal in criticizing the Biden Administration's bad policies making everything worse. Watch between 17-19 mins: "I gave the example. To me, the most glaring is, you don't congratulate the Chinese Communist Party for taking over China 70 years ago. - The Heritage Foundation was once a very respected conservative think tank during the Reagan years. However now it has a reputation as being overtaken by globalist views - at least on foreign policy and trade matters. It's stuff on election fraud is excellent, unsurpassed by any other DC think tank, IMO. However its perspectives on Russia and China should be suspect, and not viewed as authoritive (unless at some point there's a big shake up in management. But here again, the globalists got the big bucks to buy think tanks like Heritage, and there's not really any big sources of funding for anti-neocon perspectives). Funding is not as important as Truth. If something is Truth, either the funding will follow, or the Truth will get out anyway, supported by powerful arguments for the Truth: "there is nothing hidden that shall not be brought to light". The Commies and Communist-sympathizers/supporters in the West always tried to diminish/downplay the Victims of Communism. But Truth is slowly getting out, also thanks to the Internet. Nikki Haley on Commie China, continued:
"Indian-American Republican Presidential candidate Nikki Haley said that China is the biggest threat to America since World War II. "Communist China is the greatest threat to American security and prosperity by far," she said. "As president, my top priority will be strengthening America's economy and...military. We'll protect America's prosperity and homeland from Chinese aggression," she added."

China/Taiwan - the Coming War. Within community of security experts, no longer if but when. Most likely by 2027. Prepare
We are in the Great Calm before the Storm. But don't be deceived. The Storm's Coming. Prepare. Don't panic, but prepare. Spiritually, and in every other way. Including by educating and spreading awareness about the Great Evils of Communism, including the 65+ MN dead under the CCP in Mao's time.

- This war was originally suppose to happen in 2021, but got cancelled cause of the pandemic, I suppose. Then it was pushed back to 2022; last week we were told 2025, Now it's 2027 cause the globalists and military industrial complex got themselves in a bind in Ukraine, and the original plan was to knock out Russia first. They can't carry out their aggression against China without knocking out Russia first, which will never happen cause Russia will nuke the globalists before that ever happens.
- This planned US aggression against China looks more and more like scare tactics, like lockdowns, social distancing, and mask wearing - scare tactics for expanded government surveillance and societal control. RobSGive Peace a chance 01:44, July 1, 2023 (EDT)
- The globalists and deep state want people to live in fear, whether it's the pandemic, Russia, China, white supremacists, etc etc etc. It is the source of their power, to get people to beg government for protection. - Let's revisit what you said here, "The options are to be pro-separatist across the board or anti-separatist across the board? That seems rather limiting." That was a good observation. "Separatists" evidently is a propaganda term intended to bias the reader against those people labeled as "separatist". For example the Donbas Republics declared independence in early 2014 and were rejected for annexation by the Russian State Duma. The Minsk Accords were negotiated in Feb 2015, and the Donbas Republics rejected separatism agreeing to return to Ukraine, provided they were granted autonomy. In the ensuing years the Kyiv regime failed to implement the agreement and grant them autonomy. The Donbas war persisted (with NATO weapons and training), and Western media called them "separatists". As early as 2015, the people of Donbas could see they were being set-up for NATO aggression, based upon Western media reporting. RobSGive Peace a chance 10:35, July 3, 2023 (EDT)
- Side note: Now for those of you asking, "What is autonomy?", it's like the Chechen Republic in the Russian federation. It has its own President, a title equal to Putin's. It agrees to allow Moscow to handle all foreign policy, and Moscow doesn't interfere in its internal affairs. Its legal system is based upon Islamic law, so in matters like abortion or divorce for example, you can expect it to be handled quite differently than it would be in Moscow or St. Peterburg. 26 Years since the Hong Kong Handover, the World Learns that the Commie CCP cannot be trusted to keep its Promises
"Twenty-six years ago today, Hong Kong was handed over to China on a promise.
Beijing made the commitment, under an international treaty, to protect Hong Kong’s freedoms, the rule of law, human rights, way of life and autonomy for at least fifty years. Over the past decade, and especially in the past few years, Beijing has completely broken its promises, torn up the treaty and dismantled Hong Kong’s freedoms. It has turned Hong Kong from one of Asia’s most open cities into one of its most repressive police states.
The erosion of Hong Kong’s freedoms began a decade or more ago, but Beijing dealt a hammer-blow to whatever was left of liberty when it imposed a draconian National Security Law on the city, with no debate, no discussion and precious little warning."

- It was an open secret that China would break its promises to Hong Kong as soon as it could. Zeng Qinghong tried to impose a national security law in 2003, provoking massive protests. In those days, Hong Kong was more important for China economically than it is now, so Beijing backed down. Not coincidentally, Zeng was Xi Jinping's mentor. Xi's campaign against Hong Kong began in 2012, when he proposed a pro-communist curriculum called "Moral and National Education." PeterKa (talk) 10:14, July 2, 2023 (EDT)

That happened in Hong Kong, and it happened when the US didn't send manpower and blood as it promised to enforce the Budapest Security Memorandum. - The story of Hong Kong suggests that the Chinese backed off several times for fear of economic consequences and sanctions. I don't think Xi had a plan to take over Hong Kong over the course of ten years. He was thinking that resistance would collapse as soon as he laid down a hard line. Money problems forced Putin to disband the Wagner Group, so sanctions can by given credit for that as well. PeterKa (talk) 22:48, July 2, 2023 (EDT)
- In the case of the Wagner group, Russian law prohibits PMCs (private military companies) from operating on Russian territory. (Believe it or not, Russia is a nation of laws). So with the annexation of the Donbas, it became a problem. Wagner group will continue operating in Belarus and Africa eventually under a different name.
- Above you stated it was an open secret China would take control. They simply measured the risks and costs against what was to be gained, knowing the US and UK were too weak to do anything about it, and seized the opportunity. And it was done by CCP infiltration into the Hong Kong government. The same thing is happening in Taiwan through the Kuomintang. RobSGive Peace a chance 23:15, July 2, 2023 (EDT)
- All the talk of invasion is simply money for the US MIC and its stockholders, paid by the US taxpayer. None of thew weapons will ever be used, and eventually fall into the hands of the PLA. Another Afghan withdrawal scenario. They don't care what happens to the weapons after the US taxpayer gets bilked and the weapons get shipped abroad. RobSGive Peace a chance 23:17, July 2, 2023 (EDT)

De Santis has Common Sense. Sadly among some others, including former Presidents and Presidential Candidates, who just aren't tough enough on the Commie CCP in China, common sense is a most uncommon virtue these days. De Santis is shining the Light of Truth. China needs to needs to change and become democratic if it wants to retain these privileges, from which it has benefited; and the CCP has used it for Grave Evil.
The US Senate voted in 2000 to grant that status to China as it prepared to join the World Trade Organization. Any step to remove it would also need congressional approval. The status is a legal designation in the United States for free trade with a foreign nation"

IOWs, follow up by you, the citizen journalist researcher. And the stance is fraught with risks, cause of the accusation of racism. So the public must be brought along and educated step-by-step of the significance and importance of this position.
- It likely would take a major precipitating event for the US Senate to cancel the status. We can't just toss off headlines like this without educating the public first of the stakes invovled.

Biden corruption
With the accession of Romania to NATO, the Biden family became co-owners of Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises in Romania. The multinational corporate conglomerate drove numerous native ethnic Romania mom n pop entrepreneurs, which grew up in Romania since 1991, out of business. This was done under the guise of "capitalism, freedom and democracy" with NATO protecting the multinational corporate conglomerate's financial interests. The same thing is happening in Ukraine. Who left cocaine at the White House?
Honest, it wasn't me. I never go to the White House library. At any rate, I never do blow there. I mean, not that I remember.
There is no part of the White House that isn't under 24-hour surveillance. What about fingerprints and cell phone records? The Secret Service has to know whose cocaine it is. They plan to keep this information secret for as long as possible. Hey, “People walk by there all the time.” Yeah, and sometimes dogs really do eat homework.
In other words, it is Hunter's. No one else on planet Earth has this level of clout. If the coke turns out to be Hunter's, his plea deal will be suspended and he will go to jail. There is nothing that the Biden White House won't do to prevent that from happening. The bookies are treating Hunter as the leading suspect, with odds of +170 compared to +15000 for Joe and +10000 for Jill.
Update: Okay, I think I am off the hook now: "The substance was discovered in the West Wing of the White House in a cubby hole where visitors place their cell phones and other belongings before going on a tour." It was somebody who treated coke as just another thing that you put in a cubby hole before going on a tour. That narrows it down. It also makes it even less likely that the Secret Service doesn't know who it is. PeterKa (talk) 20:15, July 6, 2023 (EDT)

- A week ago, the MSM would have happily sold its firstborn for Biden. Now they sound like disappointed parents. "It’s Seven Grandkids, Mr. President" (Maureen Dowd!, New York Times). This is about Navy Roberts, Hunter's illegitimate daughter. Then there is "When is the optimal time for Biden to drop out of the race?" (The Hill) Ouch!
So when is the best time for an incumbent president to drop out of the race for reelection? Both Truman in 1952 and Johnson in 1968 dropped out after disappointing results in the New Hampshire primary. In both cases, the New Hampshire result was a pretext, or at least not the whole story. As with Biden, Johnson's health was declining. He died of heart disease in 1973. PeterKa (talk) 17:53, July 8, 2023 (EDT)
- God observation. Remember, Biden's a party man, not really an egoist. I think if Anita Dunn and other party bosses go to him and say, "it's time to do the honorable thing," (like the GOP Senators did to Nixon, too) he'll drop out. As to Kamala, they may think they can control her as they did Biden, but then again, maybe not. There certainly is no love lost between her, the White House staff, and the Biden family. So the big problem is to get rid of 'em both at the same time, which is a Truman/LBJ scenario.
- So the media's job is to sow disaffection with the public and party loyalists, while still trying to keep RFK down on the farm before they let Newsom out of the gate (kinda of a replay how the GOP party machine brought DeSantis along. - We all set for a rerun of 1968, with Joe Biden as the sickly Lyndon Johnson and RFK Jr as Eugene McCarthy. Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris are RFK Sr. and Hubert Humphrey. The dominant issue in 1968 was race riots. Hopefully, those don't come back. PeterKa (talk) 07:24, July 9, 2023 (EDT)

DeSantis outflanks Trump on trans issue
DeSantis's latest ad leans into the gay issue. I don't know what to make of the Brad Pitt clip from the movie Troy. - I'll try to thumbnail the Musk/Twitter issue as succinctly as possible: whenever you "Like" a tweet, Twitter has to process it in real time to tens and hundreds of thousands of users. Twitter never had the server capacity for that, so the federal government was subsidizing it as part of its domestic surveillance programs. When Musk let Trump back on, that terminated the deal. Now Musk has to pick up the costs. He can't. Twitter will never be financially sound without a US government subsidy. RobSGive Peace a chance 11:44, July 4, 2023 (EDT)

Yes, thanks for sharing, Peter. Nice video, and I agree with it. It's at 25 MN views now. And I agree with Rob's point also, that Twitter, Social Media, and websites generally, so including Conservapedia, are a big threat to the Radical Left. They will try to clamp down on free speech, because they know they cannot win in a fair and free debate, because Truth will defeat falsehood. But Social Media is playing an important role in getting the Truth out, including on the trans issue and how some in the Radical Left are pushing it too far, for e.g. by wanting to mutilate the genitals of innocent children, or force women to have to accept men in their bathrooms/locker room etc. Exhibit A of why I support De Santis. He's persecuted both Navalny and Nemtsov, beside other Russian leaders. He is bad for Russia. Al Jazeera: Most Swedes want ban on Quran burnings
I actually agree with this. There's no reason to burn the Quran and alienate 2 BN Muslims in doing so, especially when the West increasingly needs the support of Muslim Countries like Turkey, not to mention the Arab World. One can criticize or disagree with the Quran without doing this. Careless and imprudent on the part of the Swedes to allow such things, which could delay their accession to NATO. I would be in favor of a Christian-Muslim Alliance against Godless Communism, especially because for e.g. even Muslims, like the Uyghur Muslims, along with Christians, are persecuted by the Commie CCP and Xi in China. As we spread awareness of that and help educate the Muslim World, it's quite conceivable they would draw closer to Christendom and the West. Then, we can educate them on the religious issues as well: btw, they already believe Jesus Christ was a Great Prophet, Worked Miracles, was the True Messiah, and even Virgin Born of His Blessed Virgin Mother Mary. They don't of course believe He's the Son of God, or died on the Cross, and that we have to show historically and logically. Dr. William Craig has some good apologetics on that. Anyway, needlessly alienating the Muslim world, and it was probably some atheists in Sweden who burnt the Quran, is self-defeating and shortsighted imo. Well, just the intro is off to a great start. Haven't checked the logs yet, did you write that? "The Chinese Communist Party (pinyin Gongchandang) or CCP, officially the Communist Party of China (CPC), is the left-wing single party socialist ruling regime of Peoples Republic of China (PRC). The party is infamous for placing no value on human life and its ruthlessness to maintain and exercise power. According to the authoritative Black Book of Communism, an estimated 65 million Chinese died as a result of the CCP's merciless attempts to create a new “socialist” China. Anyone who gets in the way is done away with by execution, imprisonment or forced famine. No single individual of the CCP has ever faced an international tribunal for crimes against humanity." That's pretty much exactly my perspective too, so not sure why you'd oppose applying Raeganite-John Paul II style- Peace through Strength against the Commie CCP. Just like bringing down Communism in the Soviet Union helped the Russian people, bringing down Communism in China will help the Chinese people, not just Christians and Muslims, but also other innocent victims of Communism. "Years after leaving office, while writing a book about leaders (my personal favorite of all his writings), he reviewed the concept of DÉTENTE in light of the failed policies of Jimmy Carter and the increasingly successful ones of Ronald Reagan. “LEADERS: Profiles and Reminiscences of Men Who Have Shaped the Modern World” was written in 1982 ... President Carter, with the best of intentions, tried unilateral restraint in the hopes that the Soviets would follow suit. The result was disastrous. As he cut back on American arms programs, the Soviets stepped up theirs. Consequently, President Reagan has had to institute an arms buildup to restore the nuclear balance of power.
There are two kinds of détente: hard-headed and soft-headed. Hard-headed détente is based on effective deterrence. This kind of détente encourages the Soviets to negotiate, because it makes the cost of Soviet aggression too high. Soft-headed détente, by contrast, discourages negotiation, because it makes the cost of Soviet expansion so low that the Soviets find the rewards of aggression too tempting. Hard-headed détente, backed by the force to make deterrence credible, preserves peace. Soft-headed détente invites either war or surrender without war. We need detente, but it must be the right kind of détente.” We need the same against the Commie CCP today. NishantXavierFor Christ the King 19:05, July 7, 2023 (EDT)

'Peace Through Strength'
IMO, you are making a bad comparison between the Soviet Union and modern Communist China.
Reagan was able to spend the USSR out of existence cause it was in terrible economic shape after 40 years of no trade with the West, and its continued defense spending as a percent of GDP at World War II levels (at that time, China was not the economic powerhouse it is today that could make up the difference in loss of trade from the West). Modern China, OTW -- its defense spending is fueled by Wal Mart customers in the United States.
Pity the poor Wal Mart customer; all the profits from Chinese made goods sold at Wal Mart are translated into Chinese military spending, which then the Wal Mart shopper has to pay higher taxes and inflation to feed the American military industrial complex to compete with the Chinese military. He's getting it in both ends.

- There never was a peace treaty after World War II (well, there was the Nuremberg Tribunal, the UN Charter, and much later the 1976 Helsinki Accords, but never a formal treaty). After 1945, the Soviet Union never stopped fighting fascism from the West. The Anti-Comintern Pact and Angelo-American alliance (Atlantic Charter) reorganized itself and merged into NATO beginning in 1947.
- In 1941, the Soviet Union was on its knees when the Germans invaded; by 1945 its economy and industrial output was fully mobilized for war, and it never looked back. The Soviet economy never did a "peacetime transition" after WWII. By the late 1950s and 1960s it did produce a few cars, TV sets, and refrigerators as rewards for party members and "hero workers" in an non-incentivized capitalist economy, but its domestic consumer market was always plagued by shortages up to the very end (compare that to modern China). By 1989, the Soviet Union's chief export was still the AK-47. RobSGive Peace a chance 07:11, July 8, 2023 (EDT)

- That was to Comecon states (Eastern bloc or 'iron curtain' countries). The USSR was never a member of the WTO of IMF. The one-third figure is suspect, given Soviet official records were all faked.
- The principal recipients of Russian oil were East Germany, Poland, Hungary, and Cuba, mostly sold at a loss. There wasn't widespread vehicle ownership in these countries.
- One needs to look at the volume of oil production, not just export. The Soviet oil industry was drilling with 1930s technology, and lacked modern technological upgrades. The Soviets didn't even know the size of its reserves; it wasn't until after the collapse of the USSR that oil prospectors could enter Russia and assess. With the discovery of North Slope oil in Alaska in the 1970s it was speculated that the USSR might have vast reserves on its Arctic shoreline, and was only confirmed decades later. - It's funny that most of the internationalist Cold War warriors who made a great talk of anti-Communist action to protect global democracy so bitterly opposed the Dies Committee investigations, McCarthyism, and the Reece Committee. Entrenched establishmentarians such as Eisenhower actively undermined efforts to root out domestic Communist subversion, particularly attempting to derail the Reece Committee's crusade by slandering it as "antisemitic" (according to Norman Dodd, it was merely one staff member who promoted anti-Jewish literature, and they were disciplined). In the U.S. House vote to reestablish the Select Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foundations and Comparable Organizations, which became known as the Reece Committee, most of the Conservative Coalition rallied behind in support along with a scant amount of liberal Southern Democrats while basically all Northern Democrats and a group of moderate establishment Republicans (Ford, Frelinghuysen, Javits, etc.) comprised much of the opposition.
- The reestablishment of the SCITEFCO was necessary; the previous Cox Committee ran an investigation dubbed by Reece, absent for most sessions due to family illnesses, as having "insufficient time for the magnitUde of its task." And years later, neo-Jacksonian liberal Democrat Wright Patman continued the investigations of tax-exempt foundations for tax evasion, as recommended by the report of the Cox Committee. —

- I lack the military-related knowledge to understand the background of those wars, though as a whole, the Old Right was definitely right about sticking to domestic anti-Communist investigations of subversion rather than feeding the warmongering establishment. —
LTRev. 22:13 Tuesday, 14:51, July 11, 2023 (EDT) - Unfortunately, conservatives were deceived by Goldwater Republicanism, which was nothing more than an outgrowth of the modern Eastern Establishment that developed among internationalist Moderate Republicans during the 1940s. (and also! Goldwater was a 33-degree Freemason, I believe, which means he must've secretly been a Luciferian occultist) "A Choice Not An Echo" only got half the picture right: Robert A. Taft indeed was a diligent opponent of the liberal globalists whose ambitions they destroyed, but Goldwater had no connection with the Taft-aligned Old Right. While the book is popular among New Right, modern conservative discourse, it embraced a deceptive form of "right-wing" thought deviant from the authentic conservative principles of the Old Right. —
LTRev. 22:13 Tuesday, 14:55, July 11, 2023 (EDT)- The Vietnam war was insane. Look at Peter's comment, above: Truman's "natural instinct was always to treat the communists as potential allies against the "fascist" GOP. Don't forget that he fired MacArthur for trying to win the Korean War." MacArthur was for a long time a serious GOP challenger for president against both FDR & Truman; when Eisenhower was elected, MacArthur remarked that Ike was the best staff officer he ever had. - Democratic accusations of the GOP as "fascist" goes back to Henry A. Wallace. The irony here, of course, is that actual Fascists gave quite a glowing review of Henry Wallace's book New Frontiers. —
LTRev. 22:13 Tuesday, 15:04, July 11, 2023 (EDT)- That's right; anyone not onboard with Russia's war effort against Nazi Germany was deemed a "fascist", for example, union workers who went on strike for higher wages in wartime, which would break wartime wage and price controls, were called "fascists". Just as today anyone who does not support Russia's defense against NATO aggression is a fascist. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:13, July 11, 2023 (EDT)

LTRev. 22:13 Tuesday, 15:17, July 11, 2023 (EDT)- No, that's what America Firster and isolationist John Flynn reported: "Wages were held down in slaughter houses. The workers quit the legitimate slaughterers and went to work for black-market slaughterers at twice the legal wages, or went into munitions plants, and scores of slaughter houses were put out of business. The unfortunate slaughterer or meat dealer or packer who complained was called a fascist." pg 314. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:32, July 11, 2023 (EDT)
- There's something wrong with your basic logic and reasoning; everyday you try to draw a straight line from the 19th and early 20th century progressivism to modern day leftist and socialist sentiments. You make arguments about the Old Right, etc. Then you turn a blind eye, using your own rhetoric, logic, and reasoning to your fascist opposition to Vladimir Putin and Russia.
