Sheikh Mahmoud Nofal [محمد نوفل], was the terrorist Imam (Islam spiritual leader) of the Al-Qassam [Qasim] Mosque in Hebron, Israel.

His crime was during the Oct 7 War, as the Gaza regime was accelerating to maximize fatalities.
