In September 2021 Politico verified the authenticity of Hunter Biden 's laptop and all the evidence of Biden family corruption and collusion with foreign governments for personal gain.[1] Previously Politico, acting in concert with corrupt CIA operatives and other fake news mainstream media outlets,[2] claimed the laptop, emails, texts, and other evidence within was a Russian disinformation plot leading to social media censorship and a devasting impact on America democracy.[3]

James Biden

Politico reported on Biden family corruption on August 2, 2019:

The day the Bidens took over Paradigm Global Advisors was a memorable one.

In the late summer of 2006 Joe Biden’s son Hunter and Joe’s younger brother, James, purchased the firm. On their first day on the job, they showed up with Joe’s other son, Beau, and two large men and ordered the hedge fund’s chief of compliance to fire its president, according to a Paradigm executive who was present.

After the firing, the two large men escorted the fund’s president out of the firm’s midtown Manhattan office, and James Biden laid out his vision for the fund’s future. “Don’t worry about investors,” he said, according to the executive, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, citing fear of retaliation. “We've got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden.”

At the time, the senator was just months away from both assuming the chairmanship of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and launching his second presidential bid. According to the executive, James Biden made it clear he viewed the fund as a way to take money from rich foreigners who could not legally give money to his older brother or his campaign account. “We've got investors lined up in a line of 747s filled with cash ready to invest in this company,” the executive remembers James Biden saying.[5]

China collusion

Politico fake news.png

Beginning just before Joe Biden’s ascendancy to the Vice Presidency, Hunter Biden was traveling to Beijing meeting with Chinese financial institutions and political figures would ultimately become his investors. Finalized in 2013, the investment partnership included money from the Chinese government, social security, and major state-owned banks a veritable who’s who of Chinese state finance.[6]

The records show that Hunter Biden and his family were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments across the globe. Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, in particular, formed significant and consistent financial relationships with the corrupt oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky during their time working for Burisma and their firms made millions of dollars from that association while Joe Biden was vice president and the public face of the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy. Rosemont Seneca Thornton, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, received $3.5 million in a wire transfer from Elena Baturina, who allegedly received illegal construction contracts from her husband, the former mayor of Moscow. Biden and Archer’s work with Chinese nationals connected to the Communist regime illustrate the deep financial connections that accelerated while his father was vice president and continued after he left office.

CEFC China Energy had reported assets of $263 billion in 2015. Its chairman, Ye Jianming, was arrested by the CCP in February 2018 and has never been heard from since. Patrick Ho, who headed a "think tank" funded by Ye and whom Hunter calls "the spy chief of China," was arrested in New York for bribing UN and African officials three months earlier. Hunter was paid $1 million to represent Ho. Ye had extensive business relations with Hunter and Jim Biden, Joe Biden's brother, gave them credit cards with a $100,000 limit, a personal gift o Hunter of a 2.8 caret diamond valued at $50,000. In a recording made sometime after Ye went missing, Hunter is heard speaking in an agitated tone,

"I get calls from my father to tell me that The New York Times is calling, but my old partner, Eric [Schwerin] ,[7] who literally has done me harm for I don’t know how long, is the one taking the calls because my father will not stop sending the calls to Eric. I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of Patrick Ho – the f****** spy chief of China who started the company that my partner, who is worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing. The richest man in the world is missing who was my partner. He was missing since I last saw him in his $58 million apartment inside a $4 billion deal to build the f****** largest f***** LNG [liquified natural gas] port in the world. And I am receiving calls from the Southern District of New York from the U.S. attorney himself. My best friend in business, Devon [Archer], has named me as a witness, without telling me, in a criminal case — and my father [Joe Biden], without telling me."[8]

On September 15, 2015 Bohai Harvest Rosemont and AVIC Auto acquired Michigan-based Henniges Automotive with a 49% share and 51% share respectively, according to a press release. Henniges specializes in anti-vibration technology with military applications. Henniges described the deal as “one of the largest acquisitions by a Chinese company of a U.S.-based automotive manufacturing company in history”.[9]

AVIC Auto, which is described in the press release as BHR’s joint venture partner, is a subsidiary of AVIC. AVIC (Aviation Industry Corporation of China 中国航空工业集团公司) is a Chinese state-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate with nearly a half million employees across all its different divisions involved in everything from military aircraft to robotics. AVIC specializes in the manufacture of stealth fighter jets for the Chinese military. AVIC in one form or another has regularly appeared on the US entity list over the years and alleged espionage activities against the US military.

AVIC is overseen by the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council of China, the manager of all state-owned enterprises. In 2015 AVIC was 'accused of selling China’s fifth-generation jet fighter J-31, which is allegedly based on stolen technology in relation to the US made F-35.[10]

The BHR-AVIC agreement, which was awarded AVIC a Controlling Shares in Henniges, required approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), a committee of Cabinet-level agencies within the U.S. government including the State Department and the Department of Defense. The Obama administration authorized the transaction, which resulted in a Senate investigation that discovered evidence of financial breaches by Hunter Biden and his uncle James Biden. According to Jack Maxey, “What is really quite disturbing is that, for example, CFIUS’s assessment of the Detroit automaker’s takeover, it becomes clear from the emails that the Chinese know they are going to pass the review round CFIUS even ahead of Hunter and Devon [Archer] and their third partner, Jimmy Bulger."[11]

This financial dealing could be a threat to the National Security of the United States by providing the CCP with the Henniges’ anti-vibration tech. Officials from the Pentagon expressed concern over this fact back in 2011.[12]

Laptop from hell, December 14, 2018.[13]

In April 2020 Chinese business websites showed Hunter Biden’s name removed from the Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) board of directors, however the sites also show Skaneateles LLC, owned solely by Hunter Biden, as still being a “sponsor/shareholder” with 3 million yuan ($464,000) invested in the company, comprising a 10% stake in the China-based business venture. The business records for Skaneateles found on the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs website list Hunter Biden as the “executing officer” of the company, and the address for the LLC is a multimillion-dollar home in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles.[14] That is where the Washington Examiner previously reported Hunter Biden and his wife, Melissa Cohen, had been renting a $12,000-a-month home.[15]

One of the companies in BHR’s portfolio as of August 30, 2021, Joe Biden's target date for the withdrawal from Afghanistan, is Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL),[16] the “world’s largest maker of electric vehicle batteries.”[17]

China dominates the world’s production of lithium-ion batteries used in electric vehicles and most portable consumer electronic devices such as cell phones and laptops. China accounts for 80 percent of the world’s total output of raw materials for advanced batteries.[18] If Joe Biden were to implement his “clean energy” plans, the United States would become dependent on China to produce the batteries that power America’s technologies.[19] CATL is the largest manufacturer of electric vehicle batteries with a 27.9 percent market share. Since Biden's green agenda came to the fore in November 2020, and the August 31, 2021 Fall of Kabul, CATL's stock price tripled.[20] On August 28, 2021 Forbes magazine reported,

"the mineral resources under the ground in Afghanistan could be worth almost 10 times the country’s infamous opium crop.

These minerals include lithium, gold, silver, platinum, iron, copper aluminum and uranium. Among those lithium stands out as a real prize because it has become essential to the manufacture of the lithium ion batteries used in electric vehicles.

Better still for China, if it gets its way, is that Afghanistan is set to be the Saudi Arabia of Afghanistan. In other words, the central Asian country is reputedly home to heaps of lithium. As the largest car market in the world, and the global move to EVs, China will likely want to secure every last pound of lithium that it can."[21]

According to the Chinese state media Global Times, on June 28, 2021 a deal between CATL and Tesla Motors was announced;[22] four days later the AP reported that the US left Bagram airfield at night without telling the new Afghan National Army commander.[23]

Before the dust even settled over Afghanistan, CNBC reported China was already in talks with the Taliban to exploit Afghanistan's rare earth metals.[24] The Biden family is set to personally benefit from China gaining access to Afghanistan’s rare earth elements.

Biden-Burisma scandal

Burisma exec thanks Hunter for introducing him to his father, Joe Biden.[25] Biden has always denied any knowledge or involvement with his son's business activities or associates.

On Appril 16, 2015 Joe Biden met with Ukrainian, Russian and Kazakhstani business associates of Hunter in the private “Garden Room” at Café Milano,[26] a Georgetown institution whose catchphrase is: “Where the world’s most powerful people go." The following day, April 17, Hunter Biden received an email from Vadym Pozharskyi, an executive of Burisma, to thank him for introducing him to his father.

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together....It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure.”

Burisma was paying Hunter $83,333 a month to sit on its board a the time.

Extensive bribes revelation

In June 2023:

Under questioning by U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate admitted the agency covered up 17 recordings of Joe and Hunter Biden with a Burisma executive who allegedly paid President Biden $5 million.

After being grilled by Senator Blackburn, Deputy Director Abbate claimed, “we often redact documents to protect sources and methods…the document was redacted.”[27]

Laptop from hell

The laptop from hell proved to contain classified information. Miranda Devine of the New York Post reported on an email sent from Hunter Biden to his business partner Devon Archer on April 13, 2014 that contained information from a classified State Department memo one week before Joe Biden visited Ukraine to meet the then prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and refers to “my guys upcoming travels”.[28] The email listed 22 points about Ukraine’s political situation, with detailed information about the upcoming election and predicting an escalation of Russia’s “destabilization campaign, which could lead to a full scale takeover of the eastern region, most critically Donetsk":

“The strategic value is to create a land bridge for RU to Crimea. That won’t directly affect Burisma holdings but it will limit future UK exploration and utilization of offshore opportunities in particular.

It will also result in further destabilization of UK nationally and for whatever govt is in power. And the US will respond with even stronger sanctions. Those sanctions will threaten the tenuous support of the EU which does not have the political will to incur steep energy price increases.”

Too little too late

On Feb 1, 2023, Biden’s lawyers admitted that "the infamous laptop the now-52-year-old abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop in the throes of his crack cocaine addiction does indeed belong to him."[29]

In Sep 2023, Comer issues subpoenas for Hunter and James Biden’s bank records amid impeachment inquiry.'" [30]

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has issued subpoenas for Hunter and James Biden’s personal and business bank records as part of the impeachment inquiry into President Biden.

“From day one of our investigation of Joe Biden’s abuse of public office, we’ve followed the money and that continues with today’s subpoenas for Hunter and James Biden’s bank records,” Comer (R-Ky.) said in a statement.

The Biden family has a long relationship with Facebook dating back to 2010, and the ability to get critics banned. There also has been a revolving door of employees between the Obama and Biden regimes, campaign organizations, consultants, and Biden family enterprises.

On October 10, 2010, Hunter Biden emailed Arlene Busch, a partner at Rosemont Seneca, the firm set up to sell access and influence to Vice President Joe Biden. The subject of the email was his relationship with Chris Kelly, Mark Zuckerberg's right-hand-man.

"Chris is worth about $350 MILLION. He remains Mark Zuckerberg’s closest adviser....He is more tied to Silicon Valley money than anyone I know and is looking for places to put his money."
"I brought Chris Kelly to lunch. We can talk in more detail tomorrow about the meeting, but just to be clear– Chris is worth about $350 MILLION. He remains Mark Zuckerberg’s closest adviser and was the first person outside of programers Facebook hired.

He is more tied to Silicon Valley money than anyone I know and is looking for places to put his money. H[e] just spent $10 MILLION of his own money on race for AG in Dem primary without blinking.”[31]

Kelly just dumped $10 million of his own money in a failed primary contest against Kamala Harris for Attorney General of California. Days later, a Kelly flunky emailed Hunter asking what favor he could do. Hunter wanted a critic's account on Facebook taken down.

“Hi Mr. Biden, Chris Kelly forwarded me your message about a Facebook profile that you’re trying to get shut down?”

To which Hunter Biden replied:

“Thanks Adam—I will get info to you ASAP.”

Adam replied, saying, “Thank you”.[32]

Two days later the Facebook flunky confirmed the hit against a third party had been carried out.

“Mr. Biden,

We have removed the fake profile. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Facebook DC[33]

In 2012 Eric Schwerin, who formally headed up the partnership with Chinese Communists, devised a scheme to milk money out of Facebook and other Silicon Valley Democrats for then Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden:

“Does it make sense to reach out to Chris Kelly (maybe in an email from Hunter) and ask him to suggest a number of Silicon Valley Dem Types that we should invite to Beau’s party? I am sure he would encourage them to come and giving him some ownership of that group might not be a bad idea.

“Any complications vis a vis Kamala Harris and Chris? I assume they are all good?”[34]

Hunter Biden replied to this email saying, “Very good idea”.

Schwerin replied, saying, :

“Great. I’ll draft an email and send it from Hunter. Hunter, if you want to see it first, let me know. Otherwise, we’ll send it off tomorrow.”[35]

Shortly after Hunter got on the payroll of Burisma, Secretary of State John Kerry's chief-of-staff gave Schwerin a heads up that Wall Street Journal reporters were poking around in the deal:

“FYI, at David Wade’s[36] urging I spoke to the WSJ [Wall Street Journal] on background tonight. They were about to run with a story that said Rosemont Seneca had invested in Burisma. Told them that was not the case. Didn’t say much else. Not sure what else they were going with but they were apparently asking questions about ownership as well. Probably going to run tonight. Didn’t seem too concerning to me.”[37]

David Wade at the time was Kerry's chief-of-staff. Wade previously was Joe Biden press secretary during the 2008 presidential campaign. In 2017 Wade became a PR consultant for Rosemont Seneca and Hunter Biden to handle all the negative publicity regarding Joe and Hunter Biden raking off $166,000 per month in kickbacks from Burisma. In the 2020 election cycle Wade went to work for Facebook.

The same day as the Schwerin email about Wade and the Wall Street Journal, other members of the Washington press corp were probing the issue of the Biden family's conflict of interest and influence peddling, as well. At the State Department, junior propagandist Jen Psaki was asked by Matt Lee of the Associated Press:

Lee: “Does this building diplomatically have any concerns about potential perceptions of conflict or cronyism – which is what you’ve often accused the Russians of doing?”
Paski: “No, he’s a private citizen."[38]

On October 14, 2020, three weeks before the 2020 presidential election, Twitter and Facebook locked the account of the New York Post and limited their ability to share and post news stories after the New York Post published a bombshell report detailing some of Hunter Biden’s emails proving that Hunter Biden introduced his father, Joe Biden, to a top Ukranian energy firm executive from Burisma while Joe Biden was vice president. This was evidence Joe Biden used his influence as vice president to enrich his family through lucrative business deals with foreign nations like Ukraine and China, compromising the integrity of the vice presidency, as well as US national security. Facebook’s Policy Communication’s Director Andy Stone said,

“While I will intentionally not link to the New York Post, I want to be clear that this story is eligible to be fact-checked by Facebook’s third-party fact-checking partners. This is part our standard process to reduce the spread of misinformation. We temporarily reduce distribution pending fact-checker review.”[39]

Before working for Facebook, Andy Stone worked for the Democrat’s House Majority PAC as well at the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), which is a clear conflict of interest during an election year. Facebook and their executives made the pre-emptive decision to label the New York Post‘s Hunter Biden story as factually incorrect and limited the publishing ability of the New York Post’s account before they even “fact checked” the already factually correct article.[40]

According to investigative journalist Lee Fang, emails from the laptop from hell show Hunter Biden made continuous efforts to airbrush his image and the Wikipedia articles associated with his Ukrainian benefactors. In 2014, working at the time with FTI Consulting, a major public relations and lobbying firm, Hunter sought changes to his personal Wikipedia entry.

“Ryan- below is a start. Eric is my partner and cc'd- he's going to make additional edits,” wrote Hunter to FTI’s Ryan Toohey in May 2014, referring him to Eric Schwerin, the president of Hunter’s firm Rosemont Seneca. Hunter forwarded along edits seeking the deletion of unflattering lines in his Wikipedia biography, such as his ties to disgraced Ponzi scheme financier Allen Stanford. Toohey confirmed that his company would get to work, emails from Hunter’s laptop show,

Shortly after Hunter’s request, several anonymous Wikipedia accounts began a series of edits to his page, adding changes requested by Hunter and deleting embarrassing lines. Hunter sought to delete a line explaining that the National Endowment for Democracy, which he previously worked with, had ties to the CIA. He also pushed to include more official titles from his various NGO board memberships.

On May 28, 2014, an account called "AmeliaChevalier" edited Hunter’s Wikipedia to delete any reference to "disgraced financier Allen Stanford." Over the next few weeks, more anonymous Wikipedia accounts began rapidly editing Hunter’s page, records show. Archives of Wikipedia show that a month after engaging with FTI, Hunter's Wikipedia page had dramatically changed, with negative references scrubbed, and lengthy passages added to discuss his volunteer work, service in government, and appointments to various boards and political committees. "This is back in good shape," Toohey wrote to Hunter and Eric Schwerin, dropping a link to the Wikipedia page. "We'll be keeping an eye on it for changes."

One of the more prolific and anonymous Wikipedia accounts making edits to Hunter’s page was a user called “Earflaps,” which made a number of edits, including the deletion of criticism of Hunter’s work for Burisma. That account was later identified as a “sock puppet,” a term used for editing by fake accounts, to airbrush negative information off of Wikipedia. An investigation found that Earflaps was one of nearly a dozen fake accounts tied to PR firms hired to carefully manage the image of Russian businessmen.[41]

Media control

In Sep. 2023, Biden's White House gave directions to the mass media:

White House called out for letter to media urging 'scrutiny' on Biden impeachment inquiry: 'Outrageous'

Letter feels like 'explicit instructions' on how to cover administration, one critic argues.[42]
