Diplomacy in the NATO/Ukraine war

Main article: NATO war in Ukraine
In another embarrassing propaganda stunt that backfired miserably, NATO/Ukraine delivered Russian tanks that were destroyed in battle to European capitals which were placed outside Russian embassies. Peace activists and anti-war protesters covered the tanks with flowers.[1]

Bloomberg News, reported: “The US-led drive to isolate Russia through sanctions has not succeeded, as half the countries in the Group of Twenty leading global economies refused to sign on...Senior officials from leading Western nations are surprised by the lack of support within the wider G20, despite their efforts to make the case for restrictions against Russia...Argentina, Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Turkey have not joined the sanctions that were adopted by the US, UK, EU, and their allies Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea...Some nations, like China and South Africa, have openly criticized the restrictions…The G20 nations account for around 85% of global economic output”.[2]

On March 26, 2022, U.S. dictator Joseph Biden called for the removal of President Putin from power.[3] On March 28, 2022 Biden trashed the November 1985 joint declaration issued by President Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev at the Geneva Summit which read,[4] "a nuclear war is unwinnable and must never be fought" when Biden issued an updated version of the National Defense Strategy (NDS).[5]

While fighting alleged "separatists" in Donbas, Zelensky called for war against China to protect separatists in Taiwan when he addressed the Shangri-La Dialogue summit in Singapore on June 11, 2022.[6]

Chronology

On July 20, 2022, in a lengthy interview with RT television, Sputnik and Rossiya Segodnya International Information Agency, Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov spelled out Russia's objectives which now had to be modified because of NATO aggressive actions in Ukraine:

"This process continues, consistently and persistently. It will continue as long as the West, in its impotent rage, desperate to aggravate the situation as much as possible, continues to flood Ukraine with more and more long-range weapons. Take the HIMARS. Defense Minister Alexey Reznikov boasts that they have already received 300-kilometre ammunition. This means our geographic objectives will move even further from the current line. We cannot allow the part of Ukraine that Vladimir Zelensky, or whoever replaces him, will control to have weapons that pose a direct threat to our territory or to the republics that have declared their independence and want to determine their own future."[7]

On August 3, 2022, Sen. Lindsey Graham announced that he was pleased with Ukrainian's willingness to "fight to the last person" as U.S. proxies.[8]

On August 4, 2022, Director General Fu Cong of the Chinese Foreign Ministry proposed, “The United States should withdraw all its nuclear weapons from Europe and refrain from deploying nuclear weapons in any other region."

In August 2022 reports surfaced of a meeting between Lithuanian and Polish officials to discuss creating a Belarussian government-in-exile after the disputed 2020 presidential election.

On August 23, 2022, Zelensky told Donetsk President Denis Pushilin that if denazification trials of Azov Battalion war criminals went forward, there would be no ceasefire negotiations.

In addition to the Zelensky's regimes shelling of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant and nuclear blackmail, the murder of Russian journalist and political scientist Darya Dugina in a Moscow car bombing was discussed during an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council on August 24, 2022. Russian investigators established the killing as an act of terrorism by the Security Service of Ukraine. Ukrainian Ambassador Petro Vrublevskyi told an interviewer on August 21, 2022, immediately after the bombing, "We are trying to kill as many of them [Russians] as possible. The more Russians we kill now, the fewer our children will have to kill," according to Yahoo News.[9]

On August 24, 2022, a U.S. sponsored UN General Assembly vote condemning Russia garnered only 58, less than 33%, of 195 member votes.

On September 15, 2022, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warned, "Should Washington decide to supply longer-range missiles to Kiev, by doing so it will cross a red line and become a direct party to the conflict. Under such a scenario, we will be forced to respond appropriately."[10]

In late September 2022 Newsweek reported several Pentagon officials suggested a “decapitation strike to kill Putin in the heart of the Kremlin.”[11]

On October 7, 2022, French President Emmanuel Macron blasted Joe Biden for escalating the nuclear war rhetoric,[12] comments which were echoed by Vladimir Zelensky the following day with a call for a nuclear first strike by NATO on Russia. White House national security spokesman and Ukrainian troll bot John Kirby walked back Biden's comments, saying they were not based on any specific new information. Kirby said Biden's "comments were not based on new or fresh intelligence or new indications that Mr. Putin has made a decision to use nuclear weapons."[13] The same day former U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton told CBS News that President Putin was on the US target list and threatened he might be assassinated.[14]

After visiting with NATO boss Stoltenberg, Ukrainian Defense Minister Alexey Reznikov wrote on Twitter that the long-standing cooperation between Ukraine and NATO makes it possible to say that the country has de facto become a member of the North Atlantic alliance.[15][16]

After French President Emmanuel Macron, a NATO ally, pledged not to use nuclear weapons in a confrontation with Russia, UK Defense Minister Ben Wallace, a NATO ally, publicly scolded Macron for revealing his hand.[17]

Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov told a group of new recruits to the diplomatic corps about future prospects for employment in Western Europe and the United States: “There’s no work there ever since Europe decided to close itself off from us...People work in conditions that can hardly be called human, so there is no point in maintaining the same level of diplomatic presence”.

On October 24, 2022, President Emmanuel Macron of France, asked the Roman Pontiff Pope Francis to call President Putin, Joe Biden, and Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill to “promote the peace process” in Ukraine.[18]

On October 29, 2022, former Russian President Dmitri Medvedev offered the Kyiv regime electricity in exchange for territorial concessions and recognition of Russia's new territorial boundaries.[19]

On November 19, 2022, the Nazi bigot and holocaust denier, former Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk,[20] was promoted to Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine.[21]

On November 24, 2022, it was reported that after the European Union declared the Wagner group a terrorist organization, Wagner PMC founder Evgeny Prigozhin declared the European Parliament dissolved and sent members of parliament a sledgehammer, covered in fake blood, in a violin case, people familiar with the matter said. "Before this procedure enters into legal force, I have been instructed to submit an information case to the European Parliament,” Prigozhin said.[22]

On December 21, 2022, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham publicly called for the assassination of President Putin.[23]

On December 27, 2022, Foreign Minister Lavrov told Tass,

"some unnamed officials from the Pentagon actually threatened to conduct a ‘decapitating strike’ on the Kremlin… What we are talking about is the threat of the physical elimination of the head of the Russian state. If such ideas are actually being nourished by someone, this someone should think very carefully about the possible consequences of such plans."[24]

Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki expressed outraged and indignation at the Ukrainian parliament's commemoration of World War II Nazi collaborator Stepan Bandera's birthday on January 1, 2023. Bandera is considered in Ukraine to be a national hero and the father of the nation.[25] Bandera founded the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) which was responsible for the genocide of well over 100,000 Poles and Jews in Volhynia, a territory that was part of Poland prior to World War II. After the Teheran, Yalta and Potsdam Conferences, the territory was annexed into the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic by Soviet premier Joseph Stalin. The annexation was assented to by Winston Churchill, Franklin Roosevelt and Harry Truman without a referendum on self-determination. Polish historians refer to this episode of World War II history, which has been suppressed in the West, as the Western betrayal. Allegedly, according to Franklin Roosevelt and Winston Churchill, the principal aim of the Angelo-American powers in World War II as annotated in the Atlantic Charter was the right of self-determination of peoples.

Meeting with South African officials in Pretoria, foreign minister Sergey Lavrov said,

"When we talk about what is going on in Ukraine, we are talking about the fact that this is no longer a hybrid war, but a real one, the West has been preparing for a long time against Russia, trying to destroy everything Russian: from language to culture, which has been in Ukraine for centuries, and forbidding people to speak their native language...In Ukraine, this is all common practice…Both the former president of Ukraine, Pyotr Poroshenko and the current one Vladimir Zelensky, who were elected under the slogan of establishing peace, immediately after being elected turned into war presidents, Russophobe presidents...Any cultural contacts related to the Russian language are prohibited…And this is all supported by the West…Just like the West supports the regular marches of neo-Nazis with swastikas, with symbols of division which were banned by the Nuremberg Tribunal, recognized as criminal…The West supports all this”.

German foreign minister Annalena Baerbock declared that Germany and the European Union were at war with Russia during a debate at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on January 24, 2023.[26]

Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki speaking at the Warsaw Permanent Working Review Conference for Ukrainian Support on February 5, 2023, said, "Poland is ready to take responsibility for shaping the New World Order."[27]

Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov on February 10, 2023, told RT, "There is no turning back to the Western-centric globalization model, which failed to ensure lasting stability and sustainable development." On February 16, 2023, Russian Special Envoy for Issues of Environmental Activities, Ecology and Transport Sergei Ivanov told TASS in relation to the US/NATO Nordstream terror attack, "They just pretend that nothing happened, that there were no explosions, and that they had nothing to do with it together with the Norwegians, leading to the conclusion that not only the collective West's word cannot be trusted in general, but also its written commitments.”[28]

On February 21, 2023, Joe Biden returned to the scene of the Obama administration's crime 9 years earlier in Kyiv with Maidan putsch. Biden had to ask Russia first for permission to travel to Kyiv.[29]

In a two-hour telephone conversation in late February 2023, Biden attempted to cajole President Xi Jinping to help end the war that the United States instigated by sanctioning Russia. New York Times diplomatic correspondent Edward Wong reported, "Xi didn't suggest a role China could play in ending the war…And he used a favorite phrase of his to cast blame on the US: 'Let he who tied the bell on the tiger’s neck take it off.”[30]

When President Xi finally accepted Zelensky's phone call in April 2023 which Zelensky had been asking for since earlier in the year, the Chinese used a Russian translator. Russian is Zelensky's first language, by varying accounts, Zelensky's Ukrainian is not that good. It is not known if the Chinese government even has any Ukrainian translators on staff. The so-called "Ukrainian language" is really a regional dialect of Russian. Xi told Zelensky that China is standing by to assist in a peace process. However that peace process must take into consideration the security interests of all European parties. Afterward, China is ready to assist in reconstruction of Ukraine and to build a mutually beneficial relationship. Many analysts understand this to mean Ukraine must throw the United States and NATO out of Ukraine to find a negotiated solution with Russia.

On May 16, 2023 Tass reported Russian envoy Ambassador Gennady Gatilov to the United Nations headquarters in Geneva saying:

"The threat to Russia's security from the military development of Ukraine's territory was real and acute and similar to what the United States itself experienced during the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis...In deciding on a special military operation Russia took into account many security factors...In this regard, the Kiev regime's agreement in principle to the accelerated strategic development of Ukrainian territory by the NATO nuclear alliance hostile to Russia as well as our country's two nuclear adversaries - the United States and Britain...These countries have been pursuing an openly anti-Russian policy long before the current events in Ukraine...In this context, it is worth recalling London's construction of a naval base in the Ukrainian port city of Ochakov, NATO's anti-Russian exercise Sea Breeze in the summer of 2021, which ended with the reckless behavior of a British ship that came under fire from the Russian armed forces and was forced to retreat...Furthermore, in September 2020, the US Air Force used the airspace over Ukrainian territory for familiarization flights by heavy US B-52 nuclear-capable strategic bombers”.[31]

On May 26, 2023 Foreign Minister Lavrov said on a Kremlin Telegram channel,

"For now, Washington is egging its European satellites on to antagonize the Russian Federation, thinking they can get away with anything...The United States is sorely mistaken in entertaining the deluded belief that its self-preservation in any World War III scenario would be ensured by the Atlantic Ocean serving as a buffer zone”.[32]

Coinciding with the 2023 NATO Vilnius summit in July, Rheinmetall, the 135-year-old German arms manufacturing company, disclosed that it is opening an armored vehicle plant in western Ukraine in the next 3 months. The plant is located near Chornotysiv in Transcarpathia. German Fuchs armored personnel carriers will be built and repaired while there are plans afoot to manufacture ammunition and possibly even air defense systems and tanks.

Permanent Representative Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya to the United Nations notified the United Nations Security Council on April 11, 2024 saying:[33]

"This is how it will go down in history: an inhuman and misanthropic regime of terrorists and Nazis who betrayed the interests of their people and sacrificed them for Western money and handouts for Zelensky and his inner circle...Under these conditions, the attempts of the head of the Kiev regime to promote his "formulas" and convene "summits" cause nothing but bewilderment...Soon enough, the only topic for any international meetings on Ukraine will be the unconditional surrender of the Kiev regime...My advice is that everyone should prepare for this in advance".

Speaking in Hanoi in June 2024 President Putin said the West is likely to keep Zelensky in place until after the US November 2024 presidential election to use as a scapegoat after pushing through all the necessary "unpopular decisions." "The West simply doesn't want to replace him right now, the time has not come yet. I've already said it, but I think it's obvious to anyone," the Russian president said at a press conference. "They will pin all unpopular decisions on him, including lowering the military draft age, and that's it, then he will be replaced. I believe it will be sometime in the first half of next year," he added.

Russian foreign intelligence service (SVR) earlier claimed Zelensky will be scapegoated for the country's inevitable military defeat. "It is becoming increasingly evident that the White House will soon shut down 'Project Zelensky'," the SVR stated, noting that retired General Valery Zaluzhny is a likely candidate to replace him.[34]

US and NATO reject proposed peace treaties

In early December 2021 it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine deployed 125,000 troops, half of its forces, against the predominantly Russian speaking Donbas region of Eastern Ukraine.[35] Previously, on October 19, 2021, The Jerusalem Post reported that Canada, the US, France, the UK and other Western countries helped train neo-Nazi extremists in Ukraine.[36] Military analyst Boris Rozhin predicted an escalation of the conflict by the Kyiv regime and their NATO consultants with a full-scale provocation in Donbas. Using the 1995 model employed in Serbia called Operation Storm,[37] The Ukrainian authorities intend to repeat the “Serbian scenario” in the territory of Donbas in order to expel citizens of the Donetsk and Luhansk republics from their homeland at gunpoint and take control of the region.[38] More than 600,000 Russian citizens reside in Donbas.[39]

In the run up to the wider war, both the United States and NATO rejected, without consideration, two formal diplomatic proposals by the Russian Federation for peace treaties between the Russian Federation, United States and NATO to avoid war.[40][41][42] The treaty proposals would require NATO to pledge not granting Ukraine and the Republic of Georgia NATO membership; U.S. missiles in Poland and Romania to be removed; and NATO deployments to Eastern Europe reversed. The text read in part:

The Parties shall refrain from deploying their armed forces and armaments, including in the framework of international organizations, military alliances or coalitions, in the areas where such deployment could be perceived by the other Party as a threat to its national security, with the exception of such deployment within the national territories of the Parties.

The Parties shall refrain from flying heavy bombers equipped for nuclear or non-nuclear armaments or deploying surface warships of any type, including in the framework of international organizations, military alliances or coalitions, in the areas outside national airspace and national territorial waters respectively, from where they can attack targets in the territory of the other Party.

The Parties shall maintain dialogue and cooperate to improve mechanisms to prevent dangerous military activities on and over the high seas, including agreeing on the maximum approach distance between warships and aircraft.

Article 6

The Parties shall undertake not to deploy ground-launched intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles outside their national territories, as well as in the areas of their national territories, from which such weapons can attack targets in the national territory of the other Party.

Article 7

The Parties shall refrain from deploying nuclear weapons outside their national territories and return such weapons already deployed outside their national territories at the time of the entry into force of the Treaty to their national territories. The Parties shall eliminate all existing infrastructure for deployment of nuclear weapons outside their national territories.

The Parties shall not train military and civilian personnel from non-nuclear countries to use nuclear weapons. The Parties shall not conduct exercises or training for general-purpose forces, that include scenarios involving the use of nuclear weapons.

The U.S. and NATO rejected the draft treaties out of hand and acted aggressively by sending more NATO forces to Eastern Europe, and continued to heavily arm Ukraine.[43] NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg admitted "the war didn’t start in 2022…The war started in 2014,"[44] and NATO enlargement had provoked the war:

"The background was that President Putin declared in the autumn of 2021, and actually sent a draft treaty that they wanted NATO to sign, to promise no more NATO enlargement. That was what he sent us. And was a pre-condition for not invade Ukraine. Of course we didn’t sign that.

The opposite happened. He wanted us to sign that promise, never to enlarge NATO. He wanted us to remove our military infrastructure in all Allies that have joined NATO since 1997, meaning half of NATO, all the Central and Eastern Europe, we should remove NATO from that part of our Alliance, introducing some kind of B, or second class membership. We rejected that.

So he went to war to prevent NATO, more NATO, close to his borders."[45]

China and Russia forge no limits partnership

The two nuclear armed superpowers, Russia and China, forged a "no limits partnership" on the opening day of the Beijing Winter Olympics in February 2022 to confront the Western powers flooding weapons into Ukraine and Taiwan, shortly after which President Putin launched the Special De-Nazification Operation (SMO) to liberate Ukraine from neo-liberal globalist-fascist control.[46]

US & UK sabotage peace negotiations

Zelesnky and BoJo. Boris Johnson sabotaged peace efforts between Russia and Ukraine in April 2022. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian solders died needlessly in the following months.

Ukrainska Pravda reported in May 2022 on UK prime minister Boris Johnson's unannounced surprise visit to Kyiv shortly after Russia and Ukraine had reached a peace settlement in their talks in Istanbul. The Russians had agreed to withdraw to the pre-February 2022 borders and Zelensky would implement the Minsk Accords. Ukrainska Pravda reported in essence what Johnson told Zelensky according to sources close to the Ukrainian dictator:

"if Ukraine is ready to sign some agreements on guarantees with Putin, they [the UK and US] are not. Johnson’s position was that the collective West, which back in February had suggested Zelenskyy should surrender and flee, now felt that Putin was not really as powerful as they had previously imagined, and that here was a chance to "press him."[47]

Only a month after Russia was forced by innumerable actions by the West to achieve the aims of protecting the Russian-speaking people of the Donbass region and the Russian Federation itself from a malevolent Ukrainian regime becoming a NATO state on its border, Russia initiated peace negotiations. These bore fruit in March 2022 when significant progress was announced from Istanbul where the talks between the two sides were being held. Russia removed its troops from around the capital Kiev, sent there with the goal, not of conquest, but of bringing the Kiev regime to its senses and to negotiate a peaceful outcome. This avenue toward a peaceful resolution of all areas of concern was swiftly blocked via a visit to Kiev by then British prime minister Boris Johnson. This one act condemned upwards of half a million Ukrainians to their deaths and the potential destruction of Ukraine as a viable state.[48]

While fighting against "separatists" in Donbas, Zelensky called for war to protect "separatists" in Taiwan when he addressed the Shangri-La Dialogue summit in Singapore on June 11, 2022.[49]

On August 3, 2022, Sen. Lindsey Graham announced that he was pleased with Ukrainian's willingness to "fight to the last person" as U.S. proxies.[50]

On August 19, 2022 Zerohedge reported:

"The western world is about to stop waging some bizarro war against Vladimir Putin that has sparked loathed energy hyperinflation across most of Europe, and is about to embrace the Russian leader, behind closed doors of course, even if it means a terribly vexxed Zelenskyy and US deep state.

Why? Because "pariah" Vladimir Putin is about to re-emerge on the G20 scene again, this time courtesy of Indonesian President Joko Widodo, who today said that both Putin and China's president Xi both plan to attend the G20 summit in the resort island of Bali later this year.

Xi Jinping will come. President Putin has also told me he will come,” Jokowi, as the president is known, said in an interview with Bloomberg News Editor-in-Chief John Micklethwait on Thursday. It was the first time the leader of the world’s fourth-most populous nation confirmed both of them were planning to show up at the November summit, according to Bloomberg.

Needless to say, the presence of Xi and Putin at the meeting will set up a showdown with the deep state handlers who control Joe Biden's teleprompter and other, less senile "western" leaders, all of whom are set to meet in person for the first time since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The attack has left the G-20 divided over whether to place sanctions on Russia, because while a handful of G-20 countries are relatively self reliant, most are desperate for Russia's commodity exports, whose lack has sent European energy prices to... well, just look for yourselves.

Putin and Jokowi discussed preparations for the G-20 summit in Bali in a phone call Thursday, the Kremlin said in a statement that didn’t mention whether the Russian leader will attend. Putin’s attendance will also likely bring him face to face with Volodymyr Zelenskiy for the first time since Russia’s invasion because for some odd reason the Ukrainian president - who also doubles as a Vogue model - is also slated to be in Bali."[51]

Why Ukraine would be invited to attend a G20 Summit is a mystery to many people; Ukraine is nowhere near in size to a G20 economy. Prior to Ukraine's economy shrinking by an estimated 50% as a result of the war, it ranked No. 125 in size of 195. Ultimately President Putin did not attend. Spoiler alert: It was during the G20 meeting in November, when most all of the G20 heads of government were gathered together, that Ukraine launched its false flag missile attack on Poland in hopes of sparking World War III.

On August 23, 2022, Zelensky told Donetsk President Denis Pushilin that if denazification trials of Azov Battalion war criminals went forward, there would be no ceasefire negotiations.

In addition to the Zelensky regime's sheeling of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant and nuclear blackmail, the murder of Russian journalist and political scientist Darya Dugina in a Moscow car bombing was discussed during an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council on August 24, 2022. Russian investigators established the killing as an act of terrorism by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). Ukrainian Ambassador Petro Vrublevskyi told an interviewer on August 21 immediately after the bombing, "We are trying to kill as many of them [Russians] as possible. The more Russians we kill now, the fewer our children will have to kill," according to Yahoo News.[52]

On August 24, 2022, a U.S. sponsored UN General Assembly vote condemning Russia garnered only 58, less than 33%, of 195 member votes.

In Kyiv on September 10, 2022 Antony Blinken conveyed a message from Joe Biden to begin negotiations with Russia, according to Ukrainska Pravda.[53] Chris Donnelly is a co-founder of the Institute for Statecraft in 2009. He and his think-tank were later behind the sinister information warfare outfit the Integrity Initiative. Leaked internal memos showed that Donnelly was concerned that even Kyiv's staunchest backer, US President Joe Biden, feared an endless proxy war with Russia following recent statements from Washington sounding vague support for a negotiated peace. "This US position must be challenged, firmly and at once," Donelly wrote, calling Biden's warning that war with Russia could lead to "Armageddon" as "so unwise as to beggar belief." “I’m not sure what the opposite word to ‘deterrence’ is, but Biden is actively doing that, alas,” he added.[54]

On September 15, 2022 Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warned, "Should Washington decide to supply longer-range missiles to Kyiv, by doing so it will cross a red line and become a direct party to the conflict. Under such a scenario, we will be forced to respond appropriately."[55]

Escalating nuclear war rhetoric

On October 7, 2022, French President Emmanuel Macron blasted Joe Biden for escalating the nuclear war rhetoric.[56] Biden's comments were echoed by Vladimir Zelensky the following day with a call for a nuclear first strike by NATO on Russia. White House national security spokesman John Kirby waked back Biden's comments, saying they were not based on any specific new information. Kirby said Biden's "comments were not based on new or fresh intelligence or new indications that Mr. Putin has made a decision to use nuclear weapons."[57]

After visiting with NATO boss Stoltenberg, Ukrainian Defense Minister Alexey Reznikov wrote on Twitter that the long-standing cooperation between Ukraine and NATO makes it possible to say that the country has de facto become a member of the North Atlantic alliance.[58][59]

After French President Emmanuel Macron, a NATO ally, pledged not to use nuclear weapons in a confrontation with Russia, UK Defense Minister Ben Wallace, a NATO ally, publicly scolded Macron for revealing his hand.[60]

On October 13, 2022, Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference:

"We sat at the negotiating table with the Ukrainian delegation until the end of March [2022], when an approach to a settlement on the principles suggested by the Ukrainians at the time had been harmonised in Istanbul. These principles suited us for that moment but the talks were stopped by direct order from Washington and London.

This conflict is overrun with Anglo-Saxons that fully control the Vladimir Zelensky regime. The Poles and people from the Baltics are trying to fit in on their team.

Since then the Ukrainian President has said many times that he is not going to hold talks with the Russian Federation under President Vladimir Putin. Recently, he codified this ban in law. We have never sought negotiations. The Istanbul round completed the process started at Ukraine’s request. Russia positively reacted to the proposal to enter a dialogue, but its initiators cut it off with a shout from overseas or London.

We are hearing statements by White House representative John Kirby, my colleague Antony Blinken and other members of the US administration. They are saying that they are completely open to talks with the Russian Federation, that they favor a political settlement of the current situation in Ukraine but Russia (the “troublemaker”) is rejecting proposals to establish contact. I can say straight away that this is a lie. We have not received any serious proposals to establish any such contact. There were some attempts that were not very serious, but we didn’t reject them, either. Instead, we suggested that they formulate specific proposals. Some people made them to us by proxy but in this case, we didn’t receive any clear explanations from anyone, either. No need to lie. We were taught in a kindergarten then lying is bad. Apparently, American kindergartens are not so advanced as they were in the Soviet Union and are now in Russia."

In a move to further escalate the conflict, EU foreign ministers assented to start a military training program for 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers at a meeting in Luxembourg on October 14, 2022. In addition to training, it was also promised to create a fund valued at 500 million euros to finance European aid to Ukraine.[61]

On October 24, 2022, President Emmanuel Macron of France, asked the Roman Pontiff Pope Francis to call President Putin, Joe Biden, and Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill to “promote the peace process” in Ukraine.[62]

On October 29, 2022, former Russian President Dmitri Medvedev offered the Kyiv regime electricity in exchange for territorial concessions and recognition of Russia's new territorial boundaries.[63]

Multipolarity

On October 27, 2022, China, Russia, and the United States all reaffirmed their approach to international relations on the same day. Chinese President Xi Jinping said to the National Committee on US-China Relations that “China stands ready to work with the United States to find the right way to get along with each other in the new era on the basis of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation.” This was followed by Russian President Vladimir Putin giving a keynote speech at the Valdai Club conference, answering questions afterwards and declaring, “In current circumstances of brutal conflict - I will say some things straight - Russia, being an independent, self-sufficient civilization, has never considered and does not consider itself an enemy of the West.” Later that same day, Jake Sullivan released the National Defense Strategy (NDS) which placed both China and Russia in the U.S. declining unipolar hegemon's military crosshairs.[64]

Sino-Russian Entente

NATO's war in Ukraine brought Moscow and Beijing closer together for the first time since the days of Mao and Stalin.[65] Biden and those who come after him are unlikely to be able to make a division, as Nixon did in 1972.[66][67] China and Russia are linked by a common understanding of the threat to their sovereignty from US unipolar hegemony.[68][69]

Russia warns the UK government

On November 3, 2022, Russia summoned the British Ambassador to Moscow, Deborah Bronnert, over claims that the UK provided training to Ukrainian forces that attacked Russia's Black Sea Fleet in Crimea. The Russian Foreign Ministry presented the diplomat with a “steadfast protest” and warned her that London’s hostile actions “could lead to unpredictable and dangerous consequences,” according to a statement published on the ministry's website. “If acts of aggression that risk turning [Britain] into a direct party in the conflict continue, the British side will solely bear the responsibility for their negative consequences and the increase in tensions between our countries,” the ministry said.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Ukrainian Navy conducted dives and a target detonation exercise in the Black Sea and on the shore near the cities of Odessa, Nikolaev, as well as Ochakov with the help of British experts. The Ambassador received a vehement complaint over the British military specialists' active involvement in training and supplying the units of the Ukrainian special operations forces, especially with the intention of carrying out acts of sabotage at sea. The demarche highlighted how such aggressive behavior by the British raises the possibility of an escalation and might have unforeseen and catastrophic results.

According to the ministry, “An agreement was reached in September 2020 between London and Kyiv to expand the British instructors’ training programme for Ukrainian military divers.” Further, it stated that the Naval Training Initiative for the Ukrainian Navy, which includes combat swimmer training programs, was put into action by the parties in late 2020.

Ministry underlined that the Joint Multinational Training Group - Ukraine initiative significantly strengthens naval cooperation between the United Kingdom and Ukraine. This work is done at a different Ataman Golovaty Special Operations Center "South" of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces in the city of Ochakov, Nikolayev region, and it contains training underwater special operations personnel for carrying out operations in the Black Sea and Azov Sea.

Special operations divers are being trained in a military diving school in Odessa, which is a part of the 198th training facility for the Ukrainian Navy, Military Unit A3163, Nikolayev. This training includes deep-sea subversive techniques, among other things. The minesweeper personnel that was sent to Ukraine were taught by the British in the months of August 2022 and September, the ministry reported.[70]

US efforts to save face

The van noted, "the esteem, power and global standing of those who have spent so long creating this war will also fall; a decades-long Western project gone wrong will see the West going wrong for decades to come."[71]

In Kyiv on September 10, 2022 Antony Blinken conveyed a message from Joe Biden to begin negotiations with Russia, according to Ukrainska Pravda.[72]

On November 14, 2022, Ukrainian sources leaked a story claiming that Biden regime CIA director William Burns and Russian FSB head Sergey Naryshkin allegedly were meeting privately in Ankara, Turkiye.[73] TASS reported that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed the reports, saying “Such negotiations really took place. It was the initiative of the American side.”

On November 17, 2022, U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley urged the Zelensky regime to negotiate a peace settlement with Russia, saying the probabilities of a Ukrainian victory is "unlikely".[74]

On November 20, 2022, Tass quoted Russian national security council deputy chair Dmitry Medvedev saying, “The United States, NATO and the European Union are unwilling to eventually break up with Russia, which is fraught with World War III...Hence the increasingly frequent attempts to circumscribe and talk sense into Kiev, and to push it out to enter into negotiations...Nevertheless, Zelensky does not want any negotiations for quite obvious selfish reasons...Moreover, negotiations are very dangerous for him...After all, unless he acknowledges the realities of Ukraine’s break-up, it makes no sense to sit down at the negotiating table...Once he admits it, he will be bumped off by his own nationalists who are connected with the army top brass, and of whom he is scared out of his wits”.[75]

Red lines crossed

Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative Dmitry Polyansky to the United Nations stated on December 24, 2023, “A hybrid war is being waged against our country...Reflections about red lines are now in the past...The United States has unequivocally declared its intention to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia...It is impossible not to notice this reality.”[76]

Putin scheduled a big State of the Nation address on February 21, 2023, which fell precisely on the anniversary of his pivotal February 21, 2022 speech where he first announced the recognition of LPR/DPR's independence, leading the way to the big February 24, 2022 speech which announced the actual full military launch of the SMO invasion.

Conversely, Biden flew into Poland on February 20, 2023, and on to Kiev by rail to meet Zelensky, and Biden & Zelensky made a joint address on February 21. The timing was climactic and intriguing. Biden being literally right next door on the day of a massive offensive launch seemed pre-calculated for escalation.

Withdrawal from START

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov gave an extended interview to Izvestia that was published on February 28, 2023.[77] The main points regarding START Peskov stressed were:[78]

  • Russia won't return to the new START treaty under present conditions, namely the US-led NATO ending its proxy war on Russia through Ukraine as well as the bloc's nuclear-armed British and French members joining this arms control pact, too.
  • Moscow demands that NATO's nuclear-armed British and French members join the New START because the bloc is in a de facto state of war with Russia as a result of its direct participation in the Ukrainian conflict by arming Kiev, which can no longer be denied.
  • The West refused to negotiate with Russia prior to its Special Operation. Russia put forth security guarantee requests in the run-up to what would ultimately become its special operation in order to peacefully resolve its security dilemma with the West, but the latter refused to seriously negotiate and thus left Moscow no choice but to act.
  • Macron hasn't yet called Putin despite publicly saying on five or six occasions that he would, though Peskov preemptively ruled out the possibility of him mediating even if he already does since his country isn't neutral in this conflict.

Jeddah 'peace' summit

Investigative reporter Seymour Hersh reported in the summer of 2023 that Biden junta national security advisor Jake "the Snake" Sullivan took an American delegation to the 'second international peace summit' in August at Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The summit was led by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) who four years earlier was accused of ordering the assassination and dismemberment of journalist Jamal Khashoggi for the Washington Post at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, for perceived disloyalty to the state.

The summit stars included MBS, Sullivan, and Volodymyr Zelensky. Russia was not invited to the summit. It included a handful of heads of state from the fewer than fifty nations that sent delegates. Reuters reported that Zelensky’s goal was to get international support for “the principles” that he will consider as a basis for the settlement of the war, including “the withdrawal of all Russian troops and the return of all Ukrainian territory.” Russia’s formal response came from Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Ryabkov who called the summit “a reflection of the West’s attempt to continue futile, doomed efforts” to mobilize the Global South behind Zelensky. India and China both sent delegations to the session. An American intelligence official told Hersh,

“Jeddah was Sullivan’s baby. He planned it to be Biden’s equivalent of [President Woodrow] Wilson’s Versailles. The grand alliance of the free world meeting in a victory celebration after the humiliating defeat of the hated foe to determine the shape of nations for the next generation. Fame and Glory. Promotion and re-election. The jewel in the crown was to be Zelensky’s achievement of Putin’s unconditional surrender after the lightning spring offensive. They were even planning a Nuremberg type trial at the world court, with Jake as our representative. Just one more f***-up, but who is counting? Forty nations showed up, all but six looking for free food after the Odessa shutdown,”

referring to President Putin’s curtailment of Ukrainian wheat shipments in response to Zelensky’s renewed attacks on the Crimean bridge linking Crimea to the Russian mainland.[79]

Russia de-ratifies Nuclear Test Ban Treaty

On October 19, 2023 The Biden regime conducted a nuclear test in Nevada.[80] A Kremlin statement on October 24, 2023 stated that Russia has successfully tested its ability to launch a massive nuclear retaliation strike by land, sea, and air. This show of power coincided with the Russian State Duma withdrawing its ratification of a historic nuclear test ban treaty. The United States, while signing the treaty, never ratified it.[81]

Deputy foreign minister Sergey Ryabkov said Russia was not ready to begin nuclear talks with the United States until Washington abandons its hostile stance. The development comes days after Russia was attacked by the long range ATACMS missiles delivered to Ukraine by the United States.

After passing unanimously in the Lower House, the bill to de-ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CBTB) was approved by the Upper House by 156 votes to zero. The approved legislation was sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin for his signature.

US-Russia diplomatic relations

On November 10, 2023 Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov was quoted in TASS saying: “We are indeed going through an acute crisis in relations, the likes of which we have never seen before...We need to carefully calibrate and verify the steps we are taking to prevent further escalation...That is why, if we look at Washington’s current behavior model from this perspective, I don’t rule out anything at all...The level of diplomatic ties may be lowered; and the severance of diplomatic relations is also possible”, then he warned the Russian peoples: “The Americans are increasingly engaging in provocations against our citizens....We all need to be on alert, keep in contact with our embassies and consular offices, and expect any hostile action or provocation, including arrests...I would like to caution all our citizens not to undertake such ill-advised travel”.[82]

Debt trap diplomacy: Reconstruction

Chicago oligarch and longtime Democrat operative now serving as the Biden regime Special Representative for Ukraine’s Recovery, Penny Pritzker, suggested that Zelensky regime officials imagine how the country could survive economically without US aid during her first visit to Ukraine. Ukrainska Pravda stated that her first visit to Ukraine had left “a rather disturbing aftertaste in many government offices”. One of the sources said that she tried to “lead [them] to the idea” of how Ukraine could survive economically without American aid." Quote from the source: “At the meetings, Penny tried to get people to think, like, let’s imagine that there is no American aid: what do you need to do over the next year to make sure that your economy can survive even in this situation? And it really stressed everyone out.”[83]

Russian and French defense ministers, April 3, 2024

The Russian Ministry of Defense provided a read out on a phone conversation between the Russian and French defense ministers: “On 3 April 2024, a phone conversation between Russian Defense Ministry Army General Sergei Shoigu and French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu took place at the urgent request of the French side...The French defense minister expressed condolences over terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall on 22 March 2024...Lecornu made persistent attempts to convince Shoigu that Ukraine and the West were not involved in the attack, and blamed it solely on the Islamic State terrorist organization...Sergei Shoigu emphasized that the investigation launched in connection with the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall will certainly be brought to the end, and all those responsible will be punished...There is information about the Ukrainian trace in the organization of the attack...The Kiev regime does nothing without the approval of its Western supervisors...We are counting on the fact that in this case the French security services are not involved in it,’ the Russian Defence Minister said.

Commenting on the Elysee Palace's statements about sending a French contingent to Ukraine, Sergei Shoigu pointed out that if they were implemented, it would create problems for France itself.

The sides expressed their readiness for dialogue on Ukraine. The starting points could be based on the Istanbul peace initiative. Without Russia's participation, it would be pointless to hold a meeting in Geneva.

Putin and Xi joint statement Beijing May 16, 2024

On May 16, 2024 Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin and Chinese Communist Party General Secretary Xi Jinping issued a joint statement in Beijing.[84][85] It was President Putin's first official foreign visit since his re-inauguration on May 7 for a 5th term. The two governments agreed to "take the acknowledgement of cultural and civilizational diversity” as the basis for “furthering dialogue, cooperation and experience exchange.” The two countries also vowed to “counter the politicization of culture, attempts at ‘cancelling the culture’ of certain countries and peoples." Alastair Crooke says the joint statement portrays their relationship as “superior to political and military alliances of the Cold War era. Friendship between the two States has no limits, there are no ‘forbidden’ areas of cooperation … ”

Crooke says the joint statement evokes the "very elemental laws of nature itself in sketching the West's usurpation of the fundamental principles of humanity, reality, and order – a critique which maddens the collective West." Crooke says the joint statement is not just a detailed framework of a BRICS future. Russia and China have put forward a dynamic vision of concrete principles as pillars for a new society in the post-Western future.[86]

By playing straight into the primordial sources of meaning that are deeper than individual preference – faith, family, soil and flag – Russia and China have picked up the pieces and born-up the mantle of the Non-Aligned Movement through promoting the right of national self-determination and an end to centuries old systems of exploitation.

The following day Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin stated, "The United States, with its Cold War-era mentality, bears an irremediable responsibility for the emergence and escalation of the Ukrainian crisis".[87]

Burgenstock, Switzerland "peace talks" June 15-16, 2024

Alleged "peace talks", without Russia present, were arranged by the Blinken State Dept in Switzerland for June 15-16, 2024. Russian Security Council deputy chair Dmitry Medvedev characterized the events:

The “summit of the doomed” that starts tomorrow will end in total failure. Because senseless “negotiations” with Russia absent, according to the stillborn formula by the Kiev clown are nothing but recruiting new extras for an idiotic piece of play to legalize the Kiev buffoon as the full-scale head of state. But all, even our pathetic opponents, understand that he is nothing but a miserable usurper shaking with fear and drug abstinence. The systemic interpretation of the Ukrainian constitution given by Vladimir Putin leads to a very simple conclusion: it is impossible to extend the powers of the president, they go to the head of parliament.

And the fifth. By now Zelensky is a nobody. He has no real authority, and his orders are not supposed to be followed by anyone. And the officials he appointed after his powers had expired have no right to make any decisions whatsoever. These persons are illegitimate, and their decisions are illegal. Therefore, any Ukrainian soldier commits a felony by following the illegal orders issued by officials appointed by illegitimate authorities. And that is how an usurper, who seized power in the country, took the entire population of Ukraine hostage. And he keeps sending soldiers forth to die day in, day out, while having no right to do so. He will either face trial or be torn apart by a mob, and the f. Ukraine will have to surrender. P.S. The narcoclown has already rejected Putin's plan. Don't be offended - to them.[88]

Upon the "fairytale" summits' failure,[89] Medvedev observed:

The Swiss event is pure surrealism and none of the participants in the peace forum know what they are doing there and what their role is...The Swiss shepherd boys invited only trustworthy animals, including a crazy puny swine and his sidekick,[90] as well as a flock of slow-witted Western Alpine sheep blithely bleating about peace, as well as a pack of European chained dogs to guard the livestock...The dogs are barking and spitting poisonous saliva to maintain order, which is warranted since the sheep often bleat out of place and confuse the memorized statements...The flock is led by an elderly, weak-minded owner suffering from progressive dementia, so instead of sending Biden, the United States sent soft-headed deputy Vice President Kamala Harris, who said a phrase learned by heart and quickly went home...To sum it up, the grazing of cattle in the Alps is just a sad pile of poop that is burning up taxpayers money.
