Sudan color revolution
The junta is in a panic over Russian grain ships docking in Sudan, so it sent $255 million and weapons through USAID, the Open Society Foundations, and the National Endowment for Democracy to its puppets to overthrow the legitimate government. The violence has stranded 4,000 Americans, who the Biden State Department refuses to help.
Now, for $255 million the State Department can't hire a charter plane to fly out the Americans, if the Pentagon refuses to help?
You are witnessing illegal US meddling in the internal affairs of a sovereign country in violation of international law and the UN Charter before all the bogus propaganda and boogeyman manufacturing occurs. Something to keep in mind. RobSGive Peace a chance 13:17, April 27, 2023 (EDT)

- When two sources disagree on a particular point, the historian will prefer the source with most "authority"—that is the source created by the expert or by the eyewitness.
- If two independently created sources agree on a matter, the reliability of each is measurably enhanced.
- When two sources disagree and there is no other means of evaluation, then historians take the source which seems to accord best with common sense.
So, there's no disagreement here. All sources say Anton Gerashchenko, whom Nishant cites as credible, is a Nazi killer. Even RFE & the DFL can be considered "leftist", which I personally would consider more authoritive, but Wikipedia for some reason (probably to please its leftist audience) used the Daily Beast. Manchin third party bid, the Democrats' new worst nightmare
Absolutely awesome. With the slate of formidable Republicans challenging Manchin, there's all the more motivation for him to forsake Senate reelection and launch a presidential bid. This needs to be mentioned on MPR. —LT (Matthew 26:52) Tuesday, 11:08, May 2, 2023 (EDT)
- Yah this is an interesting story. Personally, I think it's somewhat unlikely, but OTOH, it warrants some coverage and speculation. I just don't like posting speculative pieces on MPR without some solid background - like a reaction from Manchin or hint from Manchin that he's thinking about it.
- Manchin's main problem is it would be the end of his Senate career. Even Bernie had enough brains not to go the 3rd party route. Unless somebody is promising Manchin a several million-dollar-a-year job to help elect Trump or DeSantis, he has no reason to destroy his future in the US Senate.
- What's most revealing about this story is, DNC insiders are basically admitting that they lost control over a large voting bloc of formerly loyal Democrats within the Democrat party. RobSGive Peace a chance 17:38, May 2, 2023 (EDT)
- Alternatively, he could run as a Democrat in the primaries. RFK could pull away liberals, Blacks, climate activists, and Bernie supporters, and Manchin garner Democrat redneck conservatives (the so-called "Bubba vote") nationwide. Either one of them could hand Biden's head back to himself on a platter. RobSGive Peace a chance 17:53, May 2, 2023 (EDT)
- But what are Manchin's actual chances of Senate reelection? Would his moderate, old-school Southern populist-esque credentials actually make sufficient inroads among the rural bloc as it did in 2018? —
LT(Matthew 26:52) Tuesday, 19:22, May 2, 2023 (EDT)- First off, I doubt Trump or RNC donors would bribe Manchin to help elect Trump, so that leaves DeSantis' globalists donors who wouldn't care if Biden got re-elected and would only do it if RFK Jr were the nominee; secondly, don't underestimate Manchin's political skills at reading the WV electorate. This looks more like to me the Democrat national party (DSCC) not wanting to fund Manchin's Senate campaign, leaving him to fund raise exclusively from WV donors and face out-of-state Republican money. So they may be looking for another Democrat for a primary challenge.
- What they are admitting to is twofold: (1) a loss of WV redneck conservatives, possibly a Senate seat, and however many electoral votes WV has; and (2) a weakness among Democrat redneck conservatives nationwide. I don't know the solution, it's their problem.
- Manchin's a realist; why would he be sacrificial lamb in a losing cause? RobSGive Peace a chance 10:09, May 3, 2023 (EDT)
- OK, here it is. Breitbart reports: Joe Manchin Indicates Possibly Leaving Democrat Party Before 2024. It probably cause the DSCC cut him off. A 3rd party bid is still too speculative, and at this point, only DNC talking points. His "laser focused" comment he stole from Bill Clinton, who won the "Bubba vote".
- West Virginia voters aren't afraid to be ticket splitters, although there are probably more hard noses in the Democrat party. This dust up is more about campaign finance than ideology. He's looking for new donors.
- Now, in the case of Sinema of Arizona - she quit the party, and will have an uphill battle against two entrenched party establishments. I just don't see Manchen doing the same. He's less idealistic, more practical, and more experienced. RobSGive Peace a chance 15:25, May 3, 2023 (EDT)

Ukraine Updates: Wagner to leave Bakhmut on May 10:
From: https://www.dw.com/en/ukraine-updates-wagner-to-leave-bakhmut-on-may-10/a-65525236
"Ukraine updates: Wagner 'to leave' Bakhmut on May 10: Wagner chief Prigozhin said the group's forces will transfer their positions in the city to Russia's regular forces. Meanwhile, Lavrov described the alleged Kremlin drone incident as a "hostile act." DW has the latest.
Russia's Wagner paramilitary, which has been at the forefront of the monthslong battle to capture Bakhmut, announced it shall withdraw from the region on May 10.
Wagner founder Yevgeny Prigozhin said in a statement on Friday that the lack of ammunition was the reason for the withdrawal. He blamed Russia's defense ministry.
"I'm pulling Wagner units out of Bakhmut because in the absence of ammunition they're doomed to perish senselessly," the group's chief said.
Wagner's positions in Bakhmut will be transferred to Russia's regular forces, Prigozhin said.
Prigozhin published on Friday a video of himself standing among dozens of bloodied corpses, where he blamed Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu for the losses Wagner has suffered in Ukraine.
He addressed Shoigu, telling him Wagner had a "70% shortage of ammunition" and asking where the ammunition was. Prigozhin said that the group's losses would be five times smaller if adequate supplies were available.
"These are Wagner lads who died today. The blood is still fresh," Prigozhin said, pointing to the corpses around him. "They came here as volunteers and they're dying so you can get fat in your offices." NishantXavierFor Christ the King 20:54, May 5, 2023 (EDT)

- Rusia has not lost 200,000 soldiers. At most 20,000 from the Russian Federation, probably 24,000 if you count the Wagner group, Donetsk and Lugansk militias.
- By contrast, it is almost indisputable at this point that Ukraine has 150,000 killed in action. Using a long-established formula, multiply that figure by 3 to get casualties who will never return to the battlefield (that figure also may include civilian casualties with permanent injuries).
- You are still using long-discredited Ukrainian military sources, which is a mixture of Ukrainian and CIA/NATO propaganda. When someone shouts in your face, "I am lying. You cannot trust me," why do you continue believing them? RobSGive Peace a chance 23:35, May 5, 2023 (EDT)

Translation: the Angelo-American sources (BBC & CIA) are trying to walk away from Kyiv's lies, now that the cat is out of the bag. RobSGive Peace a chance 01:10, May 6, 2023 (EDT)
- Here's an interesting piece of propaganda: the POW ratio usually works in tandem with the kill ratio. The Ukrainians have never held more than 800 Russian POWs at one time before a prisoner exchange is negotiated, but the Russians had 15,000 more Ukrainians than Ukraine held Russians months ago, and the number still grows daily. Typically, when Ukraine gets 300-350 Russian POWs, the Russian sides begins negotiating for their release. 7,000 prisoners were taken in Azovstal, of which about 2,400 will go through the de-nazification process or stand trial for war crimes. Now, you will recall how Zelensky Western MSM touting all these guys as heroes. So of the 4,500 non-Nazi prisoners, how come Zelensky hasn't added any of their names to prisoner exchange list? The Russians are not stupid - they know that if they are lying about this, it will b discovered sooner or later. My bet is you will soon be hearing about a few Azovstal prisoners returning home.
- And one more point, Ukraine officially has 73,000 MIA, at least that's what the families who haven't heard from their loved ones in months have been told. They are not on the POW list. They either deserted or were KIA'd (add that number to 150,000). Of course, you hear nothing in Western media about wives asking Zelensky where their husbands are or what happened to them. - The British have had a running dispute with Russia since 1854 and the Crimean War.
- Russia has only 3 outlets to the rest of the world - Murmansk (covered in ice most of the year), Vladivostak in the far east on the Pacific Ocean, and Sevastopol in the Crimea and Black Sea, which gives access to the Mediterranean and Africa. The UK and NATO want Sevastopol as a naval base for NATO. That's why they overthrew the democratically elected government of Ukraine in 2014. They weren't happy about Russia's intervention in the Syrian war in 2012 after the US withdrew from Iraq and NATO's efforts to overthrow the Syrian regime.
- The UK's dispute with Russia goes back more than 170 years, and by keeping Russia "landlocked", they were able to build the British Empire. Now, with their Polish and American allies in NATO, the UK is trying to reconstruct its glory days. RobSGive Peace a chance 23:44, May 5, 2023 (EDT)

More on sources
Let's examine the claim that Russia violated the 1994 Budapest protocol. I live in New Mexico. Less than 12 miles via how the crow flies is the Monzano Mountain Nuclear Storage facility, "the largest nuclear weapons storage dump in the free world", according to people I know who worked there. Neither the State of New Mexico, the governor of New Mexico, nor the people of New Mexico have any claim to nuclear weapons stored on our territory. So when you read reports citing US intelligence or State Department officials, keep in mind the Hunter Biden laptop, and what they said about that.
Secondly, Vladimir Putin was a guarantor of the people of Donbas's security under the Minsk Agreements, which the United Nations ratified. He had every right under international law to intervene when the Kyiv regime refused to implement the Accords, and amassed 120,000 troops on the Donbas border. - In analyzing propaganda, you need to pay attention to the repeated use of buzz words and phrases that are used in the absence of facts, like "Putin's failure", "Russian ineptitude", "corruption", etc. Propaganda will always rely on emotion, and be light on facts, or use distorted facts. - So where does Zelensky or the Ukrainian MOD get numbers like 200 or 308 aircraft "shot down" from? Do they just pull it out of a hat? Sometimes. But more than likely they received 200 or 308 reports of Russian aircraft being "shot at", not "shot down". Maybe someone even put a bullet through a helicopter or airplane wing that flew again. So while 200 or 308 might reflect the number of aerial engagements, you have to ask, "Why would Russia use up 30% of its fleet when it has the whole US, UK, and German airforces out there waiting to contend with? Are they that stupid or suicidal?" Hence the numbers of 200 or 308 actually reflect the level of threat Ukraine is incapable of defending against, but is turned around to produce a short-term propaganda headline, which becomes demoralizing in the long run when the truth becomes known by the public. The lies are self-defeating.
- Zelesniky and the Kyiv regime have counted on the NATO cavalry riding in to save them from day one. Head of the Wagner group airing dirty laundry reveals the weakness of Russian military leadership/organization, but Russia will probably still win this war and keep land gains because Russia has a bigger population, etc.
The head of the Wagner group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, publicly airing dirty laundry reveals the weakness of Russian military leadership/organization which is very corrupt. He doesn't understand that Putin will not tolerate this airing of dirty laundry and that he is up against the powerful military complex in Russia. The pressure of being in an intense war for months may have been a contributing factor for his bad decision.
But Russia has a much bigger population and lots of natural resources so they will probably keep most, if not all, of the land they conquered. Ukraine can kiss Crimea and much of Eastern Ukraine goodbye. Conservative (talk) 02:43, May 6, 2023 (EDT)

Prigozhin in his own words
Prigozhin is quite a colorful personality. Some might say a publicity hound. He can be very funny. In many ways he is lot like Zelensky, an entertainer wanting to dominate the spotlight. Meet the man:
- PRIGOZHIN HAS SPECIAL MESSAGE FOR EUROPE. Typical Prigozhin humor.
- PRIGOZHIN HAS MESSAGE FOR NAZI-LINSKY - SHOWS CAPTURED OLD AND SUPER YOUNG AFU. He's begging Zelensky to send him professional soldiers to fight - not the old men and kids with no training that the Russians do not want to kill.
- PRIGOZHIN (BOSS OF THE PMC WAGNER) ANNOUNCES HIS CANDIDACY FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2024.
- PRIGOZHIN SAYS AFU IS MUTINYING NEAR BAKHMUT.Again, begging Zelensky not to send anymore soldiers who do not want to fight into Bakhmut.
- PRIGOZHIN SAYS WAGNER WON'T TAKE PRISONERS ANYMORE BECAUSE AFU KILLED WOUNDED WAGNER SOLDIER. Standing up for his men, because the Wagner group is technically a mercenary group and not subject to the Geneva Convention. Prigozhin is telling NATO/Ukraine commanders to tell their subordinates that they need to respect Wagner fighters in the same way Wagner fighters have respected AFU POWs.
- Incidentally, the AFU soldier who mass murdered 13 unarmed Wagner fighters two months ago as reported by the New York Times, was identified and hunted down by the Russian forces and killed. Although international law allows the Russian military to execute captured foreign mercenaries on the spot, the Russians have not done so, preferring to kill them while still armed in combat. This has been the fate of about 3,000 Polish mercenaries fighting in Ukrainian uniform. That number is expected to rise to about 30,000 in coming months.
- PRIGOZHIN THREATENS SHOIGU. It's all publicity; Prigozhin already said he gets no joy out of killing untrained soldiers. So one way for Russia to reduce Ukrainian casualties in the Bakhmut meatgrinder (since Zelensky doesn't give a crap) is to cut Wagner group supplies of ammo.
- PRIGOZHIN SAYS UKRAINIAN OFFENSIVE ALREADY BEGUN (PROBABLY JUST FLAPPING HIS GUMS).
- RARE, LONG LOOK BEHIND THE SCENES OF RUSSIAN PMC MERC POWER PLAYS - PRIGOZHIN SPRINGS INTO ACTION.
- FIRED RUSSIAN GENERAL MIZINTSEV IS NOW WAGNER'S DEPUTY COMMANDER THE NEXT DAY. After Prigozhin got him fired as 3rd in Command of the SMO, he was made Prigozhin's deputy. An insight into how the Russian military works.
- Update: Mizintsev will take over command after Prigozhin takes a rest on May 10; Mizintsev was fired from his cushy job behind a desk and sent to the front. In America he'd get a transfer, promotion, and payraise after being exposed for corruption.
- SECRET MINES BENEATH SOLEDAR WITH HUGE STORES OF MUNITIONS - "CAN ARM 1 MILLION PEOPLE" - PRIGOZHIN.
- PRIGOZHIN ANNOUNCES HE IS WITHDRAWING WAGNER FROM BAKHMUT (WINK WINK).
- PRIGOZHIN LOSES IT! BIGGEST MELTDOWN YET: HE DIRECTLY CALLS SHOIGU & GERASIMOV B*TCHES!
- translated as, "to live in their redwood offices", is actually a biblical idiom:
- when the king [David] sat in his house, and the Lord had given him rest round about from all his enemies; That the king [David] said unto Nathan the prophet, See now, I dwell in an house of cedar, but the ark of God dwelleth within curtains.

Coronation of King Charles
"The presenting of the Holy Bible
The Right Reverend Dr Iain Greenshields, Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, receives the Bible from the Dean of Westminster and presents it to The King, saying
SIR, to keep you ever mindful of the law and the Gospel of God as the Rule for the whole life and government of Christian Princes, receive this Book, the most valuable thing that this world affords. Here is Wisdom; this is the royal Law; these are the lively Oracles of God.
The Oaths
The Moderator receives the Bible and places it before The King. The King stands and the Archbishop says
YOUR Majesty, the Church established by law, whose settlement you will swear to maintain, is committed to the true profession of the Gospel, and, in so doing, will seek to foster an environment in which people of all faiths and beliefs may live freely. The Coronation Oath has stood for centuries and is enshrined in law."

Mother Mary is Crowned in Heaven with 12 Stars as Queen of the 12 Apostles of the Church, and 12 Tribes of Israel.
See Rev 12. "12 A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head.5 She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.17 Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus." (Rev 12:1;5;17).
Then read the Jewish Book of Maccabees, where Onias and Jeremiah from Heaven pray for Judas Maccabeus and the People of Israel: "12 He told them that he had seen a vision of Onias, the former High Priest, that great and wonderful man of humble and gentle disposition, who was an outstanding orator and who had been taught from childhood how to live a virtuous life. With outstretched arms Onias was praying for the entire Jewish nation. 13 Judas then saw an impressive white-haired man of great dignity and authority. 14 Onias said:
This is God's prophet Jeremiah, who loves the Jewish people and offers many prayers for us and for Jerusalem, the holy city." (2 Macc 15:12-14).
Next, Rev 5 and 6: "Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the Saints." (Rev 5:8); "9 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. 10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed." (Rev 6:9-11).
These Martyred Souls/Saints are alive in Heaven and make requests, i.e. Pray to God. The Saints in Heaven are not "dead" but alive or living with God in Heaven, as Jesus Christ told the heretical Sadducees about Abraham and Isaac being living in Moses' time. God is the God of the Living, so the Saints in Heaven (such as Abraham and Isaac) are living. That's also why Elijah and Moses appeared to the Apostles, to show that they were Living, not dead. Next, if the saints are dead, then Jesus Christ has no one to reign over except "dead" souls. Is that not an absurdity? Pray and read more, brother LT. God Bless. NishantXavierFor Christ the King 22:21, May 7, 2023 (EDT)
- First of all, the Apocrypha, rejected by both Jews and Protestants, are not the inspired word of God due to contradictions, historical inaccuracies, and lack of referencing from the New Testament. Secondly, it's important to understand that while there are some individuals currently in Heaven, such as Enoch, Moses, and Elijah, the large majority sleep in the grave. See Psalm 13:3, 115:17, Ecclesiastes 9:5, 9:10, John 11:11–15, and Acts 7:60, along with the dozens more verses describing death as a sleep. Also, keep in mind that Revelation, just like the Gospel of John, is not written in accordance to chronology, but rather thematically. —
LT(Matthew 26:52) Monday, 00:01, May 8, 2023 (EDT)
- That's not correct. Firstly, even if only allegedly a few like Enoch, Moses and Elijah are in Heaven, then Mother Mary and Father Abraham certainly are among them, as Rev 12:1 and Luk 16:24 show. Jesus Christ in Luke 16 also refutes the SDA's opinions because He shows the souls of the departed, in both Heaven and Hades, are still alive, the one in conscious pleasure, the other in conscious pain.
Beyond that, I'm not going into all these issues right here as they're quite complicated and require a detailed refutation. You can post on my homepage if you want me to answer each of them in depth. Suffice to say, the Deuterocanonicals, for e.g. were in the Christian Canon for over 1000 years, from the end of the 4th Century. Martin Luther saw that they clearly agreed with Catholic Doctrine (for e.g. that we should pray and offer sacrifices for the faithful departed - Macc 12), so he took them out. But the Church Fathers and Ancient Church decreed the 73 Book Canon that Catholic Christians use to the present day. See https://www.bible-researcher.com/carthage.html
Excerpt: "It was also determined that besides the Canonical Scriptures nothing be read in the Church under the title of divine Scriptures. The Canonical Scriptures are these: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua the son of Nun, Judges, Ruth, four books of Kings, 3 two books of Paraleipomena, 4 Job, the Psalter, five books of Solomon, 5 the books of the twelve prophets, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezechiel, Daniel, Tobit, Judith, Esther, two books of Esdras, 6 two books of the Maccabees ...." US Patriots saving Ukrainian Lives
US Patriots (the missile defense systems) are saving Ukrainian lives. America and Europe are united like never before and that is good news for the world. The world clearly sees that the US, the UK, Poland, the Baltics, Ukraine etc are on the right side here and correct to defend their country from unjust and unprovoked Russian aggression. The Kinzhal missile is one of the latest and most advanced Russian weapons. Its military says the air-launched ballistic missile has a range of up to 2,000km (1,250 miles) and flies at 10 times the speed of sound, making it hard to intercept."

Most Ukrainians do not believe in conceding any territory and support for NATO membership has spiked.
98% of Ukrainians believed Ukraine will definitely or likely win the war against Russia, up from 97% in April, while roughly 1% did not think Ukraine would win and 1% didn’t answer. East Ukraine is the least optimistic, but even there, 94% think Ukraine will win.

The Global State of Persecution of Christians
"These are among some of the findings of the World Watch List-2023, which was recently published by the international humanitarian organization, Open Doors. Each year the report ranks the top 50 nations where Christians are most persecuted for their faith by using data from approximately 4,000 field workers and external experts to quantify and analyze persecution worldwide.
Crunching some numbers, the report finds that, on average, one in seven Christians (14%) are persecuted around the world. In Africa, that number grows to one in five (20%), while in Asia it is as much as two in five—meaning a whopping 40% of all Christians are persecuted there.
Christians suffer “extreme levels of persecution” in the top 11 of the 50 nations. This ranges from being assaulted, raped, imprisoned or slaughtered on being identified as a Christian or attending (usually underground) churches.
Those nations and their respective rankings are: 1) North Korea, 2) Somalia, 3) Yemen, 4) Eritrea, 5) Libya, 6) Nigeria, 7) Pakistan, 8) Iran, 9) Afghanistan, 10) Sudan, 11) India.
Coming in at #1, the absolute worst nation is North Korea, “with the highest levels of persecution ever seen,” says the report:
If discovered by the authorities, believers are either sent to labour camps as political prisoners where the conditions are atrocious, or killed on the spot—and their families will share their fate as well. Christians have absolutely no freedom…. A new ‘anti-reactionary thought law’ makes it amply clear that being a Christian or possessing a Bible is a serious crime and will be severely punished.

Biden the big spending war hawk . One term president?
"Mr. Biden isn’t listening to ordinary Democrats on military spending, either. In March, he proposed lavishing more on defense, adjusted for inflation, than the United States did at the height of the last Cold War."[8]
Between the economy probably unraveling more before November 2024 (There is an economic forecasting company called ITR Forecasting that boasts a 94.7% accuracy rate and that firm says that 2024 will be in recession for most, if not all, of the year. If that happens, Biden can kiss his presidency goodbye because a Republican will be in the Oval Office in 2025.), the war dragging out in Ukraine (or Ukraine losing) and the various Biden scandals, it looks like Biden is not going to be reelected. On the other hand, the prediction markets, say the Democrats are slightly more likely to win the next presidential election (4% more likely) (see: How accurate is the website ElectionBettingOdds.com?). A correction and elaboration re: white phosphorous incendiary munitions:
"White phosphorus weapons are not banned, but their use in civilian areas is considered a war crime. They create fast-spreading fires that are very difficult to put out. Russia has been accused of using them before." - BBC[11]
"Restricted but not illegal under international law, the alleged use of white phosphorus bombs marks a disturbing dimension to Russia’s war on its neighbour.
While they can be used on battlefields, they cannot be used in civilian areas.
Phosphorus bombs contain a mixture of white phosphorus – which is not banned as a chemical weapon under international conventions – and rubber and can either be used as incendiary weapons or to create smoke screens."[12] - Al Jazeera
"Its use in open areas is legal under international law, but air-dropping phosphorus over inhabited areas is prohibited, as it endangers civilians and can result in an indiscriminate attack due to the wide dispersion of the burning fragments.
This weapon is deadly because it burns rapidly when it comes into contact with air, generating tremendous heat and poisonous smoke that can instantly kill a person.
Its fragments reportedly penetrate deep into the human body and, in such a scenario, even if an individual receives care after a phosphorus burn, his or her chances of survival are slim as their particles continue to burn until they burn up or run out of oxygen."[13] 20:23, May 9, 2023 (EDT)
- So the difference is, Americans used white phosphorus in Iraq civilian areas, whereas most all Bakhmut residents (who are predominantly Russian) were evacuated, with the exception of maybe 7,000 (a statistic from last summer) who at most are either used by the Ukrainian military as human shields - a war crime - or Ukrainian civilian collaborators with AFU, or are elderly and refused evacuation. Recently, a couple that we had visited in February got hurt, a grandmother of 80 years and her husband were hit in the arm and head. Ukraine and Russia both having ammunition supply problems is a good sign
- "Ukraine and Russia both having ammunition supply problems is a good sign - this is an extraordinarily naive statement. Simpilicius explains: [14]
- "Popular blogger Starshe Edda also stated something interesting:
- Older than Edda: "On the eve of large-scale battles, when the consumption of ammunition will again jump to several echelons per day, you can put a memorial candle on the pre-war plans for purchasing ammunition – and from everyone. Multi-year contracts with predictable figures, under which long-term investment projects and loan programs were made up – everything was so predictable for years and years to come.
- But these plans, for the most part, did not envisage a real big war of large regular armies. This situation can be called a "non-calculated accident" - almost no one laid down a situation where a week of conflict can devour 20-30-year savings."
- "And he’s right, almost no one foresaw how vast the ammunition depletion would be, perhaps not even the Russian MOD, though they likely would have seen it at least better than everyone else. Even the British armed forces are now said to be restructuring into an artillery first force, having seen what it truly takes to win modern wars
- 👉👉👉Here's for all the people claiming that artillery is useless or can't win wars.
- "The head of the British Ministry of Defense intends to reduce the size of the army, despite pressure from high-ranking generals, writes The Times."
- According to the newspaper, the British authorities are planning a "rebalancing" to reduce the number of infantry in favor of artillery.
- "It is logical - why keep your army if Zelensky will supply as many units from Ukraine as necessary to die for the glory of the "White Sahibs"."
- "But this brings me to another point. People are wondering why the Russian army continues to idle for so long, not launching their own offensives. And I wanted to use that opportunity to run through the numbers one more time to give a perspective on how long it may be taking Russia to adequately rebuild its ammo stocks.
- "To give an idea, some Russian sources believe the Russian army might have gone through the majority of its artillery by summer of 2022. Firing 60k shells a day for, let’s say, five months straight would be 60k x (30x5) = 9 million shells. I’ve gone through it all before, and won’t go into extreme detail, but suffice it to say that Russia could have had anywhere from 10-30 million shells in storage. This is based on various intel service reports, research, as well as comparisons to what the U.S. army had in its stockpiles (~20M shells).
- "Or if you choose to believe they had much more shells stockpiled, then let’s say they ran out by November or later, which is roughly when we have confirmation that Russia truly began firing a fraction of the shells, i.e. 10-20k per day rather than 40-60k. The point is that, let’s say they want to build up a healthy stockpile for a major offensive or series of offensives. As hinted above in the post about a 10-14 day allocation for an AFU offensive, the way offensives are planned is you allocate the amount of munitions you believe will be required for a mass-sustained high-intensity campaign of a certain X amount of days. So let’s say Russia plans a two month long offensive where they want to be able to fire the 60k+ shells per day which they previously needed to advance on a consistent basis. The point is that, let’s say they want to build up a healthy stockpile for a major offensive or series of offensives.
- "That would be 60k per day multiplied by 60 days (two months). This is 3,600,000 shells. Now, Russia produces an estimated 300k shells per month currently, perhaps more, but certainly they hope to ramp it up past that, though we don’t know how much more they can do so, or by when. But taking 300k per month into account, this equals 10k per day. Yet they’re currently said to be firing 10-20k per day. Let’s say hypothetically they are producing more, like 400-500k a month. Either way, this allows them to “save” and stockpile only an additional 100-200k shells per month, while the rest are fired straight from the oven, so to speak.
- "At 100-200k per month, they would need upwards of a whopping 18 to 36 months just to save up the 3,600,000 shells needed for a high intensity campaign of a mere two months. You see the problem? They’ve already been stockpiling for at least 6 months, since last November. But this has theoretically only given them a surplus of maybe 600k - 1.2M shells.
- "There could be ways around this problem: for instance, maybe they are producing much more than we know of, although it begins to stretch credulity at the higher end of the scale simply because, were they to be producing let’s say 800k shells per month or more, this would be several orders of magnitude more than the entire rest of the world combined. Sure, Russia is an economic powerhouse but we can’t get too unrealistic about their capabilities. To me, 500-700k per month could be a high realistic limit, but even then they would need many, many months of stockpiling just to gather enough stock for a high-intensity offensive. Of course, we’re only talking about strictly artillery shells here, and Russia is producing much more of other types of systems as well, which will offset the shell hunger.
- "But this is all just to give a very generalized perspective on why they may be idling their forces for a long time. Recall what Prigozhin said: there is an exact calculation for how much more men are lost when there is a given shell deficit. Half the required shells creates double or triple the losses—something like that. The point being that, for Russia to actively advance without incurring massive losses, they need a healthy amount of shells to be fired to suppress the enemy.
- "So, how long will Russia sit and stockpile shells? It’s impossible to say for certain as no one knows the exact numbers of what they’re actually producing. But they could very well choose to stockpile until next year, even next summer if need be. I’ve said it before, but they may very well spend this entire year simply attritioning the AFU in this low-intensity, low-risk manner of slow-crawl advances under cover of moderate rates of shelling.
- "There are many other factors. For instance, Russian artillery units are learning to become more accurate, not only through sheer experience and skill, but the advent of better spotting/fire-correction systems, drone integration, etc. Also, much more guided munitions like Krasnopol shells are being produced (Krasnopol was directly quoted as being a system which has ‘exponentially’ shot up in production numbers). And this obviously allows much less shells to be required as a single Krasnopol can do the job of roughly 50-100 conventional shells, depending on the distance fired and attendant CEP spread.
- "Of course, Russia may still choose a middle line and launch major offensives earlier with a reduced shell count, if they happen to smell blood. So that’s not to say there won’t be any offensives this year, I was simply giving a generalized explanatory precis. For instance, should the AFU force be devastated to a high degree after launching its “main” big offensive in the near future, Russia my ‘smell blood’ and choose to pounce then, as we’ve discussed here many times before. But I wouldn’t be surprised, either, if they continued this low intensity stockpiling mode until next year, all the while attritioning and breaking the AFU’s morale, infrastructure, etc. None of this is a revelation though, I’ve said it all before in previous reports.
- "On this topic, ''some officials in the EU are desperately trying to steer production into a ‘long term’ outlook, due to exactly the reasons I outlined above.
- "However, the outlook remains very foggy, or even bleak. Days ago, a major Swedish ammo factory blew up. Some cite secret Russian sabotage while others (perhaps more accurately) cite these very desperate ‘ramp up’ attempts, which are pushing the soggy European infrastructure past its limits and breaking points.
- "Rybar reports:
- There was an explosion at the Swedish military factory in Karlsborg yesterday afternoon. According to media reports (https://apnews.com/article/sweden-explosion-munition-factory-88f2a603cb9878a6c7a4a4091aeca923), the accident occurred already at the stage of equipment maintenance, one person was injured.
- The plant in Karlsborg is owned by the Norwegian-Finnish defense holding Nammo and is engaged in the production of small-caliber ammunition for various types of small arms.
- 🔻Nammo, in turn, is interesting in that it is now one of the largest European manufacturers of various types of shells and ammunition for Ukraine.
- At the same time, even such a large company does not have enough (https://www.nytimes.com/2023/04/09/world/europe/europe-shells-ukraine-ammunition.html) resources and capacities to fulfill the wishes of Kyiv customers, who ask for 250,000 155 mm shells every month.
- 📌 It is not surprising, Nammo, like many other defense companies, cannot increase production rates overnight, since they have been fulfilling much more modest orders for decades. For example, a recent order from the Norwegian government for 35 thousand 155 mm Nammo shells will be (https://www.nytimes.com/2023/04/09/world/europe/europe-shells-ukraine-ammunition.html) carried out for at least three years.
- In this regard, the promise of the European Union to provide Ukraine with 1 million shells per year looks unrealistic. However, many companies in pursuit of new orders seek to speed up the process, expand production and increase capacity. It is likely that yesterday's accident was just the result of such decisions, and similar incidents should be expected at other plants.
- 🔻Given the current situation, Western officials and the media are broadcasting (https://t.me/rybar/46900) with all their might the thesis that the AFU have received enough weapons, everything that is possible has already been transferred, and it would be time to move on to the offensive. In Kyiv, they do not agree with this and continue to delay the day X: today, Vladimir Zelensky, already in an interview with the BBC, said (https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-65550427) that Ukraine needs more time to wait for new deliveries.
END OF SIMPLICIUS ANALYSIS.
So, if you think Nazi propaganda is a "a good thing" cause it kicks the end of the war down the road 18-36 months beyond the 2024 presidential election, or war news upsets your daily routine and expectations, 4,000 Ukrainians die every week while Russia loses less than 100 a day. Russia is not going to roll over and play dead like the US' European lapdogs and surrender its sovereignty to the deep state neocons and globalists.
It took the stupid, ignorant, subhuman Russians to teach the brilliant British strategists about modern ground warfare - something the Brits have never been very good at.
The United States sowed to the wind when it violated international law and interfered in Ukraine's internal affairs, empowering Nazis. It will reap the whirlwind. The US is not dealing with goatherders or rice monkeys. They are dealing with the culture and civilization that destroyed Western fascism, and are fully prepared to do it again if need be. Remarkable example of historical narrative
Reproduced here, cause it's too good to pass up:
- Then, on July 27 it looks like the perfect night for the plan has arrived. The smoke cover has now lessened significantly. It hasn't rained in days and there's only 30% humidity - much lower than the usual seasonal average.
- At 6 Pm it's still 30 degrees Celsius outside. As the air temperature drops slightly in the evening, the hotter ground creates rising air currents that will help spread the fire. So shortly after midnight 787 RAF planes drop 2,326 tons of bombs on the city. Incendiary bombs are dropped with focus on the densely built-up areas of Hammerbrook, Borgfelde, Hamm, and other working-class districts. Firefighters are slow to respond, facing water shortages, broken down telephone communication, and rubble blocking the streets after the raid from two days earlier.
- Uninhibited the erupted fires join together into multiple blazing infernos. Phosphor from the bombs spills onto the streets making them into canyons of fire. As the fires suck in oxygen from the air they grow together into biblical proportions. Soon a pillar of hot air extends two miles above the city, creating a funnel that sucks down colder air into the centre of the fires. As the air comes into the center and from the sides, it moves the fires together into a huge spiral, like a hurricane.
- The fire now starts pushing air through the streets and canals at speeds up to 240 km/h so that it 'blows people away as if they were dry leaves.' The air heats up to 800 degrees Celsius, the temperature when human flesh combusts, and as the fire starts rushing through the streets it consumes every flammable material in its path.
- A gigantic tornado of fire soon extends to 300 meters above the city. Yet more air is sucked into the firestorm as it ravages the city in spiral after spiral picking up ever more power. The oxygen is sucked out of some of the shelters where thousands are hiding - suffocating everyone inside. Anyone caught above ground is burnt away. People seeking refuge in the water in the numerous canals will sometimes be lucky, and live through the firestorm as it rages above their heads, and they can breath when oxygen is sucked in through the canal system. Others will be less lucky when water surface oil-spills from the damaged harbor ignites, burning them alive, yet more will drown.
- Before the fires are put out, and before the deaths can even be counted, the British bombers return.
- On the night of 29 to 30 July, 707 bombers drop even more bombs than on the 27th. Firefighters can do little but watch as new fires erupt in the city - though it is nowhere near the likes of the firestorm from just days before.
- The last of the raids set for the next nigh on July 30 is cancelled due to bad weather over Great Britain, and will instead take place next week, but it will be largely unsuccessful. That is however immaterial for Bomber Command as the raids have already not only reached their combined goal, but also proven both that a firestorm can be created, and that the Window decoy defense works.
- The RAF has only lost 2,5% of its force - significantly below the average of 4% in the Battle of the Ruhr.
- It will take months for the Germans to assess the damage.
- By the end of the war, German authorities estimate that the raids destroyed 61% of the Hamburg and suburb residential areas, and one million people were displaced. Hundreds of thousands are wounded, tens of thousands seriously, and 37,000 have died. Out of the remains that will be recovered only 40% will ever be identified, the rest are burnt beyond identification, often to the point of being nothing more than a pile of ash.
- The vengeful among us will say that it serves them right, after all their political leaders started this war. Their Luftwaffe did the same to Great Britain, Poland, and in the Netherlands. In their nation's name, a handful men equipped with sidearms and machine guns killed only slightly fewer men, women, children, and infants in only two days at Baby Yar two years ago. And then they did that again, and again, and again until millions had been murdered, and they're still doing it.
- The pragmatists among us will say that it's the terrible price that Humanity has to pay to defeat the horror of Naziism, and even if it didn't work to do that, even if there was indication early on that it wouldn't work, at the time that couldn't be determined with any certainty.
- The lead architect of the horror inflicted on Hamburg's civilians belonged to both groups - he was shown with evidential arguments that it would probably not win the war, and that the price would be too high, both measured in dead aircrews and civilians - but he disagreed, and fell back to that if nothing else it would be retribution, or as he said himself: "They sowed the wind, and now they are going to reap the whirlwind."
- That was also the popular majority sentiment that gave him the political support to proceed. It is perhaps understandable, even justifiable - but is that what we want to aspire to be? Vengeful pragmatists? Never Forget.
Whew. if we human beings could only ever learn. RobSGive Peace a chance 08:10, May 10, 2023 (EDT)
So it should be obvious - the Manhattan Project and atomic bomb were overkill. The US & UK had already figured out how to destroy the civilian inhabitants of an entire city. Proud Boys convicted for January 6
Freedom of assembly is guaranteed in the First Amendment, but if you use it to support Trump that's "seditious conspiracy". The dream of Democrat superlawyer Marc Elias is to have Trump convicted of "insurrection," presumably over the "fight like hell" comment. Then the secretaries of state in the blue states can use the 14th Amendment to remove Trump from the ballot. Obama got elected to the Illinois State Senate in 1996 by removing his opponents from the ballot. Although a complete unknown at the time, he was already astonishingly well lawyered. Russian troops abandon positions near Bakhmut, says Wagner boss
"Russian troops abandon positions near Bakhmut, says Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin launches another scathing attack on Russian defence chiefs, saying soldiers are being given ‘criminal’ orders.
The chief of Russia’s Wagner Group has accused a Russian military unit of fleeing positions near Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine, in his latest scathing attack against Moscow’s military leadership.
“Today, everything is being done so that the front line crumbles. Today, one of the defence ministry’s units fled one of our flanks, abandoning their positions. Everyone fled,” said Yevgeny Prigozhin, who had earlier threatened to pull his fighters out of Bakhmut on May 10 if he does not receive badly needed ammunition."

Diversity obsession is destroying medicine
Get the medical care you need while you still can because quality care may not be around for much longer. The medical schools have surrendered to diversity politics, according to Anne Coulter's latest column. On the Medical College Admission Test, white applicants score in the 71st percentile while black applicants score in the 35th percentile. Solution? Black and Hispanic applicants won't have to take the MCAT anymore.
The liberal worldview mystifies me: "The world is ending because of global warming and pandemics. But what really matters now is diversity and getting George Floyd's forgiveness." - Or better yet, in addition, don't eat processed/ultra-processed/junk food, adopt a pescatarian/vegetarian diet (In other words a more plant-based diet which is healthier), exercise regularly, don't be overweight, keep your mind active to avoid cognitive decline and avoid alcohol/cigarette/drug addiction. In the UK, the National Health Service (NHS) spends by some estimates 40% of its costs on treating preventable conditions. See also: Consumption of processed foods and health risks.

The Nazi Streets of Ukraine
- Zelenskiy has recently put into force directives that Ukraine must be completely de-Russified by the end of the year. A Ukraine where before the West-backed Maidan Putsch in 2014, 20% of the population was ethnic Russian and over half of the country spoke Russian on a daily basis. This is a West-backed & funded geopolitical project to rewrite history and manufacture, by fire, jackboot and blood, a virulently anti-Russian Ukraine, forcing the national identity conception of the Galician West of Ukraine where Nazi Germany was welcomed in WW2 – over the whole of the country.
- In the latest round of erasing and reconstituting Ukraine’s history and identity, the Kiev city council has now renamed Stolyetova Street in Kiev, Ulas Samchuk Street in honor of Ulas Semchuk a rabid ideological anti-Semite and fascist , and Nazi collaborator. Mother's Day is pagan, plus another problem
Like Christmas, Easter, and a load of other man-made traditions which crept into the Judeo-Christian fabric of the United States, Mother's Day is of pagan origin. - Don't know about the US, but Mother's Day has deep Christian roots in the UK. Before the Reformation, the Catholic Church expected everyone to take the Eucharist at least once a year. Mothering Sunday fell on the fourth Sunday in Lent as an open invitation to people to return to the Church / proper practice / communion before Holy Week. The idea that it was a day of rest and indulgence for mothers does not fit in with the 17th century religious, political or social scene; it's very much a twentieth century import.
