Elissa Blair Slotkin (born July 10, 1976) is the junior senator from Michigan. She formerly was the representative from Michigan's 8th district and CIA operative.

In November 2025 Slotkin publicly released a video encouraging members of the Armed Services and Intelligence Community to disregard presidential orders.[2]

Central Intelligence Agency

Slotkin received her deep state training and induction as a CIA operative.[3]

U.S. House of Representatives

Democrat seditionist Elissa Slotkin meeting with unelected corrupt Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky.[4]

2018 election

Slotkin was elected by a close margin in 2018,[5] a year that flipped House control towards the Democrats as a result of Paul Ryan's weak leadership.[6]

Impeachment coup

Slotkin, despite being elected from a Trump district, voted to impeach the president along with her party line.[7] She was previously booed at a town hall after announcing her initial support for the impeachment inquiry.[8] In addition, Slotkin ironically claimed at one point that she's trying to “teach Washington how to behave again”.[9]

Reaction to U.S. airstrike against Soleimani

In response to the airstrike ordered by Donald Trump and his administration that successfully killed Iranian general Qasem Soleimani, Slotkin, showing an anti-Trump bias, stressed the importance of "consulting Congress" and that "the ultimate ends don't justify the means."[10]

Slotkin did not mention that the Obama administration had intervened against Israel's previous plans to kill Soleimani.[11]

Self-admitted betrayal of colleagues

In the very same statement Slotkin made on Trump's ordered airstrike of Soleimani, she admitted that she

"watched friends and colleagues get hurt or killed by Iranian rockets, mortars and explosive devices"
and in addition, Slotkin added on that she
"watched as his power increased and he brought strength and capability to groups in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen, and to smaller cells around the Middle East and the world, with devastating consequences."[6]

Political views

Slotkin is a liberal who supports minors getting abortions without parental consent, stimulus spending bills, and gun control.[12]
