Charles Ellis “Chuck” Schumer, born November 23, 1950 (age 73), is a left-wing Democrat and self-admitted hypocrite[1] currently serving as the senior U.S. senator from New York. He defeated incumbent Republican senator Alfonse D'Amato in a nasty campaign in 1998 after serving in the House of Representatives for many terms. He is particularly vocal in supporting groups that perform abortions, such as Planned Parenthood, and in opposing judicial nominees who are strict constructionists.

Schumer is a notorious sexist bigot with no regard for the victims of sexual assault and abuse.[2] Schumer is an apologist for the murderous Chinese Communist regime[3] and senseless violence and protests against innocent people. Hw was the first Democratic recipients of campaign cash from convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.[4]

Per Schumer in late January 2021 following the U.S. Capitol protests:[5]

...senators will have to decide if they believe Donald John Trump incited the er**tion [sic] against the United States...

In January 2022 Schumer voted against the John Lewis Voting Rights Act‎‎,[6] placing Schumer, according to Joe Biden, on the side of Bull Connor, George Wallace, and Robert E. Lee.[7]

United States Senate

In 2005 Schumer became chairman of the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee, and in November 2006, he was elected to the new post of Vice Chairman of the Senate Democrat Caucus. Schumer has long been known in Washington for his hamming to television cameras. Majority Leader Bob Dole once quipped that "the most dangerous place in Washington is between Charles Schumer and a television camera." That criticism has not just come from Republicans. David McReynolds, the Green Party candidate for senator, observed about Schumer, "People are saying he's a newshound, a camera hog, that he's someone who loses no opportunity to push into a picture."

In early September 2020 following Donald Trump's celebration of a jobs report that showed numbers exceeding expectations toward a strong economic recovery despite the CCP pandemic, Schumer was none too quick to misconstrue Trump's words out of acute TDS.[8] Schumer blamed Donald Trump as a "moron" in late October 2020 his administration's response to the CCP pandemic[9] when he and other Senate Democrats blocked a coronavirus relief bill.[10]

(L to R) Barack Obama, Democrat megadonor and convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein, Frank Laufenberg, Chuck Schumer.[11]

Confirmation of Supreme Court justices

In a speech to a liberal audience in July 2007, Schumer declared:[12]

"The Supreme Court is dangerously out of balance. We cannot afford to see Justice Stevens replaced by another Roberts, or Justice Ginsburg by another Alito."

Schumer also said that the Senate should not confirm another nomination by President George W. Bush to the U.S. Supreme Court "except in extraordinary circumstances."[13]

A spokeswoman for the White House, Dana Perino, responded:[14]

"This is the kind of blind obstruction that people have come to expect from Sen. Schumer. He has an alarming habit of attacking people whose character and position make them unwilling or unable to respond. That is the sign of a bully. If the past is any indication, I would bet that we would see a Democratic senatorial fundraising appeal in the next few days."

In 2016 following the death of Justice Antonin Scalia, Schumer said:

"Republicans won't be able to walk down Main Street or attend town halls without being asked why they won't meet with a nominee or hold hearings or vote [on Scalia's successor]"[15]

In early March 2020 at a pro-abortion rally, Schumer threatened conservative Supreme Court justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh that they will "pay the price" if they don't vote in favor of abortion on a case over a Louisiana abortion law.[16] Even the pro-abortion, mob rule-backing Nancy Pelosi have acknowledged Schumer's comments as being "not appropriate".[17]

A Rasmussen Reports poll conducted in March 2020 concluded that 59% of likely voters see criticism of individual judges as a threat to the judicial branch's independence.[18]

Deep State coup

Schumer was complicit in the 2017 Deep State coup attempt against President Donald Trump when he made false public pronouncements, including on the US Senate floor, that President Trump was under investigation by the FBI. FBI Dir. James Comey explicitly informed Schumer that Trump was not under investigation. As Senate Minority Leader, Schumer's willful and deliberate deception of the American people was an effort to stall or the confirmation of US Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch by impugning President Trump in election rigging when in fact Democrat supporters of Hillary Rodham Clinton had colluded with Russia to do.[19]

Schumer told Rachel Madcow, "Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you."[20]

Racist origins of President Trump's impeachment

The only precedent for the second impeachment of President Donald J. Trump was that of William W. Belknap, President Ulysses S. Grant’s Secretary of War during Reconstruction, who was tried and acquitted by the U.S. Senate after resigning from office. An investigation into the War Department was launched. Under Belknap the U.S. Army was used in combination with the Justice Department to prosecute the Ku Klux Klan, a policy opposed by most Democrats.[21] Senate Democrat Majority leader Chuck Schumer said, “The Senate convened a trial, and voted, as a chamber, that Mr. Belknap could be tried ‘for acts done as Secretary of War, notwithstanding his resignation of said office.’ The language is crystal clear, without any ambiguity,” quoting a resolution by Senator Allen G. Thurman, who opposed President Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation and campaigned against allowing black people to vote.[22]

DSCC Controversy

During the 2006 Senate election's, Schumer's Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee illegally obtained a copy of the credit report of the Lieutenant Governor of Maryland, Michael S. Steele, a Republican senatorial candidate, posing as him and using his social security number.

Schumer's role in the Financial Crisis of 2008

The New York Times has accused Schumer of "backing measures now blamed for the financial crisis.... Schumer took steps to protect (financial)industry players from Government oversight and tougher rules.... Over the years he has helped to save financial institutions billions of dollars in higher taxes."[23]

Other controversies

When Mark Green was forced to step down as President Trump's nominee for Secretary of the United States Army thanks to Democrats and their liberal media stooges attacking him for his positions on Islam, gender issues and evolution, Schumer gloated via Twitter: "He was the wrong choice to serve as Secretary, and should not have been nominated in the first place."[24]

Schumer blasted the Bush administration for sub-standard conditions of wounded military personnel at Walter Reed Medical Center. Schumer was called out by radio host Don Imus for not visiting with the wounded troops at the Washington D.C. facility.[25]

The media reported that Shumer created a scene on March 26, 2017, when he started yelling and trolling the wife of a former Democrat health secretary under Jimmy Carter because she voted for Donald Trump in the 2016 election.[26]

Schumer is known for his use of insensitive and derogatory language referring to developmentally disabled children.[27]

Early life

Schumer was born in Brooklyn, New York, on November 23, 1950, the son of Abraham and Selma Schumer. He is a cousin of liberal "comedienne" Amy Schumer.
